Maybe, it is too early to judge their attitude here as they are still new to this forum.
Later on, they will come to know that they need to be responsive if they want to attract potential players.

I haven't tried registering an account on this casino, but their terms of service seem to suggest that you have to identify yourself while creating your account. It states that your name and address need to be correct and they can check it if they want. I couldn't find anything regarding VPN usage. But if you are using it to hide the fact that you are gambling from a restricted location, you shouldn't do that. Pay attention to the restrictions individual gaming providers set as well. Even if the casino allows you to gamble from your country, the game provider whose game you want to play might have banned that particular territory.
