I thought I am the only one who experience a problem of loading the image because my internet is slow right now but it seems that the problem is in the image uploaded by the op because everyone else experience the same issue as I did.

I like the suggestions above, maybe the image is too large and the only for it to show up easily is by cutting the image in parts or the op can reduce its quality. It will still be readable though, what important is the text in the image and not totally the picture because we can still visit the website to see if what the site looks like. How do we know that this casino has a good potential when we can't read anything? lol, is that an April fools joke?

I don't think that just attempting to withdraw should lead to everything being cancelled from the user's end.

The OP should make it so that the player can't withdraw - but they are still able to keep their bonus and winnings. Otherwise, if someone simply accidentally withdraws without knowing these terms, the results would be catastrophic for the users.
