I love to eat fish for healthy fats.  Salmon is the best, and it has a great flavor to me.  Some people don't like it, say it's too strong.  If so, and you like pepper, make a nice pepper rub to spread on the Salmon then grill it.  You won't be disappointed, and it'll be healthy    Wink

Besides the natural food items I would recommend Krill oil as a concentrated source of Omega 3 and more bio-available.

"Krill oil is a superior source of EPA and DHA because the polyunsaturated fats are packaged as phospholipids, which can be used immediately by your body. The EPA and DHA in fish oil, on the other hand, are typically packaged as triglycerides and have to undergo additional processing in order to make them bioavailable. Avocado is the best and healty. It's good for your stomach and your skin. And good for your bowel. I make my own avocado sauce. Here is the recipe: Crush 1 avocado and make it pure. Add cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, blackpepper, olive oil and bit of orange juice. Mixed them together. You can have this sauce with meat and fish. Bon Apetit Smiley

An old work mate taught me a trick...  He said any time I would spread butter on something, to replace the butter with avocado.  I immediately turned up my nose, sounded gross to me.  Now, my favorite snack is avacodo toast.   Mmmmm, and so good.  if you're into fish, Salmon is excellent source of good fats.

the oil of salmon fish is rich in omega 3 and it is good for the heart. avocado has healthy fats also and it is good for diets. olives is also a healthy fats that is why olive oil is best use in cooking.

Eat salmon belly and milk fish belly. They're very rich with healthy fats, enough to promote good health. Also try almonds. I heard they rich in both protein and healthy fats.

Tuna belly and Salmon belly are rich in healthy fat, I always have Tuna belly every weekends. They are rich in omega 3 that's why eating this kind of food will keep your mind and body healthy.

most of the omega 3 and healthy fats can be found on fishes like Salmon, Mackerel and Sardines that is rich with oil that contains omega 3, You can try vegetables like Soybeans, Spinach and Winter squash, I'm surprised but there is a food that called omega 3 eggs and also try Firm Tofu and Fontina cheese, these foods are rich in omega 3 and some of them possessed healthy fats. As they've said omega 3 is good for the heart and i love those foods.

I agree, i'd also add walnuts and almonds to the list too.

Avocados are really rich in healthy fats. We have a neighbour here with two avocado trees so he drops us some off every week, DELICIOUS!

Does it count if I say sardines too? Haha just kidding  Grin. My two favorite foods that have healthy content of fat are eggs and dark chocolate (not together ofcourse)

Avocado! It's a super food. It's very good for you. High in calories and fat, but its the GOOD kind. Helps actually LOWER your cholesterol etc.
Eat Avocados and fish and spinach and kale and you'll be in good shape Smiley
