First of all, Are these tokens are legit?

I never trust them because they have zero use case still trying to reap profits with the fame of the name they are targetting, recently squid coin went scam which stole millions of dollars from the people just because the fame of an web series.
I haven't really paid much attention to this fan token because I also think the same as you

but many people say they make a lot of money from this fan token launchpad

if the fan token is like a squid token then there is no way they can hold a listing on binance which we know requires a very large fee. I'm a binance user and soon the fc porto launchpad will start, I'll try to participate

something like this might happen, the token can be used as a tool for betting in gambling but maybe it won't be like that because now there are a lot of tokens from football clubs and even from various prestigious leagues.
On the other hand, maybe it would be great if the token was verified directly by the club in question, such as the FC Forto Fan token and the one that was busy a while ago, namely the lazio token which has already been recognized and even if the fans hold the token this will be an exclusive advantage for them. because they will be given an advantage by interacting with their favorite club.

Recently i have seen many football fan tokens like AC Milan Fan Token (ACM) and Manchester City Fan Token (CITY). Also FC Porto Fan Token (PORTO) will list soon on binance.

Do these tokens have any use cases or they are just made to collect money from their fans ? Would they be used in gambling ?
Assuming the tokens are created by the clubs themselves and not by scammers, after all we know that scammers will do anything in order to get your money, then it is obvious that these coins are a way to get some money from the fans, now if you do not get any exclusive benefit from them then do not buy them, but if you do and you are happy with the exclusive benefits you get then you can buy them with confidence knowing the club will not scam you, however those coins are never going to be accepted in any casino as they are closer to be a form of loyalty points than a real currency.

The question on my mind on this clubs tokens is are the token listed on any exchange or can the rewarded token get converted to local currencies such as USTD on their platform?

Two of the above mentioned tokens are already listed and trading on binance exchange. One token "FC Porto Fan Token (PORTO)" will be launched through binance launch pad. These clubs have big funds and listing on the biggest exchange is not a problem for them.

I also participated in the last PSG fans token launchpad and will also participate in the Porto fans token launchpad on binance. I see that football club fan tokens have great potential and certainly make it very easy for fans if they can actually be used to play gambling in future.

I have seen the ACM (AC Milan Fan Token) coin among the three coins, (CITY) the higher priced one, for the market they listed look pretty good like: Binance, pionex, paribu etc.

My observation from the name is coin fan but can't be sure that the coin collects money from fans, I think it's like ACM, CITY, etc, can be used by sports betting fans as a means to pay for tickets, place bets on sports betting and so on especially gambling, make it easy for club/team fans, most likely, one day it can be used on famous gambling sites, especially gambling sites that offer sports betting options, it can be seen from the way they do listings on famous markets like Binance etc.

The use case of fan tokens for gambling is not because of the developer, but because of the owners of the gambling platform itself, if they see an opportunity to use fan tokens for the platform to attract more gamblers to join their platfor, so they will adapt that fans token. If you can see what happened to bitcoin and altcoins used by gambling platforms, then fan tokens have the same opportunity.

These kinds of tokens are limited to their purpose, they are football based tokens so they are limited and confined to that industry, I'm surprised that they have a lot of football-based tokens, football is the number one sport in the world, and these developers who are also a football enthusiast have a goal and a vision for their token and they are targetting the majority of the football enthusiast, only time can tell if they will succeed and get in the top 100.

I highly doubt it would be a mainstream coin to be used in gambling, it would only probably become a local currency for the fanclub of that certain team to be used by their fans. E.g. fans would receive x amount of tokens for whatever stuff they did, it'd probably be an automated system where fans are automatically given tokens based on what they do for the team, and the tokens can then be used to buy stuff such as jerseys, signatures, etc, that were developed with the theme being the team they support.
I agree with you completely, the fan tokens seem to me as just a reward system to most loyal fans as a way of recognising them and granting them access to certain privileges that most persons without a fan token cannot get, that is privileges depending on the amount of fan tokens that they have accumulated. Such tokens will encourage fans to be more engaged with a team they already love. Maybe with time, they may have extensive uses, but for now, i think that's the ideology behind it.

AFAIK, they can be bought through the fans club of that particular token for the merch. I can't remember about chiliz that can be used for purchasing merch of a certain team. They're not just tradable and for the world of fans for these teams, these tokens mean a lot.
We don't know how they're going to be worth it because we're not fan of any of those but to their fans, they really mean a lot.

Yes they have a direct use case to the club (source). To be privileged as a holder must register for the centralized platform (requires KYC) they provide.

So far it has only been used as a speculative asset on central exchanges. You could say the token is not enough to attract users to get involved in the club. In gambling there really isn't that function and I'm sure they will prevent as much as possible fan tokens from being involved in the gambling platform for some reason. But still you can freely bet without any platform no matter what.

As long as there are purposes and they contributed to the growth and sustainability of one community or industry, then these tokens have value and will stay on as long as the community keeps supporting it in the market, but I doubt if it will reach the top 100, tokens that are on the top 100 are platform based that covers a lot of industry, the football community is a large community and they need to promote their token to these community to maximize their market presence.

Checking these tokens in the market CITY is the highest rank football token in the market I am not a big fan of football I have no plan of investing here, these football tokens popularity owed it to football fans because these are diehard football fans, if I may recall the first football base coin or token is XFC I participated in their signature campaign, but now it's not in the top rank in the market, price and volume are going down also, there's a possibility that these football-based token could suffer the same fate.

Obviously, it depends on the token itself and the club distributing it. Recently, my local club Dinamo Zagreb organized an FTO (Fan Token Offering). Initially, an FTO event was organized to raise money from their fans, of course. But token holders have a number of benefits that are otherwise unavailable to other fans. Below is a quote from the Coingecko site and additional benefits are expected in the future.

Quote from: coingecko.com
The Dinamo Zagreb Fan Token allows DZG fans to have a tokenized share of influence on club decisions, purchased through the consumer facing platform, Socios.com, fans can engage in a wide variety of club decisions for example, choosing a goal celebration song or deciding which MMA fighters should face off and in doing so, earn rewards and money can't buy experiences. Experiences like... having the opportunity to meet and greet with players of their favourite club, receiving VIP treatment at their favourite stadium & much much more.

Gambling is a big no no in there since the token has a specific purpose or can only be used for specific purposes.

They might have use cases, but they will almost all revolve around making money for the club at the beginning. There are a lot of football/soccer fans out there who see crypto in the news but have never been drawn into it yet, but if their club tells them their is a special currency connected to them - they might buy it blindly as a supporter. In future it's likely to have a lot of novelty uses, it could be used to give discounts in a club shop or being able to buy special tickets. There are many uses but all will be localized towards the club and stadium, however there is a mass appeal because many have fans from all over the world who always want to feel closer to the team.

I have actually seen the Juventus Fan coin on one of these sports gambling platforms should be 1xbit or something cant really recall awhich one nd thats it. I guess these coins should be marketed more so that more crypto casinos and sportbooks include them to their alternative ways of funding our accounts and give these coins some usefulness.

Do these tokens have any use cases or they are just made to collect money from their fans ? Would they be used in gambling ?
I think these are meant to be used as some kind of loyalty points which should allow fans to redeem some kind of  unique club merchandise and not the perceived collection of money.
