claudio echeverry officially joined manchestrer city. with a transfer value of 25 million euros. and manchester city will lend to riverplate the team currently strengthened by echevery until the end of the season.
The purchase system is almost the same as his senior either in Argentina or Riverplate Julian Alvarez
https://www.goal.com/en/lists/claudio-echeverri-argentina-next-lionel-messi-man-city/bltc9488e939c73955a

There were many people are having big expectation toward him. Im thinking that if labelling him as next lionel messi was not a right statement and i don't like how media was always doing it. Once there was a potential player to join in the big club and they were labelling them as copycat of lionel messi. It reminds me with ansu fati which has been called as the next lionel messi he did nothing ni barcelona. He always been benched by xavi and that's it. People shall stop to see this gimmick that can mislead anyone.
25 millions seems a bit over priced for him caused by he has no really impressive performance in the past. it seems pep has been starting his plan for the regeneration by buying some young players to be developed.
It is pleasing to see that Pep is considering the long-term future of the club, signifying that he is not only concerned with the present era. I applause him for his decision. Pep seems really care to the his club.

Mbappe is a good player with built in skills, also it's Liverpool's quest to go for him but it's not seeming concrete as the player is yet to make his final decision on the offer they may put before him. Even with this fact, the English club will still choose to retain and make more use of their Egyptian star. He's been with them for a while and has been able to deliver rightly at every game they play.

Liverpool seems good with Salah still in the team and I don't think he's ready to go to a different team yet, if he eventually does, then I'm certain that they'd have a different style of performance subsequently. Also, if Mbappe's added to their squad, then one is certain that they'd have the perfect blend of attacking midfield and forward required. There's high chance that both players will resonate well to yield good and better results for the team.
It's not surprising that Mbappe is still one of the players who will continue to be linked with big teams before he gets a new team because with the skills he has, it is very appropriate to be linked with big european teams, but actually I dont support Mbappe going to Liverpool because he one side of the team already has Salah who is considered a scorer and Liverpool actually doesn't need a striker but a central midfielder who they have to strengthen.

but actually, if we just imagine that if Mbappe joins Liverpool, it will definitely be a very strong collaboration because both players have a reliable talent for scoring scores, it will definitely be very convincing for Liverpool to fight for titles in several competitions, but in fact it won't be that easy because sometimes a player has different characteristics and this will make a team bad if Mbappe joins Liverpool of course Salah will not be a scorer anymore because of course the coach will favor Mbappe and this makes Salah a little annoyed because he definitely wants to have a big career by scoring the highest score and Salah could decide to leave the team and move to another team to get a bigger score.

United already spent a lot of money on players, spending some more will not solve it, or at least they shouldn't do it at the January window and rush it, they should wait until the summer. Why? Well, from 1st of June to basically around mid September, they could get rid of anyone they want, and get anyone they want, still would need to spend a lot, but they would also get paid from many things as well.

I believe that the best thing we could assume at this point about them would be just making sure they get rid of terrible players that they had some hopes about and failed. With a new squad they will definitely be doing better next season. This can't be rushed, if they rush, they may make exactly the same mistakes they did last year.
MU's lineup isn't bad; individually, each player is of high quality. However, under Ten Hag's leadership, they perform like a team lacking organization and a clear playing style. Even with additional funds for player acquisitions, the issue isn't resolved. What needs to change is the players' attitude; they appear discontented with Ten Hag both on and off the field. As for Ten Hag, there's not much more to say; the team's organization and tactics are weak, yet he never admits fault. Ten Hag should take Ancelotti as an example; when Real faced a severe personnel crisis due to injuries, their players had to play out of position, but they still performed well under Ancelotti's guidance. In the near future, Casemiro and Varane are rumored to leave MU. The good news is that defender Martinez has returned, somewhat improving their defense.

Nunuz will score goals, all you have to do is give him time to showcase himself for the reds. I believe whenever Mo Salah leaves he'll have and take full responsibility.
Scoring goals is top barrier for Darwin Nunez. The Uruguayan is just unpredictable, we never know his next move on the pitch and he's spoonfeed with crucial passes on the pitch. Darwin Nunez have burden on himself because he have failed to become the top nine every Liverpool player, coach and the supporters was expecting. Though it's not late and I believe he can bounce back to formidable structure, he just have to work entirely on his performance more especially his positioning, he do misses big goal scoring opportunities and score the ones we don't expect.

I had the same thought. But what they need to do first is eliminate Ten Hag because he has spent a lot of money for nothing. If there is no change in coach, then he will continue to make the same blunders and there will be no such thing as a major overhaul. Man United does have some great players, but up to this moment, it seems that they do not have strong synergy and chemistry, so it will be difficult for Man United to achieve good results.

I want to ask, out of curiosity. well, how much money does Ten Hag spend in vain on some of its players, or am I the one who misread the information? as far as I know, United only has a limited budget because they have received FFP sanctions. last summer, United couldn't spend much on the players they wanted in the transfer market, because United was subject to Financial Fair Play restrictions and that caused the Glazers to only spend limited funds. if I'm wrong, please correct me. apart from that, United's problems are not only Ten Hag's fault, but this team is having problems as a whole. starting from the failure of the club's acquisition, Glazer did not intend to pay his debt so that United's burden would not be so heavy. several players were injured, and fatally, the injured were the main players. plus, the conflict between players and coaches has again worsened the Red Devil's situation. starting with Antony who was in trouble regarding a legal case, Sancho who was banned from playing, a storm of injuries hit them again. some players are undisciplined and selfish, there is no good cooperation in the games they play. also, various other problems occurred in the United camp.

I feel sorry for Ten Hag, in fact he has tried his best to get his team back on the right track. unfortunately, it is not easy, especially the problems in United's dressing room. if, Ten Hag is fired but no changes will occur in the United camp. whether in terms of players, management or any coach who replaces him, he will not succeed in making United much better. well, the problem that occurs at United is that there are no players who are respected as leaders. that's why this season United's performance has been a mess. but believe me, if in the end the United players recover from their injuries, especially Casemiro, he can be a role model for his teammates. at least, Ten Hag can re-implement the system he built last season. to find out, let's just follow future developments.

Dean Huijsen the player of Juventos finally joined Roma and he is going to play there for six months with their coach Murinho. Dean Huijsen is a young player and maybe he won't have room much chance in a team like Juventus but in ROma he is hoping to have more chances However his contract with Roma is not permanent and he is going just stay and play there on loan.

I honestly can't understand what Roma's objective is when it keeps hiring like this. They still don't have a very strong squad capable of fighting for the title, they have some good players in attack, but in other areas Roma will need to improve a lot and for that they need to invest money in buying players who are good players but Roma keeps bringing players on loan and have brought in players who aren't changing anything in the team, so they won't reach the European champions league. there are many good players, but roma always choose strange players. I hoped that at least in this transfer window Roma would be different and bring good players

But from what I see, Roma will do the same thing as always. I'm wondering if Mourinho stays in Roma like this for a long time, because I don't see Roma becoming a great team that has a chance of getting a place in the European Champions League, it won't take long for Roma fans and the management of Roma. Roma start to get irritated with the results they are having, they are simply playing to stay in the league, they are not playing with the intention of achieving big things. We'll see what else Roma will do, if they'll make any more strange signings
Roma probably does a long term plan to hire the young player like that. It's mourinho's job to develop the young talent like him since roma needs also to prepare when some players getting even older. The club has no money to buy the expensive player.
This is one of sense choice to develop the young talented player to help them able to gain their best performance. This is the only best way for roma to get a new player with cheap price. I think despite talking about the title race and it's better to talk about the future of team as well.
jose mourinho was not a coach that is being so naive. I remember when he was openly commenting on how fergusno was leaving from MU by giving old squad.

Mourinho has learned a lot from that case. This is the best way taken by the club. Recognizing the financial limitations of his club, Mourinho understood that purchasing expensive players was not a viable option, thus prompting him to actively seek out alternative solutions. Im not seing this as something wrong. I fully support all of the choices made by Mourinho because I am aware that he is not an amateur coach who blindly purchases players without considering the team's needs. You can argue about the squad that can compete for the title race but since roma has no money then what the club can do to buy the new player? This is why picking young tlented player has become one of option.

Actually Nunez has had nothing more than time so far.  Grin  This is his second season with Liverpool but still no progress about scoring productivity at all. He is still wasting unbelievable goal opportunities which must be annoying for Liverpool supporters at the same time. If he completes this season by continuing to perform like this in the second half of the season too then I'm not sure about his future there.

Maybe Liverpool might find it more logical to find an alternative to him who can make more score contribution. Salah is Liverpool's goal source now of course but in case of his departure this summer Liverpool can have serious issues in case of not finding a replacement for him.

Football is a business field, Messi and his colleagues are magnets that attract many fans to come to the stadium by buying tickets, jerseys and whatever. Despite their age, MLS is a place to have fun before deciding to retire as a professional soccer player. Maybe the FFP rules there are not as strict as in the top European leagues, they can pay their players' salaries from other sources, so they don't really need to pay attention to the club's financial balance.

Of course the presence of former European players in MLS will have an impact on the competitiveness of the League, and I think in terms of transfers MLS is still far behind the Saudi Pro League. However, these two leagues are a field for players to increase their income, because of course players who come to MLS or SPL get very special treatment.
The commercial aspect of football is undeniable, and star players have a significant impact on a club's revenue through ticket sales, merchandise, and other related income streams. Star players, especially Messi's caliber, act as significant attractions for fans. Their presence not only boosts the team's popularity but also contributes to the overall entertainment value of the league.

The lifestyle, competitive environment, and lower pressure compared to European leagues can make it an appealing choice for players at that stage. The presence of former European players adds a layer of experience and skill to the league. This contributes to the growth and development of football in the United States. The less strict of Financial Fair Play (FFP) rule allows clubs to operate with more flexibility, possibly relying on alternative revenue sources to sustain their financial operations. Saudi Pro League with significant financial backing might attract high-profile signings, but MLS offers its own unique advantages, such as exposure to a growing football culture and a diverse fanbase.

Actually, Werner's performance has declined a lot as you said. But for now, Tottenham needs another alternative striker to fill Son's vacant position while competing for the Asian Cup. Moreover, what are Tottenham hoping for in the winter market, on average they rarely get good strikers in the winter transfer market because most of them are still under contract until the end of the season. However, borrowing options are still very possible. However, the good thing is that Werner already understands the ins and outs of the Premier league, so it doesn't take long to quickly adapt. Of course, it will be even more exciting if Werner can appear in the match against Chelsea, and at the same time he can prove that he is still very worthy to compete in the Premier league.
Richarlison has not appeared in his best form this season and Son will return to strengthen his country in the Asian Cup so Ange Postecoglou is expected to bring in new players for Tottenham's front line in the second half of this season. Several names may already be on their target list in this transfer window. I think he should recruit a young striker to be prioritized in the long term. Tottenham must maintain their good trend in the Premier League because if they experience a setback in the second half of this season it will certainly be very disappointing for them.

Well, with Timo Werner joining, it is hoped that he can help the team for the second half of the season when Son is not there because he has to defend his country in the Asian Cup. Apart from that, if you look at Timo Werner statistics, of course he didn't appear impressive with Leipzig, but I'm sure he will appear in his best form under Ange Postecoglou.

There's nothing wrong with it as he is jus trying. The competition in juventus is still very strict and he has no place there. The only choice to move out from juventus or he will be getting stuck in the same place. In my opinion that if deserves to play in the main squad.
Im sure that he was interesting to join in the juventus caused by mourinho will also help him to develop himself. The young player had no choice rather than to leave from their comfort zone. Staying in the big club as a benched player will never able to change his career in the football.

Im concerning about the fact that if there have been many players did this too. I remind you that with palmer from chelsea. he was rarely getting regular time to play but he has been showing that if he was worthy enough to play in the main squad.
Any young player has his own potential and this is why they shall get more time to play. How can they develop themselves if they never got chance to play in the main squad? I have been seeing this as the main concern faced by the young player.
The club needs to understand that if developing the player is not through let those guys to sit on the bench and see the senior players to play. The young player needs to feel the atmopshere to play regularly in the main squad.

Wel... after violating Financial Fair Play, Roma no longer had much money available for transfers in January and this greatly hampered Mourinho's planning.
It is for this reason that I believe we can expect a lot from Dean Huijsen at Roma, he is a great player and he was just not signed because they really don't have the money and not because his performance is questionable.

Loans without transfer costs fit very well into Roma's current situation, and in addition they can also increase their budget by trading players. This would increase the financial power in the market to seek out interesting athletes. And Roma have already defined who they can get rid of to boost their budget in this transfer window.
Currently, Roma is facing a severe shortage of personnel, especially in the central defender position. In the most recent match against Cremonese in the round of 16 at Coppa Italia, coach Jose Mourinho had to use midfielder Bryan Cristante in the middle of the team's defense.
Before being loaned to Roma, Huijsen signed a one-year contract extension with Juventus until 2028. He is coach Jose Mourinho's first recruit in January. Roma won't benefit long-term from this deal, but if this boy is as good as we think, he could create an opportunity to strengthen Mourinho's defense this spring. Huijsen will wear the number three shirt of the Giallorossi and will have plenty of opportunities to showcase his talent against Roma's almost threadbare defense.

Since we are getting closer to the match between Barcelona and Napoli both teams are getting ready for this match especially Napoli is still trying to improve the team before they face Barcelona because they know this game is not going to be easy at all for them. That's why they decided to hire another player and improve their team.
Davinson Sánchez, the player of Galatasaray is linked to Napoli and they want to hire this Colombian, 27-year-old center-back player hoping to see him help them against Barcelona in the Champions League match.

I didn't paying my attention to this player so i am not sure Davinson Sánchez performing well or not with Galatasaray but if i am not mistaken he has just joining to Galatasaray last summer from Tottenham and he was play 12 times with this team but Sánchez said if there was a club who showing their interest to him then he probably will thinking that offer and leave Galatasaray this winter however Napoli indeed required new defender so that's why they look for new player on that position especially after Natan got injured and he will be absense for next 2 month

Besides Sánchez Napoli almost finished for transfer Udinese player Lazar Samardzic it says Napoli and Samardzic under negotiation for the salary but in the near future Napoli will announce Samardzic as their new player soon and this January Andre Frank Zambo will defend Cameroon at African Cup so Napoli is really required new attacking midfielder especially just like you said Napoli this February will fight against Barcelona on champion league so Mazzari want to ensure Napoli want to playing with full squad and it says Napoli have to spend 25 millions to get Samardzic

Roberto Firmino is said to have an intention to leave Al-Ahli these days. Fulham are rumoured to be interested in him as well. Other than them I have heard of some Turkish teams having an interest in signing him too. I think his first choice would be to return to the English Premier League. Because he can make more money there than he can in Turkey and he is already very familiar with the league.  Smiley

I thought he shouldn't have left Liverpool in the first place but of course he must be earning much more money there. But I mean he was doing quite okay at Liverpool and performing even better than Nunez.
It will be good news to see Firmino return to the English premier league. Fulham is not also a bad destination as they are in good form and Firmino will fit in perfectly if a deal could be struck between parties involved. It seems like the Saudi league has not favored Firmino so far and a move away is very likely. Leaving Liverpool at the time he did was a good move because his time at Liverpool was overstretched and the club needed fresh legs.

The rumor seems to be true at least in so far that there are ongoing discussions between Fulham and Firmino, but they call it a shock return and I think that hits the nail on the head. I don't understand why someone would leave for an incredible amount of money to play in Saudi Arabia to then decide after a few months to leave that country again and go back to the Premier League. But why would Al-Ahli let him go to Fulham in the winter transfer window? I don't fully understand the back and forth here and what the benefit for Al-Ahli would be in all of this.
I think if Fulham sends its proposal to recruit Firmino, then PIF will submit its proposal to acquire ownership of Fulham Grin. Fulham interest in Firmino makes sense, because considering his age, the Brazilian player can still play for another season or two in the EPL, but I think the player will demand the same salary as he currently receives at Al Ahli.

SPL clubs are only focused on improving their image on the international stage, which is the reason they recruited players like Firmino from Liverpool last summer. However, for now his contribution at Al Ahli is still far from expectations, I think he is having difficulty adapting to a very different League culture.

If we refer to media reports, family reasons are an indication of rumors of Firmino's move back to the EPL. Personally, I don't think this move will happen, because the money can make Firmino and his family feel at home and live comfortably in Saudi.

A good move for the German machine as he'll be around to help them with the absence of a player like Son who will be outside playing Asain Cup Competition.
He's good at high pressing and quick transition, he'll do well in this Tottenham Hotspur squad. At least he already has a good idea of the Premier League Competition. Tottenham Hotspur are now focused on the signature of Genoa's defender Radu Dragusin who is also in towards the move to  North London Club.

Manchester United young midfielder  ( Hannibal ) has also accepted the move to Sevilla on loan, he'll be accessed by the new owners be they decide who stays and who leaves Manchester United.

"the German machine" Cheesy I like this name for him because it couldn't be further from the truth. He was extremely weak when he played for Chelsea and then after he returned to Germany nothing was like it used to be when he played first for RB Leipzig. He is everything, but not a machine. Actually, Haaland is called a machine, but Werner is not in his league and not even one league below Haaland. I am not sure if this is a good decision for Tottenham Hotspurs, but maybe he can recover from his low and get back to his best shape during the season. If he plays his best, he is good. But he didn't play his best in the recent past.

I'm fond of this particular footballer and he'll be a player I'd love to play alongside. He was a player I love from his days with Chelsea, he didn't do so well but was key to that Champions League goal scored by Kai Havertz in that Champions League finals won against Manchester City.

" GERMAN MACHINE " This is a name my uncle normally call's players from Germany so I got used to the name and started using the same term.
I hate comparisons,  Haaland is a better goal scorer right than Werner, he'll improve though, but not to the level of Erling Haaland goals scored.

Ok now that you gave some context I understand better what you were talking about and referring to, which makes sense. I have heard that saying about Germans, yes. It is because they are physically strong often times and play quite hard using their bodies. But when you look at Werner or Havertz, it is not as if they were looking like "MACHINES". Cheesy

The problem is that one contribution to a goal can't be enough to justify a transfer. Werner has had some good years, but the last few seasons were definitely not hist best. Maybe he will have some better times when he plays for the Spurs.

Messi is very different compared to the what he used to be. he has been declining so hard due to the fact that if his era has been finished. Messi needs only to enjoy his life and he was not pushing himself like what he used to be in the past.
Messi has so many problem with himself. It's caused by in fact that if he has no spirit to achieve something in his life. I hope that messi will be going to the SPL then he will able to get something good to make him has something to be achieved again.
Play in MLS was not something special. I think that the best thing for messi to go to the saudi pro league and he may able to go back to his best performance again soon.

That's the only way to make messi is willing to use all of his strength again.

Since Messi joined Inter Miami, of course his performance is still good, but because the MLS league is not very popular, of course many fans have missed Messi matches with Inter Miami. Indeed, his quality has not decreased too much, but he seems to have disappeared from the news because Ronaldo has been published more often by the media compared to Messi this year. Of course the Messi era has ended since he joined Inter Miami because he is no longer in European competition.

The MLS league will resume at the end of February and Messi will participate in a series of tours that will be carried out by Inter Miami before the league starts again. In this month of February we will see Ronaldo vs Messi where the two will face each other in a tour match conducted by Inter Miami. I think both Ronaldo and Messi are the best footballers and because they are getting older maybe their era will end soon.
