There's only a month before quarter final in Europa League begins, it's too fast to sack Mourinho. I don't expect Roma will achieve anything in this season, De Rossi wasn't proven as a good manager, he's just a senior player. There have been many senior players that not capable when they're become manager, De Rossi could be one of them.

Which the next club that Mourinho will join? Manchester United or Chelsea?
