We can't blame anyone, clubs have their targets which must be completed by coaches and players. but they didn't get it with Rooney. he's a good player, but maybe not good enough to coach.

A small improvement meant nothing, as the club has a very big target to be achieved. If rooney was failed, then he is not worthy enough to be recruited as a coach. He was good as a football player but not as a coach.
Rooney is having the same fate as gerrard which is not having specialization to coach the club. That proves that if it's not all of football players can become excellent coaches for their clubs.

Rooney, gerrard and more english coaches were overrated coach. They were always failed to deliver good results for the teams that they have coached it.

The fact that English managers aren't as successful in football management as their other European counterparts I think further explains how poor their tactical experiences and abilities are. The English media as we all know are very good in hyping their footballers and making an average footballer look like one of the best but because when it comes to football management, you have to prove your capabilities by winning trophies as well as winning more matches for your team than losses, that's why we've not seen English managers doing well whenever they're hired.

Wayne Rooney without doubt had a very career as a player, but that's absolutely been the opposite with his managerial career and I think it's be better for him not to continue with the profession as he's failed in almost all the previous attempts.

I knew this January will definitely be hot for nonperforming managers to be shown the exit door, The situation with Birmingham City is almost at its worst state having Rooney as their head coach. I think that is a good decision for the club to move forward.

Jadon Sancho is already tired of Erik Ten Hag's managerial role at Man utd and would have no option than to leave Old Trafford on a loan deal after periods of not being featured in Man Utd's games since August and not being included in the Utd's first team environment for long now.

Although it is certain that the championship trophy as a complement to success is definitely expected but as long as he can still play well until now even if he doesn't get a trophy I think it's very good for Xabi.
Now the opportunity is still there for him as a tribute to the club if he manages to lift the trophy as well as to make his name which has shot up and is predicted to be a better coach in the future but even if he still can't realize it I think he will still be very well seen as a coach.

How can everybody in the club including your colleagues or teammates be begging you to reconcile but you think you’re bigger than that, that’s ego to me. This is not the first time that Sancho will be involved in coming late to the training because even Pep had same problems with him before he got sold to Dortmund. The same Dortmund club had fined him before for same lack of punctuality. To me both him and United are better off without each other. He is a top talent but hasn’t picked at United.

I don’t see United making any new signings this January as they are under FFP crises because any wrong spending will result into ban. For now they are just actual looking at extending contracts of the current players and probably looking for loan deals for academy graduates to get more minutes.

Talking about his ideology is probably the right wording because nobody really knows what kind of cult this guy is following. So many talents are jumping ship, so many talents decrease in performance under his instruction. Sancho is on the fence of leaving Manchester United to go back to Dortmund, Rashford is not the Rashford he could be. I think Rashford is a huge talent who needs the right leadership from a very good coach who understands how to push him and get the best out of him. He should play for Klopp for a while and I am sure he would change into a consistent striker.

What perspective ten Hag has for Manchester United is unknown to me. I can't see it even if I wanted to. If a coach is wasting so many resources for such a long time, it doesn't really speak in favor of him. I believe the Premier League is a level too high for him. He should go back to the Netherlands.
