Arsenal doesn't have a top notch striker, someone who can accept responsibility when the game isn't going very well and decide the game with a solo. It is mostly team effort, which is good but every team that's highly ambitious needs this one guy as you said, a spearhead. Usually they have some great names in their team like Jesus, but he isn't a player who scores 25 goals and more in a Premier League season. This is really missing there and probably costs them some of the games.

The main cause of Arsenal's decline in standings is none other than the poor performance of their current strikers, so like it or not, Arteta has to look for an alternative striker who can be the spearhead for Arsenal,  one of the strikers who has long been targeted by Arteta is Ivan Toney, but as we know If Brenford won't let go of Ivan Toney that easily, even though Ivan Toney is currently still under suspension due to a gambling case, to be honest, Ivan Toney appearance is quite promising, but it would be better for Arteta not to recruit him at all if Brenford is still holding out with a high price.

 The likes of Ancelotti and Zidane are clear examples of coaches with the right philosophy and another sweet example of a good coach with right teachings is Xabi and his Leverkusen side. The fluidity in the team is top notched, he’s managed the full team for a season and half and yet no rift with a player to affect team’s performance.

Exactly why coaches sometimes have a very different position from their players now, it is much better for those coaches who have been soccer players, because they understand that they cannot teach technique to them, they only know the way to do it. Yes I mean the Bernabeu is literally where he belongs. They fit together very well, the club and him. He is a gentleman and a great coach, a great personality and Real Madrid is the most recognized club in the world. So there is no disagreement about that. I wonder what he would do in 2026 if everything is looking great and going well. I believe someone like him will have a hard time to once and for all say goodbye to soccer. it is really his life although he is one of the calmest coaches I have ever seen. The most you can see from him is when he is showing his fist out of joy. But he isn't screaming or escalating. Great coach and I hope we'll see him a few more years.
