Guardiola doesn't need convincing to stay at City, he wants to. The only question is how the League v City case will end. I don't think that Pep is considering leaving Manchester City by now. But courtesy demands that he leaves the club for now after consistency in achieving success. We learn to leave the stage when the ovation is still very high.
