I don't think this is the fault of the players but of Chelsea's haste to get something instant.
An example might be in this case Enzo, Caicedo and Mudryk. For these 3 players alone Chelsea must pour money around 300 million even though if they are not in a hurry especially for Enzo and Mudryk I think they can get these players cheaper especially Enzo even though he is good but at that time he was hype because of his brilliant performance at the world cup.
On the other hand, the lack of a formula in coaching makes these players not very well adapted especially maybe the atmosphere in the league they previously occupied with this EPL is much different which makes these players difficult.
Chlesea must start getting used to changing their way of transferring players because what they are doing now is just throwing money continuously.

There have been many alternative players for those over priced guys if chelsea was willing to find that but this club is so damn bad in scouting the players. Sometimes it can be a pretty good choice but almost all of players bought during the previous seasons were over priced.
They do have very expensive price but average skill. I see nothing special from enzo fernandes. This guy has good gameplay as a midfielder but enzo has very bad long range shoot. That's why he was always failed in making proper shoot even when he was in front of the goalnet.
Mudryk was also playing so badly since last season but this guy was consistently doing improvement for himself. Caicedo was also overrated and overpriced defensive midfielder.
I don't know why this club is so stupid by agreed to buy those average players with non sense price like what? Is there no an alternative for those guys? Chelsea shall ahve stopped this stupid habits. It will not even pay off in long term.
The scouting team shall try to think carefully about that. They wre wasting too much money for nothing.
