First I don’t see Donnarumma returning back to Milan, a return back to his native country can’t be ruled out but Milan seemed done here. The way he left wasn’t the best because he actually didn’t want to sign a new contract then at Milan because of the wages then. He even went back to play against Milan and the fans threw object or fake paper money on him to show their anger towards him.

Yes United actually signed Pogba for the then British record after he first left juventus for free but I think is scenery is different because on the two occasions it wasn’t about money like Donnarumma but about get enough playing time.


Firstly goal keeper department wasn’t the major problem at United but it definitely needed a change soon and Ten Hag felt it is time to change it. Onana was on the top of the list because of his ability to play with his feet and no body is denying that. Now to the goals united conceded this season wasn’t all Onana’s faults except the opening goal which we have one way or the other seeing with DeGea before.

Many fans are just angry or are picking on Onana calling him a bad goalkeeper because of the way De Gea left which angered everyone but saying Onana isn’t a good goalkeeper is just wrong because this is the same person who is nominated for numerous awards this season. Also De gea had more of a bad start to his United career than Onana and later went on to be a club legend.

Dembele neither scored nor assisted after his first 5 matches for PSG. Perhaps PSG fans and management are disappointed with Dembele. Many fans on PSG's social media platforms expressed frustration with Dembele and wanted to remove him from the starting lineup.
Currently, PSG has many quality options in attack despite parting ways with Messi and Neymar. In addition to Mbappé, coach Luis Enrique has Goncalo Ramos, Kolo Muani, Bradley Barcola, and Lee Kang-in. The fact that PSG does not need Dembele, a loan contract, or a permanent sale is all possible. Arsenal, Tottenham, and West Ham are all lining up to borrow Dembele.

I don't know why Arteta would be needing an injury prone player when he's got Trossard, Marteneli, and Saka all this player are alot better and performed better than Dembele last season,Dembele might not even last a full week or the middle of the season without sustaining an injury, he was a very good player and had been speculated to be one of the best in the world currently while he was younger but he didn't leave up to that and has declined in performance due to his injury crisis.

 Moreover PSG just got him from Barcelona this summer and with what I'm seeing he's doing fine at the club currently and is one of the important player of the team, I just hope he succeeds at PSG and not sustain an injury that would keep him out of the season like he normally does, however i think Arteta should make a mistake of bringing Dembele into his team.

Manchester United abandoned their first choice and signed André Onana from Inter Milan, that decision was unwise because the new goalkeeper doesn't fill in the vacant position, conceding goals and causing irrelevant mistakes that leads to goals. David De Gea enjoyed his moments at Old Trafford, received his accolades. He's currently without a club due to the high earning salary, we just hope he's able to make things right in his career and return to what he does best. In due time, the spaniard will make his choice if he would return or continue his adventure to win more significant titles.

Dembele is a very good player but if I were to be a coach I will be very skeptical of signing him because I believe he is a delicate player. I mean he can be very useful this week but next week he might not perform optimally.
In my opinion, I believe that PSG needs Dembele more than Arsenal need him. Marteneli, Jesus and Saka is good for Arsenal as Dembele may not find his place in the squad.
Considering again will be the availability of Mbappe after this season which is highly in doubt. So consider the age of Dembele he is a good deal for PSG

Wouldn't that trade be a bit useless in that case? I mean they are very close in talent level, I wouldn't be able to say which one is better, and if they just trade them straight up with no money involved, that would not make sense for either team. Donnaruma leaving Milan wasn't all that nice neither so it doesn't make sense for him to get back neither, it would be useless trade for him as well.

I guess if they want to do it they will, but I do not see a point on this trade at all. Why did PSG think they do not like their goalkeeper suddenly? Did he do something that pissed off the manager or something? Because outside of that, I do not see why he would not be considered good enough to stay at the team currently.

I've heard these rumors and if AC Milan accepted a swap for this player without getting an additional fee it would be a ridiculous swap.
In my opinion, Maignan and Donnarumma are no different in terms of performance at each club, but seeing Maignan contribution is superior to Donnarumma because I don't need to explain, we all know how Donnarumma was with PSG and we can see the comparison.
But I also heard rumors that AC Milan refused the exchange if there was no additional fee because Milan management would not easily believe it like in case of Pogba at Juventus last time which made Manchester United fans disappointed and I don't expect anything long as Maignan still makes a good contribution at Milan. I hope Milan rejected it.

Until now De Gea is still unemployed, this indicates that not many big teams are seriously interested in him. Even though this goalkeeper is an extraordinary goalkeeper, for some reason no one was serious about recruiting him in the last summer transfer window. IMO, there are several factors that cause big clubs to be reluctant to contact him even though he is a free agent. Apart from his high salary, he is also a typical classic goalkeeper who doesn't play much of a role in helping attacks starting from him. Maybe that's also why Bayern doesn't really intend to propose to him. Apart from that, they are still waiting for Neuer to recover from his injury. Well, we can't predict with certainty. I don't think Bayern or Real Madrid will be interested on buying De Gea next season because i see De Gea as already lose form since is contract will expired with Manchester united and buy onana, real Madrid as already get kepa for loans and is trying is best for the team if Courtois come back now i think he will continue keeping for real Madrid, am very sure de gea will retire in European, Manchester united can't bring de gea back because onana is already performing well and he have confidant very well i like how is performing in the Epl, he make mistake in the champions league group stage against Bayern Munich but any keeper can have the same mistake.

Its best opportunity for professional football player get highest payment salary with Saudi Pro League and that opportunity will come once only in their life. I don't thinknhave problem when top European more priority with SPL than stay on European team. During have many top player arrived there will make SPL become more compete league and with top European player level. But have some bad viewed when top European player more priority for playing with SPL team and claimed they have make money first than their career. Interested to see if David De Gea move to SPL team and there have two top European goal keeper after Edouard Mendy have joining early with Al Ahli.

I don't really understand him. What is the point of finishing his career if he is not offered a contract by some big club? If nobody wants you, why not go and make money in the SPL? The level of football there is growing like on yeast, maybe in a year he won't feel the difference between European football and Saudi Arabian football... When you're on the verge of ending your career, and at that age, principles have to take a back seat

De Gea is 5 years younger than Neuer (Bayern continue to make plans for Neuer even at this age) and I see no reason why he can retire from football at that age. We must not forget about the difference between field players and goalkeepers - if for a field player 32 is a serious age after which a gradual decline begins, then for goalkeepers this is shifted approximately by 4 years. It seems to me that De Gea will find a club for himself (even if he has to reduce his salary expectations); in extreme cases, he can go to Saudi Arabia or MLS. He 100% will not return to United, firstly because the situation with Onana, even if it gets worse, they won’t remove him anytime soon.

It's a wierd one but I think if they send out Donnarumma, PSG will be the one on the losing end. In my opinion, not everything matters in terms of money. Donnarumma is a young player with huge potential and it's very tough to get around with such talents especially in goalkeeper position these days. He is starting for PSG and have been performing well, so I don't see any reason for PSG to swap him for Maignan to Ac Milan. Would love to see some tough reports before I start believing in this ...too much to lose for PSG.

There is talk in the press about the possibility of De Gea signing for Real Betis. But nothing is certain. If he wanted to go to the Arab League, he would have done it already. He probably won't go to the Arab League. I think Erik ten Hag should have kept him. I think Erik ten Hag made a wrong decision in terms of planning. By the way, if I remember correctly, De Gea was signed under the Ferguson era. He was Manchester United goalkeeper for many years. Retiring at the age of 32 is not the best decision for De Gea, he is still capable of playing at a high level, his reflexes are still very good and at his current age he is not considered old for a player who plays as a goalkeeper. De Gea must be patient until a suitable offer comes to him, he needs to maintain his physical fitness while being a player without a club.
I think De Gea's pride is greater than money, he will not accept an offer to return to Manchester United after the club treated him so badly. Currently there are no signs of elite European clubs taking an interest in him, but there will be clubs interested in using his services when one of their main goalkeepers has a long injury or is not performing optimally.

Though it is not impossible in terms of the rules of football concerning transfer of players, I don't think David De Gea is gonna return back to Manchester United anytime soon just because Manchester United decides to re-sign him since his replacement Andre Onana isn't doing too well for the club.
For a goalkeeper of David De Gea's class to be told he's surplus to requirements which made him leave the club in the summer, it'll be a let down for him to return to the same club just because he couldn't find another club. I think the main reason why he's still not contracted to any club is because he's not gotten a good offer from a good European club not because he's not getting offers at all.

Donnarumma performance was not quite up to PSG's expectations if we compared when he was still playing at AC Milan so that's why this rumour appears because PSG doesn't want to hold him anymore and why PSG want Maignan because before playing at Milan Maignan is from PSG academy so that's why PSG think if they swaped Donnarumma to Maignan is good transfer because just like i said before Maignan is already know the atmosphere of PSG team so he might be will not required long time to adapt but i think most likely this swap won't be happend because AC Milan doesn't interested to Donnarumma anymore and the most important why this transfer have potention to failed is Milan fans were feel dissapoint when Donnarumma decide moved to PSG so that's why the fans considers him as a traitor

I think this will only be temporary, in the future when there are offers from clubs he will play again, as a goalkeeper he is still of productive age, if he decides to retire then being the second goalkeeper at Manchester United is better because there are still opportunities to play when United's current main goalkeeper is not playing according to expectations.
There are rumors that the retired Mezut Osil will return to play in the Saudi Pro league, but the truth is not yet known, so there is still a chance for David deGea to return, I don't think that he should retire because he is one of the goalkeepers who is quite good at saving though sometimes he make mistakes, but all players make mistakes.
