Todd Boehly is a good business man but the money spent on these players haven't brought about positive results for the club.
If the transfer window was still open, Chelsea would have brought in some new players after their very disappointing performance in the game, and losing at home.

In today's game, they lacked a solid attacking midfielder and when Palmer was introduced, he didn't get enough time to operate,
I do not think Palmer was placed in a good position, that is why he was not able to really have that cut in and shoot opportunity like he wants. If the Chelsea coach had put him at the end in the position where Noni Madueke was later playing, he would have really been able to do something better. The Chelsea coach really needs to understand how to use the players he has.

They should be patient and work with the players they have as much as they can also avoid getting Injured which has lead most of the core players in the squad to be sidelined.
One thing I'm not sure with has got to be Pochetino, is he the right coach for Chelsea?
I don't know the role he fits in, but watching him for a few minutes yesterday, I saw him entering spaces behind the midfielder's like Mesut Ozil (  Smiley ) Not enough time for him I say again.

Noni Madueke is not a big game player, he had a chance to curl the ball in the post but was busy joking on the ball. I don't mean to be blunt and harsh but it's has got to be said how I see it. Noni would end up with clubs like Brentford and Nothingham Forest really, when I watch him play, all I see is Hudson Odoi. Flops! ( I know football ain't easy though )

With the arrival of the Joào's to Barcelona ( Felix and Cancelo ) believe me they have what it takes to win the Champions League. Enough midfielder's for depth and attacking depth too. Defending the Spanish League successfully should be done swiftly.

This summer is over and the teachers are getting ready to use the player they hired for this season However some of these expensive players are still not in a good situation or like Neymar they are still injured and they can't play in for a few weeks. Here is the list of the most expensive players in this transfer window.

regarding the injury suffered by Neymar, it is still difficult for Neymar to appear on the field because the injury he suffered is a bit serious so it will take a long time to really recover and I have thoughts when Al Hilal bought this player at a high price but on the one hand Neymar has an injury that has not healed total but what was in the mind of the Al Hilal management who dared to buy this player or did they not know about the injury.

even if I want to see Neymar performance in the SPL, it does not look like it will be at the start of this season because it looks like Neymar is not ready to compete strongly on the field and prioritizes asking for time to make sure his injury is okay.

This transfer window is over and we had many Saudi teams spending too much money in this summer and many superstar players left European teams to the Arabian team to earn more money there, while compared to the other leagues the teams in La Liga sent less money than we were expecting to see from them.

Premier League 2737 million euros
French League 900.64 million euros
Saudi League 846.57 million euros
Serie A 845.66 million euros
Bundesliga 767 million euros
La Liga 432 million euros
Teams now have to think about financial fair play rules. That's why La Liga teams want to be more careful, we can't blame them for that. Perhaps the most logical thing to do is what they do. A lot of teams paid high money in the Saudi Pro League, but despite this, they spent almost nothing besides the EPL.
Some clubs were on big debts and almost unable to pay their debts. Despite being renowned football clubs, both Barcelona and Real Madrid are currently grappling with financial struggles and a large amount of debt. Even sevilla losing almost all of its players caused by the club was selling all of them to be used to repaid its debt. La liga team doesn't have a lot of money. Even the major clubs owned by its fans, not by major investors like EPL. I would not be surprised to see how la liga spent less compared with another league.
The teams need to use its money efficiently. Even real madrid was just buying a few players but 1 as a loan from chelsea.

And it turns out that Serie A outperforms their spending in the transfer window compared to Laliga. Only 3 teams have had a big influence on Laliga in the transfer window such as Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico madrid and it's different from Serie A they have many representatives which are the goals of the players joining Serie A. The EPL is the highest competition in the world and has quite an atmosphere attractive to football players, which makes them ranked 1st as a league that spends big money in the transfer window in recruiting players.

The surprise came from the Saudi Arabian League, they continued to increase their prestige in the European league by successfully recruiting many star players and they didn't really care about the money they spent. I think they have unlimited money and are ready to fight again in the winter transfer window. What about Ligue 1 they are too cold only psg is too strong there.

Every premier league in europe should open up their league for investors just as the English league as done. By opening up your league for investors; they are able to earn even more money and make the smaller clubs richer. Until the smaller clubs are richer; all other leagues in europe will continue to feed the English league their talisman. To put into context; Nottingham Forest are investing good amounts on players; while Sevilla is being forced to sell and German clubs can't even buy to challenge Bayern for the title.

For now, English Premier League remains one with over-massive influence.

Damn. The Premier League spent almost as much as the other 4 top Europa Leagues. Everyone knows about this financial imbalance, but its magnitude simply blows the mind. Thank God that in European competition there is almost always someone who knocks out English clubs. If the results were more "logical" we would see their complete dominance.

It was Felix's dream to play for Barcelona so I'm curious about his performance there. If he manages to impress them maybe Barcelona can use their funds to sign him permanently next summer.

Felix is a really talented soccer player. But he didn't perform as expected at Atletico Madrid. Then he spent the second half of last season on loan at Chelsea, but he didn't perform as expected there either. Now he will play football on loan at Barcelona. I think he seems to be running out of credits. If he doesn't have a successful performance in Barcelona, his market value will drop. And the big teams won't make an effort to sign him. I think he has to use this chance well.

Joao Felix is going to have a good loan spell at Barcelona because there are so many players who can bring out the best in him in that team, the like of Gundogan, and Raphinha and other talented stars are there to play good football with him, unlike when he was at a struggling Chelsea team where his effort Werent seen.
As you said, this might be his last chance for him to show his worth, because if he doesn't,his chances of returning to his club and be in the starting line up will be slim, infact they might decide to sell him to a smaller team that will not even be playing in the champions league, and a player of his calibre will be eager to showcase his talent in the champions league.

Due to the huge sums of money being spent by the Saudis, I opened a own thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.62759758.
It's very crazy what's happened on the transfer market this year and the transfer window is a little longer (for the saudi league), so more good players can leave Europe. I find it very worrying. It is uncertain how things will continue here in europe.

Chelsea must have spent around 450 million euros for transfers this summer. However for now there are still serious issues to be seen. Their start to the season isn't impressive at all. They lost to Nottingham home today shockingly. Will we really see a similar scenario this season? Because they spent a lot of money last summer also but the result of it wasn't positive.

It is early to talk about such things of course. However I'm worried about their future games already as I have seen this bad scenario before.

I hope the team improve their effort as soon as possible. Nkunku's absence is felt so much. Jackson signing hasn't been beneficial for Chelsea yet.
Chelsea cannot save money in every transfer window. Where they also did crazy things in last season's transfer window and this continues in this summer's transfer window. I think they are taking a big gamble by buying players with high price tags but their abilities haven't been tested enough so far.

Chelsea even released some of their best players this season, such as Pulisic, where he showed impressive quality with AC Milan and also a number of other high-quality players who were released by Chelsea. Well, Chelsea have just reaped bad results after they were beaten in front of their supporters. It is quite difficult to imagine their fate this season, the players are increasingly under pressure and their new coach has not been successful enough so far.

Just a correction the market in Saudi Arabia will end on the 7th of this month and not on the 15th.

So they can still buy Salah for example if Liverpool opens to the sell.
Liverpool are aware of that and Klopp is already pissed for seeing them closing the transfer market after European ones.
There is other names that might move to Saudi Arabia apparently like Wijnaldum, Marco Verrari, Saul Niguez, Paul Pogba and de Gea. We still have a whole week for drama Wink

What makes you so confident that Joao Felix is a good signing? He scored about 1 goal every for games for Atletico Madrid and the same ratio counts for Chelsea. I am not sure whether this is the player that will give Barcelona the final boost to get back to the European top group. In my opinion, this is not going to work for them as Joao Felix is still an average striker at best. It looks nice how he sometimes plays, but what does it help the team when he actually doesn't really score or assist. There are a few very overrated strikers, which is demonstrated by the transfer fees clubs paid for them, and Joao Felix has been one of those overrated players for a long time. He got hyped in one moment and that was it.

Before Joao Felix will join Chelsea, I always think of him as a world class striker that would make a big change to Chelsea after he joins them but as time goes by, little did I know that he is just an overhyped striker that lacks enough experience. Maybe he must have done one or two wonders before that some people think highly of him a good striker but to me he’s still an upcoming striker that still needs vigorous training to be at his best. Atletico Madrid manager despise him and never wanted him in his plan for the season. Now that he founds himself at Barcelona, we’ll wait to see the impact he’s going to add for them there.

In terms of quality, there is not much difference in the league's class because both leagues are dominated by two or three teams; the Bundesliga is dominated by Bayern Munich and Dortmund, while the League is usually dominated by PSG. I think the player will find it easy to adapt to the playing pattern and the nature of competition in the league.

Players who find themselves in an already good performing team don’t always have issues adopting to their style of play. Sometimes, what matters is how competitive the league they have joined is, but having an already strong existing squad makes it easy for a new player to adapt to a new team.

Ultimately we need to realise that adding players or reshuffling is not always about money. Their current difficult performance happened because they made too many changes at the club so that this made the chemistry and cooperation of the players still not closeness.
Chelsea's problems occurred when it started from a massive reshuffle of officials followed by a change of coach and a reshuffle of players so that for now adding players is also not a determinant of whether they will get better or not.
What they need to do now is how to improve their chemistry especially for attack and defence because until now even though they have been very good from possession but they are not more than that because sometimes their defenders rely too much on each other and their attacking instincts are not too good to convert opportunities into goals.

Mauricio Pochettino is under pressure, I imagine if Roman Abramovich was still the owner of Chelsea he would be sacked if he lost one more game. I see that Pochettino has not changed his formation, in four matches consistently using a 3-4-2-1 formation, R james Injured was replaced by Gusto. With the addition of Caicedo shifts Enzo slightly forward as a wing and reserves Chkwuemeka. As a result, his tactics put Chelsea in 11th place in the standings, I don't know what Pochettino is doing with his expensive squad.

So far Chelsea have lost twice, won once, and drawn once and pocketed 4 points. I think it's very difficult for Chelsea to get up this season, Nkunku also doesn't guarantee that he can make a significant contribution.

Manchester United were able to secure their summer target, Amrabat before the transfer deadline. This is a news of delight to Manchester United supporters. Many of them are already jubilating and posting his pictures all over social media to celebrate their acquisition, seemingly he is the next fan favorite in the club but somehow I have a negative feeling that he may not live up to the expectations of the fans.
Manchester United making good plans and signing one of the few brilliant player in the transfer deadline moments. The Morocco international will work really smooth with his new teammates. The Red Devils are jubilating and chanting because he was one of their priority targets this summer and they succeeded in landing him. I only hoped he fits in all the hype and expectations from the fans. Sofyan Amrabat Isa tough defensive midfielder for his opponent on the pitch. He's very aggressive and knows specifically how to handle the game.
In the deal between Amrabat and Manchester United, it is Amrabat that needs to be praised because he really showed his love for Manchester United as he rejected so many other clubs. He did this even when Manchester United was no longer showing green lights.
Some other tempting offers came and he maintained that it must be Manchester United, unless Manchester United is not ready and after about 70days of open chances of signing Amrabat, he is right there in the old Trafford. He is a strong addition to Manchester United midfield. I cannot easily forget his World Cup adventures.

So you think it's not a tough problem that will be faced by Kolo playing with PSG in the Francis League, but whether the view of management sees what will happen in the future by bringing Kolo, we don't know whether PSG in the Francis League will be down His performance after the departure of the mega star players.

I think the player will adapt easily that is if he gets the much needed game time. Kolo Muani is not new to league because he played there two seasons ago with Nantes and has an impressive 21 Ligue 1 goals. He switched clubs for a new challenge and went on free transfer to join Frankfurt last summer and scored 15 Bundesliga goals and added 14 assists only him had the highest goal and assist ratio. This adaptability nature of him to cope in every league will help him develop in PSG. But one key factor as I pointed out earlier is the issue of playing time. PSG attack seems star packed at the moment with the likes of Ramos, Asensio and Dembele added to the squad just already coupled with Mbappe there will limit Kolo Muani game time. But one thing that could help him settle in and possibly force is way into that first eleven is his versatility to able to play in any of the three attacking positions and also the role of a second striker. If he gets the much needed time then he will certainly come good
