I see no wrong with Chelsea's signing of Cole Palmer with such an amount of money, Despite him being young so far he's equal to the task or lived up to expectations. The player is young, skilled, and has a promising future, Several times I watched him being featured in some Manchester City games his performances were exciting, and right now based on Chelsea's current situation and the urge to further boost its squad and coupled with the number of injuries that the team has experienced just in the starting this season, no club will hesitate to bring in a player of his caliber.

It's not a ridiculous price for him. He was well developed on manchester city and he can become one of potential player in the future. It's worthy to pay him with such amounts. I were also often seeing him play for manchester city.
Chelsea had a reason to buy him with such price. In fact, the club really needs a new centre forward at this moment. Jackson is not enough caused by his teammates were injured. Broja has not yet recovered from his injury. I can even understand the main reason why chelsea was signing him. he is far better rather than signing balogun from arsenal. I really support him to go to the chelsea. he will pay off his price.
Chelsea seems to be considering Cole Palmer's development opportunities at his young age. last season he didn't get enough places in the squad, only played 14 times. it was not enough to show its potential.
we can just see whether its potential matches the price paid by Chelsea or not. all the fans hope Chelsea will do better after spending so much money. Of course, Chelsea doesn't want to repeat what happened to them last season. they must be able to maximize their players well.

But hey this is Chelsea and don't get too weird about it because we've also seen absurd transfers from Mudryk before so why feel weird when they dare to pay a high price for Cole Palmer Cheesy
He is indeed still one of the pretty good young players for Manchester City especially when he became the winner in the European Super Cup which made his name a little glimpsed.
The deal happened very quickly and it seems that Chelsea did not want to waste time in the remaining time they have at this time especially since the transfer season will be closed in a few days so that even this big offer was immediately agreed by Chelsea.
Chelsea are known for their hugh spending on young players who ate yet to deliver in their perspective clubs. Spending £45million on Cole Palmer is a ridiculous price for a young player who's still developing and gaining experience in football. I guessed Todd Boehly knows what he needs and he's ready to function good moves for the blues, he's ultimate aim is to strengthened the squad, make Stamford Bridge a home for streak winnings and lifting of significant titles, all this doesn't come by a twinkle of an eye, energy should be settled and mapping out crucial plans should be executed.

Here we go, Ansu Fati leaves Barcelona and join Premier League teams Brighton Albion, both team have reach agreement deal with full payment salary from  Brighton and not buy option clause at the end season. Difficult to get regular position in Barcelona and Ansu Fati want to get new challenge with Premier League team.

Last rumor, Ansu Fati linked with Tottenham Hotspur but Barcelona get more excited offering from Brighton Albion and easily getting done deal, will play for Brighton Albion for one season and Brighton get easily clause without option buy back and Ansu Fati will back to Barcelona for season 2024,how potential for Ansu Fati get top performance with Premier League team?

45 million for Cole Palmer is just basically "we have so much money that we wouldn't even discuss anything under 20 and would rather keep the player and lose him after his contract is over" level. Cole Palmer doesn't worth 45 million, nowhere near that level, the inflation in football is seriously getting insane. We are going to start talking about just 50 million and up soon, nothing lower than that. This is hurting all the other nations who can't spend this much, it just doesn't make sense. I feel like he would worth somewhere around 20-25 million range, I would sort of understand 30 million but I can't really understand the situation being 45 million, maybe more than 50 with bonuses, that's WAAAAY too much.

Cole Palmer value would only increase If he get's consistent playing, but I think it's just a matter of time before he get's limited playing time under Guardiola because I don't know how well he rates him, but he's got some good potential, 45m is absurd for Palmer in my opinion too, but Chelsea have enough to go round after the kind of sales they've made from Saudi's and Havertz, because that's the only explanation for almost 50m for Lavia and 120m for Caceido.

They're just being extorted, but maybe it's fair, if the whole idea turns out good enough, because they've now got a very young squad that could go on for decades, If they are able develop their potentials properly, only then would it have been a great business investment for them.

This price is considered very expensive.
According to Transfermarkt, Palmer's price is only £15.5 M. Chelsea is inflating the entire market.
My concern is that Chelsea is willing to spend £45m on him, What has he done?
For £45M that's a crazy price. But again, the market is now crazy.
Cole Palmer is a good attacking midfielder at Manchester City and I think he is really worth being priced at. I think if there was a crazy transfer value about Chelsea, then I would say it was when they brought in Moises Caicedo for 116 million euros and Roméo Lavia for more than 60 million euros. Both are defensive midfielders who shouldn't be worth that much, but Chelsea made the deal.

I wouldn't say Cole Palmer's transfer to Chelsea which touched the 45 million euro mark was an expensive transfer, but it was worth it for the quality he has as he proved with Manchester City.

In fact, 45 million Euros is a very high price, but when the team in question is from the Premier League, we approach 45 million Euros as cheap. Palmer may be a good player, but he'll soon show us if he's worth the price. If he's successful at Chelsea, Chelsea might even get him for free, but if he puts on a mediocre game, it'll be a waste of money.

The Arab Football Federation is ambitious to "overthrow European football."They attract a series of big stars in this summer transfer window. After the presence of Cristiano Ronaldo is a series of famous names. I heard they are planning to buy Liverpool striker Salah. The Salah deal, if it takes place for a fee of 150 million euros, will set a new transfer record in the history of Saudi football. Salah is also promised a higher salary than Ronaldo. This is just the beginning. Arab Football Federation will surely attract more famous players from Europe as they are not as restrictive as the European Football Federation's Financial Fair Play law. With financial potential, they can easily attract prominent players. Toppling the dominance of European football is only a matter of time.
I don't want to go too far in terms of this rumor because there is no definite source that we can rely on although there are many media outlets trying to make any statements. I see more business developments that are trying to be carried out by some influential rich people there. Salah has been the target of Al-Ittihad club and they want to break the latest transfer record by offering him a sizable salary, but several media have reported after receiving confirmation from Salah that he wants to stay at Liverpool for this season. So Salah's transfer will most likely not materialize and I also believe that Salah will stay at Liverpool at least for this season.

You are right because the Arab Football Federation is not as strict as the rules in Europe so they are free to do whatever they want. Some of the clubs that have signed top players in Europe have experienced a significant spike in their social media followers and they have also benefited greatly from broadcasting rights and jersey sales. They managed to make this business grow quickly in a short time and amazingly this league is being talked about all over the world now.

Big money is being spent on football now. The money to be given to Palmer is really more than it's worth. Paying between 20-30 million is understandable, but paying between 45-50 million didn't make sense to me. If it was 20 years ago, it would have been transferred by paying 3-5 million. Inflation also shows its face in football.

A surprise moves by chelsea. I remember that if todd has been giving some clubs if the club is willing to buy someone who had everything. Chelsea has been choosing cole palmer to join in the club. I dunno whether the negotiation can be finished or not as there was only one day remaining.
Chelsea is now in talk with manchester city regarding possibility to buy him from the citizen. I hope chelsea will be able to get him. It's far better rather than getting balogun from arsenal.
It surprises me to see that how chelsea was picking palmer instead of consider another guy from the different league. There was also a rumor if chelsea will be completing this transfer in january.
Palmer opens the possibility to join in chelsea soon.
Cole Palmer is a young talent at Manchester City and I really know he has a good game every time Pep Guardiola gives him a chance. Cole Palmer failed to compete with his teammates which then made him often on the bench, but I believe he still wants to stay at Manchester City.
Cole is likely leaving from the club as soon as possible. He chooses chelsea as his next destination. Chelsea really needs a typical forward like him. So numerous times palmer was threating chelsea through his dribbling. He can become a partner for jackson in the field.
City chooses to sell him rather than keep him as the club have so numerous young talented players on its line up. I really happy to see city agrees to sell him to the chelsea which is really good.

He is 21 years old. He is currently at Manchester City. I don’t know how many players are actually going to want to move from Manchester City right now and choose to go to Chelsea. But he is definitely a young player, and he will get more chances at Chelsea in my opinion. So it is after the player. Whatever he wants to do, will definitely be his choice.

In Manchester City, he will get fewer chances but he will definitely win something with Manchester City, and imagine if he goes to Chelsea and Chelsea does not perform as they should. He will certainly have to take some of the blame. I do not blame Pep Guardiola for not being able to give him more minutes to be honest. Because there are better and more experienced players in the squad.  That is probably the only reason he might want to go to Chelsea. But I think other teams might show interest in him as well. It will probably be better for him to hold on right now and not move to Chelsea.

Liverpool are also rumoured with Felix actually. It depends on Salah to leave for Saudi Arabia though. If this happens Liverpool can also intervene the deal. Felix's priority is Barcelona and it will be other European teams if possible. If none of them happens then Saudi Arabia will be his new target most probably.

Felix had good performances before but currently, his situation is not good at Atletico Madrid because this player showed his interest in Barcelona and made the Atletico fans mad, I think it's time for Felix to move to another team, and since Barcelona can't hire this player because of the financial issues he can consider even returning to Chelsea.

This is what I expected of Pouchettino a long time ago, I mean why would he even think of leaving out a player who was the one of the most outstanding player for the club last season, even with their poor performance, i was thinking that when he came inro the club one of the firsr things he would had done after offloading the players he felt he couldn’t work with was bringing back João Félix who was on a loan with them, his deal won't have been  tough, because the player is currently not very intrested in working with Atletico Madrid's coach Simeone and would glady accept to move back to Chelsea and would had even helped them in their previous matches.
Well if salah ends up moving out of Liverpool, Felix would be a very good replacement, cause he's skillful, has pace and can control the ball with speed from the flank than Salah the português even have a good crossing ability.

Chelsea are thinking about bringing back Felix according to rumours. He was a loanee there the last time for one season. But I can't say that he was able to adapt completely yet. But he was promising anyway. I think that he deserves a second chance in the Premier League. Besides Chelsea would make use of an extra decent striker now.

Manchester City have reached an agreement with Chelsea for the transfer of Cole Palmer for a fee of £40 million plus add ons of £5 million. I don't understand what Manchester City was thinking by agreeing to the bid made by Chelsea for such a talented young player and we know that oftentimes Cole Palmer can be the key to victory when needed in an important game. What is clear is that Chelsea have now secured his services for quite a long time and Pochettino is certainly happy with the increase in depth in Chelsea's squad for this season. Cole Palmer will soon undergo a medical test in the near future and is just waiting for an official announcement from Chelsea.

For £45M that's a crazy price. But again, the market is now crazy.

I keep asking myself: are the coaches at Chelsea the ones who decide to sign the players or is it the Chelsea management that signs the players? because I can't understand what the hell is with this team that spends a lot of money on meaningless signings every season. I would even accept it if they had bought players like Kane, Mbappe, Victor Osimhen or Lautaro Martinez from Inter, it would make perfect sense for them to spend a lot of money on signing these players, but it's strange that it seems like they are blind and don't have the eyes to see the good ones players and spend money on players who didn't add anything to the team

This guy, Cole Palmer last season, didn't play much, only scored 2 goals, didn't make any assists, and was average. I wonder: what the hell do Chelsea intend to achieve by signing him this season? What does Chelsea intend to achieve this season? If you tell me that Chelsea's goal this season is to win the Premier League I would say that with this squad I think it will be an impossible mission, if you tell me that Chelsea's goal this season is to reach the top 4 I would say it will be a very difficult task, and each signing that Chelsea has made shows that this goal will be further away

honestly, chelsea is a team that even with a lot of financial resources they can't take advantage of any of it, they could have a great and good squad, capable of winning the premier league and the european champions league, but they choose to spend money unnecessarily and nonsense, the strange part about this is that even when they change coaches, they continue to make strange hires, I just don't understand

Al Ittihad wanted to hire Salah from Liverpool even after they said this player is not for sale but Al Ittihad is still putting this player under pressure. Now while they are fighting for Salah, Al Ittihad sent an offer for Ibrahima Konaté to hire this player, It seems Al Ittihad wants to hire both players and this can definitely damage Liverpool.
Some mews reported that salah has changed his mind, and he has told liverpool to sell him to the saudi club. Saudi is still having a chance to get him. The transfer season in saudi is still a long way to go. The club may try to disrupt some EPL clubs to buy their players. This is what kloop feel worries regarding saudi now. Konate is unlikely joining in liverpool soon. There's was no response coming from him. Some news said that if konate is still willing to play in the saudi league.

Saudi club was just interesting to rob so many players from liverpool. I had heard that al ittihad already increased its offer for salah. Saudi likes to try so hard in robbing the supreme talents owned by liverpool.
It's not a good situation for liverpool consider EPL has almost come to its end. The transfer season gonna be closed very soon.

Cole Palmer may eventually have to give up and accept the proposal of Chelsea who are interested in him. Chelsea needed Palmer's services because I think Pochettino really knows the quality of this English player. Palmer has good pace and accuracy, but it's a shame that Pep Guardiola couldn't give him more minutes due to the stiff competition from the other midfielders in the squad.
He accepted it. It's a just matter of time until he will be moving to the chelsea as his new club. The competition in manchester city is very strict, and he gets less regular time to play in the club. I can understand why he chooses to leave from city instead of staying there even longer.
There were so many senior players like grealish or foden which are always filling the spots in the main squad.

At the end of the day, people will call Todd Boehly a genius for that he's doing now which is building youngster to develop them for the future while everyone is looking for established players to buy for their team and get instant results, Todd Boehly is building for the future and soon when his seed start geminating everyone that laugh at him will start praising him. Very soon players in the transfer market will be costly clubs so much to afford them but Chelsea will have them in surplus and we'll be selling them at costly prices yet clubs will be willing to buy because they won't have any choice but this doesn't mean the club won't be moving forward as Todd Boehly also has plans for that as well.

Chelsea are thinking about bringing back Felix according to rumours. He was a loanee there the last time for one season. But I can't say that he was able to adapt completely yet. I enjoyed Felix time at the bridge but he didn't deliver to his full potential and that was very disappointing because we expected so much from him especially for the amount of money that we paid for his service with the loan. If Pochettino thinks he can use his service as Nkunku has injured himself then they should go after him. He was disappointed when Pochettino asked for him not to be included in his plan but I hope he sees reason with Pochettino and give him a second chance to make it work at Chelsea. We need more players because it seems we haven't hit the ball moving yet and have alot of things to work on especially at the forward section of the team.

Chelsea also made large-scale spending in transfers this season, such as recruiting Caicedo at a high enough cost to be able to bring Caicedo to Stamford Bridge. At the start of this season it seemed that Chelsea were still far from Todd Boehly expectations because Chelsea were easily beaten by West Ham. But there are still many stages they have to go through to deliver a more impressive game this season so Pochettino needs time to cast their doubts on him. Previously, Chelsea won against Luton and that was a good capital for them to continue to win in the next match.

Previously this season's transfer market was almost closed and we saw several teams continue to make good moves to sign players and today Brighton able to reach an agreement with Barcelona for the loan of Ansu fati. The arrival of ansu fati will definitely make their squad stronger this season because he really has the good qualities he showed when he while still in Barcelona.

You know Nkunku is out until November after a serious injury. He will miss nearly the whole first half of the season. In the meantime Chelsea have been using Nicolas Jackson in his place. However there is still no other striker who can be relied on in the substitutes now. Because of that Chelsea are still rumoured to have the possibility to sign another striker.

This depends on the kind of formation Pochettino used for the match, when Chelsea had their R3 match against Luton town, he used only 2 Midfielders with formation of 3421 and Nicolas Jackson played as a striker but today in the EFL, he didn't start but was later substitute as midfielder. But Chelsea need a constant good striker they can depend to play the role of striker without having to switch up players there is no need, because they will be playing try and error and at the end, nothing serious will come out for the team.

Quote
The most recent rumour is Ivan Toney. However what are they planning to do with him now? If you don't know he has got a suspension from playing professional football for 8 months. Because he was detected to be making illegal bets. He will barely be able to be back by mid January and he will need to gain match fitness for a while as well. There is no meaning in Chelsea's signing him now.

I'm not sure too why this move or it could be that it may just be a mere speculations from people without real thing going underneath, Tony is also fined $62k which to me, I think it doesn't make so much sence after been sentenced for matches till next year. Chelsea might have more options than what was been discussed online as we saw them buy Cole Palmer from Manchester City without making noise.
