Joselu did come from a club that was not as strong as Barcelona or any other club. He only brought in Real Madrid from Espanyol on loan only to make him a backup striker when their main striker had problems, not to replace Karim Benzema.
However, I agree that Real Madrid bought very good players, in the first season Jude Bellingham immediately adapted well and made a contribution to his club.

That’s why I believe they are refusing to let him go even though they are being offered a good price for him. We've seen over the years how a player moves into a team and make a difference but I'm not going to conclude that yet about Nuno Tavares, he's a fine player no doubt but not a world class yet, that would easily make me believe his performance would make a difference, till i watch him play, well I hope he does cause that would be a plus to Nottingham Forest because they need the improvement to help prevent them from being relegated out of the Epl.
They narrowly escaped last season and I know they'll be very careful this season and try to do anything possible to avoid relegation and the addition of Tavares is a good idea, to survive in EPL you'll need a very strong defense line against top team and if he brings his form into the team then it's a plus for Forest to maintain their stay in the EPL, which would be the major target of their coach this season.

The amount of money that these Saudi teams are ready to spend is absolutely ridiculous, they don't even mind that they are spending this money on players that are above 30 years of age, i'm pretty sure if Liverpool had a competent replacement for Mo Salah, they would have sold him to this Saudi team and made quite a lot of money, but they can't sell Salah right now, or else they'll have another terrible season like last season.

Having said that, we can't really be sure if they'll come for Salah next summer, it all depends on a number of factors; it'd be interesting to see how far the Saudi league will come by next summer, they have great stars in the league right now, they should have a very competitive season ahead.

Reportedly according to local news at this time after 150 million was ignored Al Ittihad will try for 200 million as an offer for Salah.
This is really a crazy price and now it depends on Liverpool whether they are ready to lose one of their star figures for that much money or not because the EPL transfer closes soon and I think when Liverpool agree then Salah's position will be vacant until the winter transfer opens later.
But on the other hand I still feel that Liverpool will not do something like that because even though Salah's contract is not long but for now it is still a risk for them to be able to compete in the EPL because Salah is still one of the important players for them at this time.

It's looking like it's going to be another deadline day with plenty of drama for Barcelona. They have agreed on the Cancelo deal but it has not been finalized yet.
They are also trying to get a loan deal done for Joao Felix and that may be a little difficult because of the player's salary. Atletico wants Barca to pay the full salary but Barca is hoping to come to some arrangement.
Fati deal has been done and Abde would be next. That should free up space in the FFP rule for the signing that Barcelona hopes to get done on deadline day.
