Since the transfer window for most European clubs are already down, I think whoever hasn't been given an option will end up going to Saudi league. I still can't believe that Ramos has been offered close to 20 million euros per year to play there, and he preferred 1 million euro from Sevilla to go there. This is the perfect example of "I have enough money I want to play where I want to live" type of deal.

Saudi league isn't a big problem exactly because of this, people still say no to them even with more money, and yes some people go there but not all, even with 20x more money you still can't convince some people, which means that only reason anyone would ever play there would be 20x more money, that is not sustainable.

The 20 million euros were probably not enough I think. It is a lot of money, but when somebody played for Real Madrid and PSG for 18 years in a row and was probably among the best paid defensive players in the world, I think that 20 million euros is not an amount where a player and a person like Ramos snap calls. He knew that the world over there is very different from what he likes to be surrounded with and also, 20 million euros is not 50 million or 100 million. Since Ramos is quite a big name in the business and has been for a long time, I was surprised when I read this "modest" offer when compared to the offers that many of the other players who chose to go to the Saudi Professional League were offered. Not that it is not much, but it seems to be less than he himself might have expected.

Ansu Fati, a striker once considered a prodigy and expected to replace Messi at Barcelona. Miramontes once praised him and said that Fati would be a worthy successor to Messi's number 10 shirt. But injury brought his career at Camp Nou to a dead end. He gradually lost confidence when he got another slight damage, and coach Xavi dropped him from the main squad. In particular, the appearance of Lamine Yamal forced Fati to sit on the bench. Brighton borrowed Ansu Fati until next summer's transfer window. This is an opportunity for him to once again prove his achievements.
Fati said in an interview that De Zerby was a key factor in his move from Barcelona to Brighton. I think that Fati himself understands the importance of playing practice, and perhaps if De Zerbi counts on him and sees a prospect in him, then he will give him playing time, this is very important for a football player. Let's see how Faty performs, I see that De Zerby likes to play with one striker and Ferguson is in good shape.
Last year, he played in 36 games for Barcelona and scored only 7 goals, causing him to be approached suspiciously. If De Zerbi believes in him, of course, the Premier League is an offer that cannot be refused for Ansu Fati. I don't know how many games he will play in the forward zone with Brighton, but if he shows his performance last year, it will not be a very good transfer for Brighton.
Ansu Fati is still very young and De Zerbi is very happy to see this player move to Brighton even though it is only on loan but this can increase Brighton stability and performance this season and I am sure that De Zerbi has a purpose in using this player as reliable player even though in Barcelona it is not very good but the Brighton coach has a way to develop these young players which can help improve the quality of Brighton matches.
Another thing that made the Brighton coach little happy after successfully bringing in Ansu Fati was because this player had indeed performed well at Barcelona so De Zerbi believed that there would be big opportunity to develop this player talent.

As Xavi said, Ansu Fati was loaned by Barcelona to Brighton for a season. the reason is, for the good of the player. Ansu Fati joined the transfer market this summer, with the option of no permanent purchase and only one season. Xavi emphasized that he needed a lot of minutes to play and it would be difficult to get with the Blaugrana because of the competition. Xavi hopes, he has great hopes, if Fati can shine at Brigthon, then he hopes Fati can return to Barcelona next season. in short, the purpose of his loan is so he can be successful again at Barcelona, reported by Tribuana.
I think Xavi sounds selfish, if he really wanted Ansu Fati back, why did he still get so little playing time in the end? in other words Ansu Fati is playing at Brighton just to hone his skills and then Xavi will take it back. Isn't that selfish enough, I know it is their right because Ansu Fati contract at Barcelona is still long. I never stop thinking that Ansu Fati potential will not develop even if he returns, because he has to queue for a long time to get playing time. Waiting for the main squad to be injured and Ansu Fati remaining unchanged whether he goes to Brighton or not, he will remain a reserve player.
All Ansu needs now is to just keep his head focused on maintaining a good fitness schedule and at the right moment am sure he would get to show us why he is likened to the next Messi with the kind of potential he has displayed already.

You shouldn't be surprised if Xavi asks for Ansu back, once he can begin to feature more in Brighton matches and find his confidence. After all, what's the point of a loan deal, if the player on loan don't return to the original club who did the loaning.

Yes that's right, and the impact of the injury was very disruptive to his performance on the field so that Fati could not fully display his best performance as usual. his career seemed to stagnate there especially followed by many competitors for him at Barcelona. I think this is indeed the best decision for him and Xavi also said this decision was none other than so that he could play full minutes without intense competition at Brighton and it was also for the good of Fati. Obviously I also don't think Fati would turn down an offer to play in the Premier League, and one of the reasons for his departure is because he really believes in De Zerbi.
It's just a loan, so Barcelona didn't lose anything if Ansu Fati can perform and regain his confidence back. Maybe De Zerbi willing to pay big amount of money to sign Ansu Fati, but it's an another discussion in the future.

Barcelona also don't have any problem with their squad, Yamal is replacing Dembele and Felix is replacing Ansu Fati.

Even though they are only on loan, young players like Ansu Fati could be a good strategy for Barca to develop their talent without burdening the club with the risk of long-term injury. If Ansu Fati can fully recover and restart his career well, Barcelona can get quality players without having to spend big transfer fees. So, in this case Barcelona will not lose if Ansu Fati returns to perform well. and this is an advantage for Barca
However, it is possible that other coaches or clubs like De Zerbi are interested in buying Ansu Fati in the future. If Ansu Fati performs brilliantly during his loan spell and De Zerbi is willing to spend big, that could be an option in the future.
and I think Barcelona have replaced Ansu Fati with Felix and Dembele with Yamal in their squad. It is a common decision in the world of football when a club has to adapt its squad based on the physical condition of the players and the needs of the team.

It hasn't been heard for a long time that Philippe Coutinho will now join the Qatari team Al-Duhail on loan from Aston Villa. An agreement has been reached and all of Coutinho's salaries during the loan period will be fully borne by Al-Duhail. Had received offers from Besiktas and Real Betis but Coutinho has rejected both and prefers to go to team qatar. I think there is nothing wrong with Coutinho accepting this offer, after all this is only on loan and later he will still be able to return to Aston Villa and continue competing in the EPL. Maybe at this stage of his career he wants to make more money and that is a fact that probably everyone already knows.

Shame what happened to his career after he left Liverpool. It kind of fizzled out, he was a real star but for whatever reason it went downhill once he left Liverpool.

I have fond memories of him, he was a really good player. I totally do not blame him if he feels like going there to earn really good money.

Barcelona's just beginning youngster and jersey number 10 representative has parted ways with the club to join the English side. Xavi Hernandez expects him to develop with his new club with the goal to return and contribute positively to the blaugrana. Ansu Fati is currently at Amex Stadium, where he was revealed this summer as Brighton's new player. Roberto De Zerbi will make substantial use of the new player who is in England accumulating advantageous proficiency. Perhaps it's made public that Ansu Fati will wear the jersey number 31 in his first season with the seagulls.

Other news, in his first interview with official Brighton media, Fati explained his decision by saying " I spoke to coach Roberto De Zerbi and he told me that he has full faith in me and what he thinks of me. For me, that was the key factor. Maybe the choice taken by Anfu Fati is the right choice, apart from Barcelona's plan to want to borrow Joao Felix from Atletico Madrid. Maybe with Brighton and De Zerbi's trust, Fati has plenty of time to re-explore his talent. It is hoped that he will  return to its best performance.

As we know the Brighton manager has a lot of faith in him and I think it's true as you say, for then the key comes back to Fati himself. If Fati can give a good performance there by not showing his bad performance at all like last season, then I think it is very correct to say this is not a bad transfer for De Zerbi's squad. I don't think Fati will let his new manager down, it's a good opportunity for his sake.

Whenever a player starts to impress, rumors begin to spread that the big clubs are interested in signing the player, even when such rumors might not be true. The big clubs keep track of a quite a lot of players, it does not mean they want to sign them all. Ferguson has been impressive lately, and it will take quite a lot of money for Brighton to sell him to City,

According to local media I read, Brighton only spent an accumulated transfer fee of 497.06 million euros (Rp 8.15 trillion) during seven seasons participating in the Premier League. Very little value for an EPL club. But if you look at the sales record of players you will be very amazed. This means that they have a lot of luck. They break the thought that money is the bearer of achievement. This is very inverse with Chelsea who spend a lot of money with worse achievements than Brighton.

You describe that they have been investing modest amounts over a relatively long period of time and that they are doing well in the Premier League. You conclude that they must be having a lot of luck. But isn't it also an option that they are doing great work in scouting and developing players? If a club has substantial success relative to their overall spendings, I would say that they are doing a great job instead of being lucky. It is indeed undermining the hypothetical concept that money leads to success definitely. They are proving that you can do more with less and while I would say luck could play a role if they have an outlier result, I think Brighton primarily really did a good job.

When Darwin Nunez was signed in the 2022 summer, he was expected to the main rival of Erling Haaland who was also signed in the same transfer window but unfortunately for the Uruguayan international, he didn't have a good season unlike his Manchester City counterpart and that's why many fans of the ckub were calling for his sale in the summer and to find a better replacement.
That was the polish of the British media when our club brought Darwin Nunez to Anfield. Being predicted to be Haaland's rival is a pressure that not all players can accept, which has an impact on performance.
We didn't take the news that linked Darwin Nunez with Haaland too seriously, especially me because there were other players who were much more ferocious when it came to scoring goals in the Premier League like Kane at that time.

Calls for Nunez to be sold because he is not showing good performance are normal if true. But the public must be patient with what Nunez has shown since being recruited from Benfica.

However, after coming from the bench to score two late goals that helped Liverpool best Newcastle, Nunez is now one of the hottest players of the club. But he has to continue scoring many more goals if he wants to remain as the first choice striker of the club
It was this patience that was required of Nunez. Liverpool don't focus too much on one player on the field like Mohamed Salah. As in achieving the victory over Newcastle that we expect from Liverpool in every match.

Actually this is quite unfortunate even though Ansu's talent is still very good but indeed Xavi doesn't seem to really want Ansu in his squad because seeing some of the players he always plays Ansu is not an option because he prefers to play Gavi on the winger as well as providing a new portion for Gavi.

But with Ansu's loan to Brighton this could be a blessing for Brighton and be a good capital if Ansu can Improve in the EPL because with the quality of the EPL which is better than La Liga this can make the value of Ansu increase if he manages to perform well in the EPL.
Going to Brighton is an opportunity for Ansu Fatigue to show his potentials that he got, because he would be given the chance to be among the first eleven. Unlike in Barca that he is always on bench when Gavi is on the pitch to start most matches. I believe he will add great value to Brighton football and he might even adpat and key into the premier league than Laliga. Some players don't perform well in a league bit when they move to another league, you will see them performing brilliantly. So I would be the is a chance for him to enjoy EPL and showcase his talent better.

Another surprise is coming from manchester city. The impressive performance from ferguson has been attracting manchester city to come and chase him as a partner for haaland. Manchester city sees him as one of the potential striker.

Ansu's mistake in recovering from his injury was that he opted for conservative methods rather than surgery, although this is good enough but it does not guarantee that he will not suffer the same injury and this could be a consideration for Xavi against Ansu.
Despite that I think he is still good enough if given more time, it's just that Xavi didn't give too much time to this player especially when trying to exploit Gavi in the winger position which made Ansu lose his position in Barcelona even more.
Now it depends on how Ansu fares at Brighton. It will be great as I said earlier if Ansu can prove himself and improve at Brighton especially now that Brighton is also a surprising dark horse club so if he can improve this will be very good for the value of Ansu himself.

It's only fans's expectation, but it was never coming true. Ansu fati has been getting so various complaints after the fans were seeing his true performance. He was far from what people called him as the next messi.
Ansu fati was feeling amaze with de zerbi. that's why he was accepting brighton's offer to play on EPL. It has surprised me to consider that if ansu fati never wants leave from barcelona.

To be honest when he came into the Barcelona senior team from the youth side, he was very impressive and caught the attention of the fans and everyone thought they've got a young and talented prospect that would replace Messi but Fati didn't leave up to fans expectations and their were times he was sidelined due to injury, last season was the highest he featured for Barcelona he was featured in 50 matches compared to other seasons when he didn't even participate in close to 30.
I feel he's aware of De Zerbi's love for youth players and know that he'll get lots of playing time and develope well under De Zerbi at Brighton and that's why he choose to move over there instead of staying at Barcelona to fight for a spot of which it would be uneasy cause Xavi have other preferred options for his position, therefore moving to Brighton could be regarded as the best decision he made for his career cause he'll develope more under his new coach, welcomed by the fans  and would get more playing time at Brighton.

I have even heard such speculation like Liverpool were willing to swap Darwin Nunez with Joao Felix before the end of the transfer window. I don't believe this honestly. Because there is no reason for Liverpool to be okay for such deal. What can their reasoning be for this? Joao Felix didn't show a better performance than Nunez in the recent times.

Besides Nunez is doing much better than last season for now. He has 2 goals and 1 assist in 4 EPL matches so far. They didn't sign any other striker even though they didn't have a reliable backup striker. Maybe Felix could have been signed on loan to have more alternatives.

However I guess Felix would have still chosen Barcelona instead as it was his dream team.  Smiley

The performance of Darwin Núñez has been pretty good so far. If I remember correctly, he did not start well in the last season. This season he is starting well and if he is able to be consistent in his performance, I think he will be able to score a lot of goals for Liverpool. Even though they were not able to win the first match, they have certainly done better in the next three matches. They have been able to win three matches back to back. So right now, they are in good form. If they continue like this, I am sure that they are not going to regret the decision that they were going to take about Darwin Núñez.

If Nunez stays on, I see Suarez light on him. It has quality fabric like Suarez. He is also a citizen of the same country, of course, he is Uruguayan. While Nunez isn't as good as Haaland if he gets some more form, he still has enough potential to be the second best striker.
