Saudi Arabia want to maximize everything they have since their league currently have no Financial Fair Play Regulations (FFP) and salary cap rules, so they can spend as much as they can. The problem will arise if Saudi Professional League get regulated by FIFA, the owner will need to think carefully to spend the money,
The best is Saudi Arabia shouldn't join UCL, so they won't get regulated by FIFA, they should create their own league and invite other big leagues to join.
Why would Saudi Arabia want to join UCL? Will they be allowed to join if they show interest in participating? Why I’m curious is that Saudi Arabia is an Asian continent and they have their own AFC champions league just like the European Champions League. Is the champions league you’re talking about like an intercontinent league? I just don’t think this will make more sense. I smell the invitation of them will be for another purpose and not for the fun of the game. The European football won’t want to lose their prestige this easily to the Saudi league.
Angelo Gabriel is called the Wonderkids from Brazil, but he who still lacks experience is quite caught off guard when Chelsea imposes a heavy task on the front lines. I agree with you, this is probably a very stupid decision. It's just that compared to Mudryk, I think Angelo Gabriel can be much better. lol
Mudryk is still a question mark player and his contribution at Chelsea is also unclear, scored a goal? okay my fingers can still count it.
If Angelo Gabriel have joined Chelsea to help in the attack or to replace a player in that position, that’s when I will call it not a decision they’ve taken. Since he’s still a young player, they can build him m until he’s fit for playing matches.
Mudryk should be one of the worst signings of Chelsea in the recent times. He hasn’t been able to do anything spectacular for the team since he joined and has not also been productive much in the attack. If he can improve after his injury then no problem but if he can’t, he should be loaned or sold out just like other players when Pochettino joined.
