I also heard this news, PSG plans to release Neymar for 100-150 million as you said no European club will pay 100-150 million because he is already 31 years old this record has never happened to a European club I mean for players who are 31 years old except Saudi Pro League or MLS but so far no club has come close. If Barcelona cannot afford to sign/register the top player that they already have, how can they be able to get Cancelo in the team? And how are they always trying to get new players in the team? I would say that his worth is a bit towards steep given his age but he was Spurs crucial player. Despite Bayern trying with 70-80m bid Spurs denied within a day so obviously Bayern had to go a bit further to make an offer that Spurs really can accept. Bayern needed the player and Spurs can't *easily* let him go unless they match the valuation. Levy has always been hard to get.
