Kepa is a good shot stopper especially when it's a closed range shot but he's not good at stopping shots from outside the penalty box which is one of his big problem and I don't think he can work on that since he doesn't have the height to stop balls placed at the corners of the goalpost. He is a good keeper and does have his moment and i believe that's why Thomas tuchel wants him. He's also a good penalty goal keeper as he saves penalty regularly. He might suit the Bayern Munich team more than he suits Chelsea so we can never know unless he plays for them. I think he should move over there because at the premier league, his flaws are already known and players can always used that against him to score.
The problem in analyzing Chelsea players is that it's even difficult because Graham Potter destroy everything, the players didn't have a wonderful moment. They conceded goals that it became a norm that one can't even predict what these guys were capable of doing. Kepa has a lot of potential been a young player that have devoted his career to Chelsea, it was the same goal keeper Tuchel used to make the Champions League winners for Chelsea and all of sudden everything start to failed for Chelsea when they changed the managers. I think the defenders weren't doing their job perfectly then but if they will be making more money from him than letting the contract expired, if it will give Pochettino good sales to Bayern, it's up to them, he has done his time perfectly for Chelsea.
Todd Boehly is in loved with signing youngster as he is more invested in building for the future so if this is another youngster on the radar of Pochettino, he's as good as been called a Chelsea player because Todd Boehly won't hesitate to sign him. Todd has trusted the decision of the scouting players to Pochettino and signing them because in the past it would had been Todd Boehly pushing for signing of players and not the coach but things are different now which means Todd Boehly learnt from the diaster he did the last time he took charge of the transfer window.
We all see what happens to the players they brought to Chelsea after the World Cup, the PR was great thinking that Chelsea would perfect their game and come back to form but all turned out to waste of investment that weren't put to good use, Enzo Fernandez, Joao Felix, Mudryk and others, about $400m were wasted in vain without showing anything for the club. I hope this time they turn this around before at the very end of the season else Todd Boehly will have no choice than to auction this blue club.
