Man united values McTominay at £45M and Maguire at £50M, so the bid was no where close to what they have in mind and there are other premier league side interested in Maguire's signature. Maguire's valuation might not really made sense based on his poor performance and limited number of games last season, and I think if the Hammers makes an improve bid of £35M, the red devils might decide to part ways with him. McTominay is one player I wouldn't want to see leave since Fred is also rumoured to be leaving, but it's up to the management to decide.

Bayern can start to prepare alternative option for kane but the club can still also refuse to give up on getting kane from totenham. Kane has the intention to leave, but this guy is still having his heart with totenham. It seems very hard for kane to leave from totenham and then move to the bayern.
