These two players are not interested in moving to the Saudi Arabian league in the current transfer market, Kevin De Bruyne has said to stay at Manchester City until his contract expires and vice versa with Salah who still wants to last one more season with Liverpool. The offer given to Salah was indeed quite tempting and the salary given was quite large for him, but there is a reason why Salah still doesn't want to leave Liverpool and at least he wants to spend one more season with the Reds.

There is no chance for Al-Ittihad and Al-Hilal to sign these two players in the current transfer market and I'm sure both of them will stay at their respective clubs until their contracts expire. I also haven't seen the exact salary range offered for Kevin De Bruyne, but some media are making clamps over Riyad Mahrez's salary if he agrees to move.

These players are not interested in this move right now, prolly if they were older they might have considered it, Salah is a vital player for Liverpool, same as De bruyne is to City, and they both still have quite a lot to offer in Europe. I know these Saudi clubs have so much money, and their offers are really tempting, but it isn't possible for them to get all the players that they wish to have. With the Saudi clubs now fully involved in important/popular transfer business, it has made things a whole lot more interesting, who knows how big the Saudi league might be by next summer, plus the calibre of players they will be able to allure then.

It sounds non sense for me. Saudi has been targeting some important players in the club. Manchester city and liverpool will never let those guys leave from their clubs. Al hilal's offer was also very big but will salah leaves from liverpool while he is still happy to play in this club?
Gerrard doesn't have interest to hire salah from liverpool. The chance for salah to go to the saudi club is also pretty small as well. The decision has not come yet from him. I expect salah gonna be making his official announced in the next days from now.
It seems like that salah has not yet said no for al hilal's proposal.

It's too good to be true target for al ittihad. De bruyne was the main play maker in the manchester city. De bruyne is not for sale like bernardo silva.

Finally a positive move from Tottenham in this transfer window and while they are still working on Kane and his offers from Bayern Munich but still Tottenham is trying to hire other players and make the team ready for the next season to have a better to finally race in the premier league for the title.

I saw that too. It seems like that pochettino is focusing on hunting the young player that can still be developed rather than only buy a player that already fully developed. This kind of player used as a long term preparation. Chelsea buy him with very cheap price but im sure that chelsea can sell hm with a high price in the future. If you ask me, I would say that Westham is being considerate by agreeing to buy Maguire for $30 million. I believe that now with Manchester United's acceptance of his transfer, he will have the chance to resurrect his career if he chooses to put in the same kind of effort as he did when playing for Leicester City.

Lots of rumors have been out concerning the signing of Harry Maguire to WestHam United if the news are fake that means the media is not really doing a good job but I don't doubt the rumors completely because Harry Maguire seems unhappy since he's position as the Manchester United captain has been removed from him.

I believe that WestHam United may be interested in Maguire but I don't think David Moyes will take the risk of making him the captain of his team after watching his dramatic mistakes as a Manchester united captain. There's little doubt that these two sides have already reached a personal understanding, and we'll just have to wait and watch what happens next in this tale. I believe Mbappe has already been offered a better deal after the free transfer when he joins them rather than paying hundreds of millions of euros to sign him now. Both Real Madrid and Mbappe appear remorseful about all of this, which indicates that they were planning something without the public's awareness. I think technically he has done the right thing by preferring Arsenal to Tottenham. Because Arsenal have a much bigger potential to be successful than Tottenham. The previous season was a great beginning for that as they fought for the league title for a very long time. Arteta is building a really solid team day by day despite being the squad's being quite young.

On the other hand I wonder how often Raya can be in the starting lineup. You know Ramsdale is a really great goalkeeper. Unless he is out-of-form it is hard for Raya to take his place.
