My opinion.... Let Dembléle go!
Did Barcelona spend a fortune on him? Yes, but as you said... he's not doing anything for Barcelona that would justify keeping him in the team.

On the other hand, he hires João Félix, who seems to me to be very close to fulfilling one of his dreams, taking the place of Ousmane Dembélé in the Barcelona team if Dembélé actually makes his transfer to PSG.

In the worst case, they should at least complete the loan of João Félix until the end of the season, and open up the possibility of exercising the option to buy the player's pass in the future.

I hope Xavi comes to terms with this, I don't understand why he wants to hold on to Dembléle so badly.
It is reported that Xavi was very disappointed with Dembele decision to move, because Xavi had already told Barca management to keep him next season. because the flexibility and control of the French winger game is considered by Xavi to be able to contribute to the team. But Barcelona doesn't seem to want to take too big a risk, because Dembele only has one year left on his contract. And the performance is less consistent because it is prone to injury.

This could be part of Barcelona strategy to recruit Jao Felix or Bernardo Silva. By releasing Dembele, it will provide additional funds to recruit one of these players.

The private clause looks like a big load of bullshit. I think both clubs just came to an agreement. Barcelona want Dembele gone ASAP so they just agreed a deal with PSG.

What do you mean Dembele was faithful and needs to save his career? Dembele hasn't done jack shit for Barcelona in 6 years and the club trusted him with a new injury despite his injuries.
PSG ain't a better club than Barcelona so I don't know how's that's going to save his career but let's see.
Ousmane Dembele is yet to proved his presence at Camp Nou, with severe numerous injuries counted. I think it would be really good if he just leaves for PSG, afterall thr blaugrana are yet to reap good profits over the years he's been with the club, from one injury to another and it's greatly affecting his performance on the pitch. Who would want to have anything to do with Dembele, forget the fact that he's a skilled frontliner with good features but lacks them after injuries. Ousmane Dembele fighting for his career, if he moves, better deal awaits him, ofcourse the parisians won't give room for relenting efforts.

So, already on August 1st (at least in my country) - did PSG manage to buy Dembele for 50 million or will they now be forced to pay 100?
A funny nuance - whatever the amount of the transfer, Barcelona will receive only 50% of it. The rest will go to Dembele himself and his agent. The guy obviously had a plan when he agreed to a pay cut but made such a clause in the contract!  Grin

Yes, the PSG and Dembele camps were wise enough to submit contract proposals before August 1st, hence the €50m release clause will be activated rather than the new €100m release clause. I'm sure Barcelona wasn't expecting this, but Dembele need this transfer to save his career. With his contract situation last season, he was nothing but faithful and professional.

Finally, levy colwill has been deciding for not to go back again to the brighton. It seems like that levy gonna try to extend his contract in chelsea even longer. It would not surprise me to see him to take this decision caused by the fact that if levy has been guaranteed to get a spot in the main squad. Pochettino has been successfully convinced him to stay in the club even longer which is a very good decision for sure. Levy knows that as long as he can always be included in the main squad of chelsea and he will able to evolve his skills.
Levy just need to be in the main squad of chelsea at this moment. That's great decision from levy colwill to stay in chelsea even longer.

Quote
Colwill featured in just less than half of Brighton's Premier League games last season, playing a small role in what was a historic season for the Seagulls; they clinched European football for the first time in their history as well as reaching the FA Cup semi-final. The Seagulls wanted to permanently secure his services but Chelsea seem to have tied the sought-after defender down to a long-term contract, ending any such speculation.

Manè to Saudi League deal done.

Salary of 40m year and Europe lost another big player, more will leave in this final month.

In Bavaria, he was getting 25 million a year before taxes, and in Al Nasr he will get 40 million a year after taxes. In terms of money, a perfect decision, but it's hard to see how the career of a football player who was the second contender for the Ballon d'or in just two years went downhill. But the way the Saudis are getting stronger continues to please me.
Mane's performance has declined after he left Liverpool and money is clearly a benchmark more when it is difficult to compete and cannot go anywhere after at Bayern is not wanted and does not see any club that dares to take him except the Arab club so going there is the best thing.
Even if Mane is aware that the conditions in his career will not be the same again but it will not matter when money talks Cheesy
btw talking about Arab clubs now seems to be more interesting with so many players who are there.
Although the competition and the game will not be the same but with some big players joining this season of course this will also be a greater attraction for Arab clubs.
At 31 Sadio Mane had already reached the peak of his career therefore accepting the lucrative offer by  Al Nassr is the best bet which no other European club can match, afterall Tuchel had not given him enough playing time in Bayern Munich and always come on as a substitute, meanwhile he had a flourished career with Liverpool winning Premier league, UCL and other trophies with the club, moreso he is a big philanthropist in Senegal thus earning more money in Saudi Arabian club will enable him to continue his humanitarian support in his country, teaming up with Ronaldo in Al Nassr is a welcome development which will enable the club to become more formidable in their league.

It seems there is going to be a fight between Real Madrid and PSG because PSG tried to have some negotiations with A Hilal about Mbappe but this player didn't think about this offer while Al Hilal wanted to pay 300m to PSG and 700m to PSG which is a huge amount of money there are not many teams they want to pay this money.
Now PSG said Real Madrid had some negotiations with Mbapee and made this player have this behavior and that's why they are thinking about complaint to FIFA about it.

PSg can't buy him with 50 millions release clause as it's already time out. PSG can buy him only with 100 million release clause caused by it has ben activated as per 1 august. I remind you that if there might probably sale on percentage owned by dembele.
That being said if it's not all of money raised from sale belong to the barcelona. La liga has been also giving limitation of barcelona can only use around 35% of money raised from sale to buy the players.

As dembele already agreed to join in PSG and i think that if PSG gonna try to make further negotiation with barcelona as the club may not willing to pay 100m for him that already activated as per yesterday.

He is going to be 29 years old and he has all the potential that he need to be one of the top players in City so there is actual zero sense for him to move to Saudi League. I mean he gets huge paycheck from City and he will most likely win bunch of trophies alongside with City if Pep still stays with the team so yeah its a no brainer for him to move to Saudi this year
Bernardo Silva will not leave Manchester City next season, I think that's normal for him. As well as PSG, I think Bernardo Silva would also be interested in playing for Barcelona and it's true that he won't be going to the Arab Pro League anytime soon. Bernardo Silva's performance is still very much worth playing a few more seasons in Europe even though the Saudi team will make a high bid for him, but I hope he will reject it for the next 3-4 seasons.

I think Silva will only join PSG or Barcelona if he wants to leave Manchester City. Xavi and Luis Enrique about want him because of his good playing style, but I tend to think Barcelona will get him.
If Manchester city lose Bernando Silva,it will be bad for them because the player is so good and no team will want to lose him.He has achieved what he wanted to achieve,he has won premier league with the team, and also the Champions league, therefore, some of the players think this is the right time to make a move.PSG wants the player, but I don't think Pep will let him go,not after selling Mahrez and Gundogan to Barca and Saudi Arabian club, Bernando Silva is the next player that can fill that void left by those two players, and I would advise Pep to sign more players this season, because next season is really going to be tough and so competitive.I hope to see Bernando Silva still play for City next season.

I think there are many other clubs that want to sign Sadio Mane. But since Al Nassr gave a big offer, other clubs have no interest anymore. They must know that they have no chance to compete with a Saudi club to give a big offer. On the other hand, Sadio Mane probably feels satisfied with the offer because he has a chance to play with Ronaldo in Al Nassr. I'm sure it may be not easy to sign Mane if Al Nassr has no Ronaldo in their squad. Once again, Ronaldo factor plays a big role.  Grin

While some may argue that his performance has probably started on the decline, I think he’s still an energetic player. There may very well be a lot of clubs that had been vying for the signature of Mane but I bet no one could really match the amount of money offered by the Saudis.

I don’t know about the deal being easy enough cause Ronaldo is playing at the same club wanting Mane. Mane may have actually chosen to make the move cause of various of other reasons. I hear money can be a really motivating force.
Well, no doubt he probably would like to play alongside with Ronaldo as well. I know a lot of player would.

Now Fabinho to Ittihad. The transfer fee is accurate to his marketvalue, it look like a "normal" transfer fee. He leaves Liverpool and receives a contract at Ittihad Club until 2026. He will play with Karim Benzema and N'Golo Kante there. The transfer fee 46.7 million euros, with a market value of 42 million euros. With 29 years, he kann play easy till 32.

We wish Fabinho the best in his next career journey wherever he plays. Big thanks to Fabinho for giving everything for the glory of Liverpool who made his debut with the Reds on 18-09-18.
Arriving from Monaco in 2018, Fabinho played 219 games for Liverpool. Fabinho recorded 9 assists, 11 goals and won 6 trophies.

Fabinho is a legend at Anfield. All moments will always be remembered by all loyal fans of The Reds around the world.
Thank you Fabinho and success always for you.

This is a good move for Fabinho, at his age. He's making three Liverpool to leave to Saudi Arabia pro league, after Robert, Henderson and Mane.

Liverpool is in serious business with Saudi Arabia pro league, Liverpool has to sort out for new players with the huge amount they have received so far from the sale of players.

What a ride has he already had with the Red's, winning the Premier League, Champions League and also EFL Championship Cup
He also was very powerhorse player for liverpools midfied.

They made good returns from his sake after all these years of service.
They are not alone in serious business with Saudi but has also brought in players capable of representing the big club. Good luck with Fabinho finally.

A very good move for Fabinho going all the way to Saudi Arabia after having a very good moments with the Reds and winning so many trophies in his name including the UEFA champions league I think it's time for him to go all the way to rest, enjoy money and keep doing what he knows how to do best on the field of play I believe it's a good move for the 29 years old. Fabinho having helped Liverpool in the midfield position, I think he will be a regular starter for his new club in Saudi Arabia and I think he will be missed by the Reds even as he says goodbye to them.

Sadio Mane went to Saudi Arabia because indeed in the Sadio Mane transfer saga no other team made an official offer to recruit him from Bayern Munich. Only Al Nassr has a serious interest in recruiting Sadio Mane so there is no decision he has to make other than accepting an offer from Al Nassr. Besides that, the factor of the bigger salary he received made his transfer saga to Al Nassr run successfully.

Thus Bayern Munich feels a sense of relief after selling Sadio Mane. But in this case they lost their core players for next season. So Bayern Munich must find a suitable replacement to close the gap left by Sadio Mane.

Bayern Munich has many wingers, I don't think they will miss him very much. So far, Sadio Mane played as a striker in Bayern Munich, it is not his ideal position. Since there is still enough time for the current transfer window, I believe Bayern Munich will focus on signing a pure striker. They are already negotiating with Tottenham for Harry Kane, sadly PSG joined the competition. So, I am not sure whether Bayern Munich can sign Harry Kane successfully or not.

Do you guys actually think he is going to go to the Saudi league? I am genuinely asking. Personally, I don’t think he is going to go to the Saudi league. That is going to be a huge step down for him. But in the last few years we have seen a lot of things become possible because of Money. So there is never a 0% possibility of this happening.

I think Manchester City is not going to accept any offer from the Saudi league because the player is too valuable for them right now. But question is what if the offer is really big? Will the club still be able to say no? After all, they can always bring another really good player with that type of money. And isn’t that the best thing for the club?
Even if what you say is true but I think this is also still very difficult to happen especially by looking at the current conditions Pep seems to want to fortify this player at a high price even though the Arab club is certainly able to do that but I think this will not happen either.
Looking at the news now it seems that not only Arab clubs but PSG and even Barcelona are still being talked about when we discuss Bernardo Silva.
PSG have made several offers including 60 million recently but when many clubs wanted Bernardo Silva's services, City reacted by raising the clause to 100 million and of course this will be very difficult to do.

In the end I still feel that Silva will still wear the City jersey next season.

He did have a very good run playing for Liverpool. He gave his very best to the club and teammates and helped bag trophies and win titles. Although, I’m not exactly a fan of Liverpool, I appreciate watching good football and also good players. Fabinho played good football at Liverpool.

He’s set to join Kante and Benzema over at his new club Al-Ittihad. Kante is also someone I enjoyed watching while he played for Chelsea. It would surely be interesting watching these players play and win together. He made what he thought was the best move for him and I support him on his decision. Good luck to him.

It's interesting about Bernardo Silva.
Previously he was rumored to be going to the Arab League because there was an offer to Manchester City but I did not continue to follow this news, maybe he refused to go there, then there is news today that Bernardo Silva also rejected an offer from PSG he wants to play in the Spanish League which club is he referring to? Is it Barcelona who will be joining Gundongan?
When it comes to Real Madrid I don't think it's possible.

[1] https://twitter.com/DeadlineDayLive/status/1686403936557690880

If I was very close to the lad, I'd personally advice him to move to Spanish League. That League has got to do with technicality and creativity. He has what it take to excel in the spanish league but I'm hundred percent sure he's not making the switch. He was linked to Paris Saint Germany but all of that finally got nowhere. You could be possibly correct, he must have said no to the league 1 giant's.

Barcelona already has Gavi, Pedri, Gundogan and Frankie De Jong. I'm not sure they'll make moves for Bernado Silva. Brilliant player he really has become under Pep Guardiola.
Barcelona are currently selling players so they can get desired players they want.

Disappointed they'll let such a creative player leave. The most important signature would be Harry Kane. Bayern Munich has got to do all they can to get the deal sealed before the end of the season. Ronaldo would benefit from the arrival of Sadio Mane, who will create chances for him to score.
