I think Bernardo Silva will not leave Manchester City now probably. Manchester City are seeing him as a really important player right now. They are thinking of making a huge improvement in his salary. It is even talked about doubling his current salary I mean. This would be an offer which is hard to refuse for Silva probably.

Manchester City can get a really solid offer for him this summer. But I don't think they would let go of him anyway. I don't know if Silva would like to leave for Saudi teams either. I think it is a little early for him to do so.

But I know that Saudi teams started to sign a deal with younger players lately also. Therefore it is up to his call if there is a huge offer to be seen.

Previously PSG had made an offer to City for Bernardo Silva, unfortunately City turned it down. now Ousmane Dembele is rumored to be leaving for PSG, even though Xavi is trying to prevent him from staying at Camp Nou. however, as reported by Romano, Barca are expected to make at least one more attempt to sign Cancelo using part of Dembele's budget. thus, it looks like it will be a dead end for Bernardo Silva.

A little suspicious of Arsenal's management plans even though Aaron Ramsdale has been a mainstay goalkeeper for the past two years but surprisingly recruited a new goalkeeper with reasons to be a backup.

Ramsdale is still young, David Raya need to work hard to perform better than Ramsdale if he want to get a good time to play. A good club shouldn't have two good goalkeepers, otherwise one of them will not as good as it's used. Chelsea was the example where they have Mendy and Kepa.
