This is a very good point and yes i agree with you. The entire MUFC team are not properly organized and it can only be down to coaching. Blaming a player or 2 for this poor organization is a very lazy way to analyze the situation. So the big questions, what plans does Ten Hag have to make the team play better; new signing or not!

Manchester United has good goal keeper and with how many goals conceded in this season regarding defensive error actually when Harry Maguire in starting line up. I don't think Manchester United need replacement for De Gea position on goal keeper and better for United make defensive more stronger for next season. Onana has good performance with Inter Milan this season but David De Gea still loss his touch for making many crucial save in this season.

Better for United looking for recovery position on defender and seems all defender still not consistent performance in this season, Erik Tan Hag still not has permanent on defender position between Lisandro Martinez or Varane and some time put Victor Lindelöf as tandem for Varane.

De Gea is still a very good goal keeper. Most of the mistakes De Gea made were due to defensive error. The pattern of football Ten Hag wants is to play from Behind and De Gea has been adapting slowly to that king of football.
Onana might be good with the ball and his distribution might be better but De Gea is ultimately a better shot stopper than Onana.
