It's too early to start praising Pochettino, not like his having an exceptional quality before he cam to,Chelsea, he was just a normal manager like ever others, he was lucky Chelsea were interested in him but I want to see how he is going to make some modifications in his squad and shows them they can do it indeed and not much dramas within the club, I want to see if they will bring a better replacement of Havertz.


They have raise more than 110 million USD from the sale of this players, they can use it takes  get new Champs from smaller clubs at lower prices, Pochettino should never buy into hyped like the way they bring Enzo Fernandez to Chelsea after the hype and at the end of the day, it was low performance to the team.

Chelsea certainly has a good squad. And it is actually a little surprising, But Chelsea actually even has a very good bench in my opinion. With a few tweaks here and there they will be able to be one of the most strongest teams in the English Premier League. But the plan that they have been making so far are not good.

I am talking about the manager and his tactics. Tuchel was actually doing a decent job in my opinion. But Chelsea wanted to improve. Needless to say, that didn’t happen. I honestly believe if Chelsea does not do something very soon about that managerial job of their club, they will be in big trouble. Some players are also going to leave the team. They better get someone like Zidane or maybe even actually get Zidane.

Chelsea still have many players and even I can say over stock, last season Chelsea spent about $600 million in 2 transfer windows total brought 14 players so even though some players left this season I thought it wasn't a big problem they already have a replacement and of course it can reduce financial burden. Mauricio Pochettino as a new manager but not a newcomer to the Premier League, he has more than 5 years of experience while handling Spurs and Southampton so now Chelsea will focus more on efficiency. Indeed, Chelsea are currently only active in releasing a few players while not very active in bringing new players but we understand that Chelsea don't want to make the same mistakes as last season spent more money but the performance was not as expected.

Some person might not have anticipated this move but like you said he could be that he feared he might be replaced by Pep very soon and the deal City has for him is just one year extension. Barca offered a better deal than City and he went for it. Gundogan will remain a club legend and he's leaving with his head up high. At 33, there is little time left for him to play football at the highest level and it's not a bad idea to try another league. Yes it was a disappointing season for Chelsea football club and the rebuild has just commenced. Pochetino is a good coach, and he was signed after mutual agreement was reached, and i believe he can change Chelsea fortunes. Also, Chelsea are making excellent sales, they have a big squad and it is only normal to cut out and sell players who wants out or are excess.

The sale of Kante, Koulibaly, Harverts, Ziyech, Mendy and KOVACIC are excellent means for Chelsea to recoup fees and also offload their squad. The new coach gets to work with the new signings. remember chelsea signed up to 10 players in January

There are a couple of things at work why a lot of players are leaving the club. This is not only related to the failure of the 22/23 season, but also to some of them having those offers from Saudi Arabia and also the need for a complete overhaul of the team. They have been burning money through a chimney for a whole year and have nothing the can build upon or to start from. Yep. You must remember when Benzema couldn't play, Real Madrid often got difficulty scoring goals. Real Madrid needs a striker that has a similar type as Benzema, a striker who has great accuracy in scoring and be active to create chances for scoring.

Check again how many strikers Real Madrid has? After Benzema and Mariano Diaz left the club, Real Madrid has no strikers. So far, Real Madrid only signed Joselu, which means Real Madrid has 1 striker now. 1 striker isn't enough for the whole season, how if he gets injured? And what if Joselu can't play as expected? If you are a true football lover, you must understand this situation.

By the way, the situation isn't the same as Chelsea. Just look at the targetted players of Real Madrid (Mbappe, Harry Kane, Osimhen), the targeted players are proven enough in their current squad. Do you doubt Real Madrid scout?

Sure, Perez becomes more careful after some players with high prices failed to shine in Real Madrid. Hazard is one of the examples of an unsuccessful player in Real Madrid. But Ancelotti needs more strikers to compete for the titles. If Real Madrid relies on Joselu only as the main striker, I doubt Real Madrid can win any title in the next season. Sorry, it is my own perception.

I never stated I disagree with Joselu. Check again my previous post carefully.
What I said was that Joselu isn't enough for Real Madrid stikers. Real Madrid needs 2 experienced strikers at least since they play in 3 major competitions (UCL, La Liga, Copa Del Rey). 1 striker isn't enough for the whole season. Moreover, Joselu isn't proven for competition like UCL.

Am quite sure the new owner of the club is well aware that there previous campaign was nothing to cheer for and that they need serious cleansing in the club in order for them to battle it out for a good finish in their next season campaign, getting a good manager doesn't only cut it good player plus and good management that is what that club need at the moment.

After such a disappointing season Chelsea need a serious rebuild anyway, so buying a good coach is not enough, no wonder so many players are leaving the club. The real question is, who will be in their place now?

This is currently the transfer list of Chelsea according to news. They are sending away so many players from the team and there are really nice players among them also. It looks like we are going to see a complete rebuild by Chelsea side this summer. Pochettino is about to join the team by the end of the month. So I guess he would start the transfer attempts according to the targets quickly.

There are already players started to come to Chelsea as of Nkunku's joining them. But there is going to be a really busy transfer window for Chelsea. They will need to fill the places of the players to leave above all else. They should focus on bringing really good talents here from now on to be more competitive next season.

The management style is going to be the biggest factor to determine that of course. I hope Pochettino signing becomes beneficial for Chelsea.

Gundogan seems to be the player that Xavi wants. however, Barcelona needs players who can control the ball in midfield. set how to plan attacks or have to hold the ball. Gundogan might be suitable for Barcelona's midfield and next season it is possible that Barcelona will appear stronger than last season.
