Nagelsmann and Pochettino are still seeming like the biggest candidates for the manager job at Tottenham.
In an official statement, Tottenham have already announced that Cristian Stellini will remain as effective coach. They don't plan to hire anyone else until the end of this year.
I confess that I am quite surprised to see Conte's main assistant in charge of Tottenham until the end of the 2022/23 season, but... let's see what he and his new assistant, Ryan Mason, will do for the team.
I see Conte's command at Tottenham as "reasonable", because despite not having won any title, they managed 60% of the games they played (I did the math in a hurry, correct me if I'm wrong).

I also think Joao Felix doesn't worth a lot for Chelsea currently because as far as I know Joao Felix had contributed in ten or even less than ten games in Chelsea so I think extending his loan contract won't help Lampard his team a lot, they can have much better options to hire instead of this player who is far from him good shape when he was playing on Atletico Madrid.

The signings alone (especially the most recent ones) weren't necessary but rather signs that were about preventing their premier league opponents from signing particular players.

I don’t think they had any particular sense of direction or understanding of what they were doing when they were signing players. Either it is what @JeromeTash said, or they just brought in the players, so that they can increase the quality of the team which did not happen. In the end, the players ended up not playing/contributing enough to the team.
Of course, that is a failure from Chelsea management. If you don’t even know why you are bringing in a certain player, how is the player going to find his purpose in the team?
Well, I have a different opinion, when they have a team that has so many good players and a lot of quality, it is obvious that it is very difficult for all of them to work at once, and that is something that may sound ugly, because there are many players and apart from that they came out very expensive for the club, so it's not bad, each of these players is a great investment and not only in what they can be worth but also in what they will contribute in the future, they have a very good technical director who can contribute a lot, Lampard was a great player and those things help, as far as I'm concerned I think what they've done is good,but regarding Real Madrid and the way they lost they didn't look so bad.
