David Raya (Brentford) who performed very well for Brentford since their promotion is reported to be close to agreeing to personal terms with Spurs [1] and is gonna be a long contract. However, discussion between the clubs is still yet to happen but fee of around 40m Euro is reported to be set by Brentford.

40M is decent with the way he played for Brentford but Spurs thinks it is too high. Possible that both clubs will negotiate and come to a fee where both agrees on. Even 35m Euro would be decent for both considering Raya has set his mind to move and has one year left on his contract.

Actually the pressure comes from the players themselves, can they deal with the pressure a bit and focus more on playing so that the team performance can be strong.
Harry Maguire is a player with a defensive position he should be able to make Man United have solid strength in defense, but everything you have said is true, that he actually played less than his maximum and made several fatal mistakes.
Maybe Erik ten Hag will put him on the bench more often next season.
In the last season I didn't see Maguire having his best performance but instead the bad things he did several times like carelessness that had happened several times like blunders in his own goal.
from some of the mistakes that occurred it seems that Man United did not really defend Maguire if they wanted to leave MU because I think Erik ten Hag was a bit fed up with Maguire's behavior.
but unfortunately some people still believe that Maguire still has power at Man United but for me not.
Well, some of the mistakes made by Harry Maguire were fatal and made the coach feel disgusted with him.
There are several teams that are still eyeing and wanting Harry Maguire but for some reason a player like him is still being kept by Manchester United until now.
But just like I said before that if he still played for Manchester United maybe he would only be placed on the bench.
I don't really believe that Harry Maguire can still give the best for Manchester United, so it's better to sell him immediately and buy another player who is better for defense to replace Harry Maguire.

After failed to get messi from PSG and then al hilal is making a fast move by trying to securing neymar as a replacement for messi. Neymar has been known as a good attackers. That's why hilal is interesting to sign him once the club unable to sign messi caused be messi was picking intermiami rather than hilal.

Al-Hilal sent a delegation to Paris on Friday to "test the waters" with Neymar's entourage over a potential deal, according to CBS Sports. The report states that the Brazilian could be in line for a deal similar to the one Cristiano Ronaldo was handed at Al-Nassr in December, which is reportedly worth €200 million (£171m/$215m) per year.
https://www.goal.com/en/news/neymar-saudi-list-al-hilal-exploring-transfer-for-another-psg-star-after-lionel-messi-snub/bltd2254801578e5f5e

So far, al hilal has not yet get a superstars while at the same time nassr, even ittihad have been getting their own superstars. It's a shame for al hilal for not getting at lest a single professional player from EU transfer.
It seems like that neymar has become a plan B for messi. Al hilal's plan has not been running smothly caused by messi was going to the US rather than saudi arabia.

Let's see how hard al hilal will be trying to get neymar from PSG. It seems like that hilal gonna try so hard to get neymar. Neymar may be coached by mourinho if that will come true.
Now Saudis are surely going to create things for the many players those are already given their best in Europe and reached their retirement age having good farewell before retirement after Cristiano Ronaldo mostly peoples were feeling Messi will be also here, but he decided he will stay in the USA for the last few years of his play so SPL clubs owners are now going for their plan B and trying t convey Neymar for the transfer even many players are already joining here like we have Karim Benzema but many big clubs which have no stars are jumping into this war.

Neymar which is surely having problems into PSG and trying his best for reputable club which is possible but with this offer now he can achieve more than which is he having in PSG and no club in UEFA can give him for me most chances he will be jumped here and going to enjoy another luxury contract for his rest of the career.

Harry Kane need to leave for good
Take a look at Walker ever since he left tottenham
He has won all it takes in the european challenge except europa league

Kane has no strong mentality like walker. He will achieve nothing once he will always stay in totenham. Any players that wanna get achievements must leave from the totenham. This club now owns winner mentality. that's why totenham will never win anything.
It's only winning garbage trophy. As said by conte if all of totenham players didn't have good mentality to compete in the EPL. As you can see that how it was never achieving something on journey.

I dunno why totenham fans were seeing audi cup as a reliable cup while it's only friendly match trophy. There are two choices for harry kane at this moment. Now or never.
It's caused by the door to leave and go to another club is not always open. Kane must consider if his age becomes even older. that was making him will be only wasting his time in totenham.
I will say if kane is having weak mentality if he will not leave from totenham in summer. he shall force totenham to decrease his release clause.

Unwise decisions if he does not consider his options this summer. I'm just baffled and perplexed as to why Harry Kane has yet to approve any of the proposals, of course there's no time on his side, look at Kyle Walker's statistics, he's started counting trophies in his archives the moment he made a move to a top club like manchester city, while the greatest among the top attackers has zero trophy to his name. Harry Kane continues to win honors for his goals, but he forgets that he is just setting records and reaching milestones for Tottenham Hotspur, not for his own achievements in football.

Harry Kane is playing for Tottenham for years and he is a famous player there, he is loyal to his team but because of the bad results he got in Tottenham, he is better to leave and find a team where he can achieve his goals.
Tottenham Hotspur's main issue is winning trophies; they will be at their best and still fail to win a single prize. Even the club's past managers, Anthonio Conte and Jose Mourinho, failed, so I can't think of any coach that is capable of saving the club because it's apparent that the problem stems from the boards and the players. I don't see any compelling reason why Tottenham Hotspur should have one of the best strikers in the English Premier League and still struggle to win a trophy. Harry Kane is the club's all-time leading scorer, and while he has not made his personal objectives public, I believe it is high time he tries a new chapter somewhere else.

The lack of trophies for Spurs feels like a curse that has lasted many years with different managers leading to them getting sacked as a result of poor performances and poor results including some of the best coaches in the game. They can only hope it becomes different with the new manager taking over from Antonio Conte but this season will be a tough one.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez wants to sign 24-year-old Paris St-Germain and France forward Kylian Mbappe but not this year. Perez is in no rush. He knows that Mbappe is not happy in Paris, but at the moment he is too expensive for Real and Perez is waiting for next year to get him much cheaper.
I was expecting this and it doesn’t sound surprising to me. Mbappe rejected an offer from this same team the last time and many of the fans troll him online and rain abuses on him but now look at it, they just can’t imagine not still having him in their team. I never thought Real Madrid will lack the finance to buy a player that they want, maybe he wouldn’t be interested in joining the team now and the money issue was brought up to cover up that.
Perez uses the right tactic to sign Mbappe. He knows Mbappe won't move to any club with their current contract status with PSG. So, Perez prefers to wait for 1 year more to sign him. I'm sure it is not about Real Madrid that has limited funds or lack of funds, but Real Madrid wants to sign Mbappe with proper transfer fees. Real Madrid doesn't want to sign him with an unrealistic amount of money.

To be honest, when Mbappe rejected Real Madrid offer previously, I am also very disappointed. I think Mbappe prefers money to the potential of a better career. But I still believe that Mbappe will move to Real Madrid someday, it is his dream. Mbappe only needed more time to stay in PSG first, he might think he didn't want to hurry to leave PSG. In the next year, Mbappe may change his mind to move to Real Madrid faster if he is getting uncomfortable to play in PSG.

Benfica have transferred Orkun Kökçü. Orkun was the maestro of Feyenoord midfield. He played as number 10 and number 6 in Feyenoord. Benfica made a very important transfer. I actually thought that Orkun could be transferred to Liverpool because he is the kind of midfielder Liverpool needs. If he is successful in Benfica, he will definitely be on the radar of big teams. Meanwhile, Benfica paid Feyenord 25 million euros + 5 million euros transfer fee for Orkun and added a 150 million euro release clause to Orkun's contract.
Benfica have this thing were they keep sniping deals of youngsters with good potential to later on sell to another big club for some big profits, they don't keep a lot of good players in their team, and their squad keep changing, they seem more focused on finances than football success.

Maguire is an old player and they are not many teams that want to hire this player because of his age, also he had many personal mistakes with Manchester United this season I see on transfermarkt that Tottenham is interested in hiring this player for next season.
I think the best he can do is accept this offer.

Newcastle's offer rejected by united.

Manchester United are reportedly blocking Harry Maguire from joining Newcastle on loan, but they would be willing to discuss a permanent transfer.
https://www.goal.com/en/news/man-utd-block-harry-maguire-loan-newcastle-discuss-permanent-transfer/bltdbba5babfd7624cd

It's all about newcastle. I see that if newcastle has interest in taking him as loan but MU was only interesting to discuss if it's about permanent transfer. It seems like that manchester united is not willing to waste contract from this players.
That's why MU demanding the club that was willing to buy him as permanent player rather than try to take him as loan. The latest news was about newcastle.

Meguire has attempted to form a connection with Totenham and Westham but so far no progress has been made with those clubs..

Arsenal seems to have big plans for Xavi Simons. I think PSG won't let all this happen that easily, basically they have the option to buy Simons back from PSG, or whatever it's called I don't know but there's a clause for that that allows PSV to get rid of him without being able to get money for it from the club he is going to. Simons is the best player in the premier league, who has to go to a big club abroad. Would we also see new strikers at Real Madrid to accommodate Benzema's departure?
It is not yet certain if PSG will be willing to let the young player leave to join Arsenal this summer but Arsenal seem to be really interested in the young player who was on loan at PSV. Benzema's departure will surely leave a vacancy in the squad that needs to be occupied before the new season kicks off and Real Madrid are working to get a good replacement as soon as possible.

Newcastle imho will do the biggest transfer market we saw in history.
The owner has a ton of money to spend and this will be their 1st time in Champions with him.

Prepare yourself for a billion transfer market window.
Obviously they have fresh finances plus newcastle united will play in the champions league for sure they will be looking for high quality players who will be their target. Most likely as you said where the transfer market this season will break the club record if they do a lot of signing some quality players in the transfer window.

Harry Kane, Neymar and even several other players were linked with Newcastle United in this season's transfer window. I hope that Eddie Howe and the management of Newcastle United can bring in players who really have potential and perform well enough to help the team next season, especially in the Champions League.

Newcastle United have the budget to transfer any football player they want from the market. While there are so many young and talented football players, it didn't seem like realistic news to me that they were interested in Harry Maguire. Newcastle United have the possibility to sign Gvardiol, they can do that, why would they sign Harry Maguire? Manchester United signed a 7-year contract with Harry Maguire. Under normal circumstances, Harry Maguire will play for Manchester United for 3 more seasons and his annual salary is really high. I'm sure Manchester United will try everything to get rid of him.
This is realistic news because few weeks back I also read Newcastle United is interested into Harry Maguire, and they also have budget for this as well but right now situation is not clear how things will be work because Eric ten Haq is also not happy with him, but he is not moving this is surely wired right now for many with there is no doubt contract is very long, and they are desperate for offloading him due to his poor performance with lack of confidence is also big problem.

He is already 30 years old, and now his contract is remaining for the 3 more years mean this is prime time for him and if he moves to Newcastle United then surely this could be good for him otherwise he can face problems as well with his position in first eleven is also not clear right now.
Honestly this is surprising to me Cheesy
The condition is that we know that Maguire does sometimes have various conditions where he is always the subject of jokes rather than praising his game but Newcastle still want him as a defensive lineman.
Even if it is possible in this case they also look at other conditions where he is the captain of the English national team for example but in my opinion this is risky when trying to bring in Maguire with an expensive price and performance like this.

Naby Keita is on his way to Werder Bremen on a free transfer. I'm afraid Keita couldn't show the expected performance for Liverpool most of the time. He has never been a regular in the starting eleven also. I don't remember him playing like in nearly all games in a season. I think this is the right choice for Liverpool and it seems like they are doing some cleaning in the midfield also.

~snip~

It was only a few days ago that the two parties reached an agreement and Naby Keita has also been seen signing the contract with Werder Bremen. Indeed, during this season Naby Keita has started to be eliminated from the starting eleven and that does not change the fact that it seems that Jurgen Klopp no longer needs his services. But as a free agent this is a very good opportunity for Werder Bremen to be able to get Naby Keita for free. In my opinion, Naby Keita's performance is still quite good, especially at a mature age he can still make a contribution next season with Werder Bremen.

I can not remember when last I saw him smiling this good
Too much injuries made him lost his place in the line up
Klopp has been unfair to.sime Africans. One thing sure is that he will give his best

And you really think that Maguire puts so much emphasis on playing in the starting that he will renounce for the salary he currently gets at United? Newcastle won't pay him 100% as much as ManU and if he gets his salary without playing he'll be happy with that too. Pure stupidity from ManU to conclude such a contract.

Everyone and every club is bound to the fifa fair play role in money transfer.
I know that Newcastle will like to buy as many players as possible but if they overbuy, they will tend to spoil their team.
To me what Newcastle needs is just less than 5 quality signings since they are not selling players yet.
These 5 new players is to give them the squad depth needed to play European football and as well as England football.

As far as I understand the vacancy to become a coach at Tottenham is still open. Those are bummed that Slot didn't make it, but there are more trainers available. Nagelsmann hasn't found a club yet, has he? Bosz is also still available, which means that he has not signed yet, but that could change. Maybe it's time for Kane to make a step towards a real top team. That can be in England, but there is also nothing wrong with playing football in Italy or Spain. And Germany would also be a serious option for Kane due to culture and climate.
It's over, now they have Ange Postecoglou as the new coach with a 4 year contract for him with Tottenham and that has been confirmed directly by Tottenham.
Now that the coach has been found, it remains only to see how the reshuffle will be carried out from Spurs for now, especially the rumors of Kane leaving are also still very much alive now, so of course this is something Ange Postecoglou has to think about. Apart from that, they also have to try to improve their defense because this season they really have a very bad defense.

We are going to see a lot of transfers this summer. Real Madrid are looking for a replacement for Benzema. Of course they would like Mbappe, but he won't. Although it looks a bit like he won't get any further at PSG, and he wants to win the CL one day. Then you might have a better chance at Real Madrid, just look at the statistics. I think Xavi Simons is not good enough to become a regular striker at Real Madrid, but he is still young and has experience at PSG. He used to be one of Messi's successors, but seems to be a bit inhibited.
Yes, Real Madrid needs a strong striker to replace Benzema's role. I don't know about the current rumor about Mbappe, I just heard that Real Madrid is trying to sign Harry Kane. Actually, both Mbappe and Harry Kane are the typical strikers that Real Madrid wants. Their main position is central forward (CF) and have great shoot accuracy. They also have a good mentality, so I think these are the best strikers to replace Benzema. Personally, I prefer Mbappe, but it looks like Real Madrid must spend bigger money if they want to sign him. So, not sure if it is possible to sign Mbappe for the next season.

Anyway, what statistics you stated above? Is the statistics on UCL?

I think Mbappe has a clause that grants him a huge amount of money on a yearly basis for every year he stays with PSG. I don't exactly know where and when I read this, but a bit of research should confirm this. That doesn't make it very likely that Mbappe is willing to leave PSG unless Real Madrid pays him more money than they have ever paid a player before. Whether they can do it or not without violating the rules is questionable.
