Chelsea are hoping for an opportunity to sign Victor Osimhen this summer but I don't think it will be more than a dream for them. Because they don't have anything decent they can offer the player to choose them over the other teams. They won't even be a part of the Champions League next season most probably. Why would Osimhen like to play for them anyway?

Even if Chelsea become the only team to make an offer he would still choose to stay I think. Because Napoli are in a much better situation than Chelsea now.

So far Osimhen is linked to many teams including Manchester United and Real Madrid which can be the best option for Osimhen to continue his career in a team where he can hope for achieving more goals with them where they don't have financial problems and the team situation is more stable compared to other teams while in Chelsea the only thing Osimhen can get is money and nothing else because they don't have a good situation right now and I don't see a reason for Osimhen to join Chelsea.
He will fit well in with both the Real Madrid and the Manchester United teams. Real Madrid is looking for a replacement for Karim Benzema, so if they can sign Oshimen for the upcoming season, it will be better for the club. These teams need a natural striker like him. Similarly, Manchester United also needs a strong striker because Martial is out due to injury. He is not suited for Chelsea or other teams. He requires the cash and the playing time. He also needs to achieve success.

Saturday's transfer gossip:

Chelsea have emerged as major contenders to sign Napoli's Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen, 24, this summer.
Chelsea are also set to make a bid for Barcelona and Spain left-back Alejandro Balde, 19, to replace England defender Ben Chilwell, 26.
Bayern Munich are interested in signing Chelsea's Kai Havertz, 23, with the Germany forward previously expressing interest in being reunited with his former manager Thomas Tuchel. Chelsea will obviously have a very turbulent transfer season in the coming days and months as a lot of players leave and a lot of new players arrive. What kind of team will Chelsea have next season and will they be competitive and fight for trophies next season?
Paris St-Germain have told Lionel Messi they will pay whatever it takes to keep him, amid reports Barcelona have made contact about a potential return for the Argentina forward, 35. So, given the current financial power of PSG and Barcelona, the obvious question arises, what will win in the end? Heart or money?  Grin
Arsenal are keen on Real Madrid's Aurelien Tchouameni, with Liverpool also said to be interested in the 23-year-old France midfielder. Is Real ready to let him go? The player who should replace Modric?
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says the club have been busy during the international break lining up summer targets and are ready to spend big in the transfer market. The real question is whether Klopp will continue to lead Liverpool after a very disappointing season and especially if they do not qualify for the Champions League next season?

There are reports that Paris Saint-Germain are interested in Napoli's South Korean defender Kim Min Jae. It is rumored that they are planning to part ways with Sergio Ramos at the end of the season. If these rumors are true, they need to transfer a young football player who is at least as talented as Sergio Ramos. On the other hand, Napoli recently increased the release fee of Kim Min-Jae from 40 million euros to 65 million euros. Also, we had read news that Manchester United and Liverpool were also interested in him for a while. If Paris Saint-Germain really want him, they should hurry.
But now Kim Min Jae is an important defender for Napoli, thanks to his defense Napoli are currently one of the strongest in Serie A. I think even though many clubs are interested in signing him in the summer, Napoli don't want one of their important players to leave and this it would be a bad start for Napoli if they lost one of their best defenders this season. I think Napoli should weigh the offer first and not be too hasty just because the transfer fee is fantastic.

I think Kim Min-Jae is overrated, he only play good on Napoli, but his performance on Fenerbahce and South Korea during world cup weren't good enough. Maybe he's already develop and better, but we still don't know if he is only good on Napoli or he will have a good performance too on the next club he will join.

It's better for him to join Manchester United because PSG is a club which only strong in farmer league, Liverpool already have many good defenders e.g. TAA, Van Dijk, Robertson and Konate, Min Jae might become a substitute player.

Napoli has been a place where Osimen has been considered key this season. I completely disagree with any club's offers regarding Osimen. However, Napoli will try to keep this player. He contributed greatly to Napoli's achievements and became the only luckiest player at Napoli.

Apart from all that, I'm not sure when Osimen is at a club like Chelsea where the level of competition doesn't even improve Osimen reputation but instead can be drowned by other players where in the Premier League every day each player makes himself stand out.

Osimhen is a very valuable asset for Napoli at the moment. Many clubs are interested in him, but Napoli's owners set a price tag that is high enough to isolate the player from the targets of other teams. But in my opinion, if there is a club that dares to put forward a proposal at a price of 150 million Pounds then Napoli should immediately let him go. Because if you want to keep him, I'm pretty sure Osimhen will no longer look as great as he is now, he is a typical seasonal player who only explodes at certain times. So that the bargaining value will drop dramatically later.

Just now I heard, FC Koln was banned from making transfers for two periods in the 2023/2024 season. They were found guilty by FIFA. The offense committed by FC Koln was to make the transfer of talented forward Jaka Cuber Potocnik to their youth academy.

Olimpija Ljubljana accused the FC Koln of inciting the 16-year-old forward to terminate his contract. Ljubljana filed a lawsuit with a FIFA court and won. FC Koln had to transfer 51,750 euros. Although the Clone seems to be constantly trying to appeal to CAS.

As long as chelsea can agree to play the clause release that was already given by napoli and why not? Chelsea is not a hundred percent losing a chance to get into the UCL next season. As long as chelsea can win UCL this season and chelsea will be automatically qualified for UCL next season. The problem is, can another club afford to pay the clause release of osimhen? Manchester united has an interest in osimhen but since napoli puts a very high price and it's likely MU was trying to find an alternative player.
You forgot the power of money and osimhen is also saying that playing in EPL is one of his dream.

Even if Chelsea become the only team to make an offer he would still choose to stay I think. Because Napoli are in a much better situation than Chelsea now.
Napoli is trying to sell him to get money as much as napoli can. 100 millions euro became the minimum bet for osimhen. There are so many clubs that have been sending proposal for him. Recently PSG was sending a proposal to napoli but the problem is osimhen's heart was choosing move to the EPL rather than play in league 1.

Giroud is very close to renewing his contract with AC Milan, 1+1 year.
DiMaria is also working to extend by 1 year with Juventus.

...

We criticize the Italian league for having old football players who are close to the retired category, but they know how to get the best out of them. Giroud and Di Maria are having their second spring in Italy. Of course, they don't have amazing performances, but both players played in the final of the last world cup with their national teams and while Giroud did great things until the final, Di Maria made a significant contribution to Argentina's trophy in the final. As a result, the Italian league turns into a great place for such players to spend the last years of their careers.

Dude, don't you know that FC Barcelona is in huge financial trouble. They even had to register Gavi as a junion player again because the prolonging of his contract which they did on February was declared as not valid by a court because then Barca would not be within the limit of the salary cap that they are having.
So to say that FC Barcelona would not have a problem to pay the extremely high salary for Messi is just completely wrong. It was Messis extremely high salary demands, that were the reason in the first place why he has left Barcelona. He could have stayed if he would have been happy with a way lower salary but he did not agree to that.
Lionel Messi not reach personal agreement contract extended due higher salary offering and PSG seems not will accepted it, I don't sure with financial crisis faced by Barcelona have chance returning back Messi to Camp Nou. Last week Barcelona failed registered Gavi to main squad and he still with junior registered due with financial problem and has potential with their young player leave Barcelona with free agent.

I don't sure Barcelona have capacity huge amount for paying Lionel Messi salary although he will be free agent because need preparing huge fund if want signing Lionel Messi. I agree with you about problem faced by Lionel Messi leaving Barcelona because about salary payment where Barcelona don't have enough money for paying him.

Well Benzema aint young anymore and cannot play all matches in the entire season. In the entire season you have 70+ matches and he needs a good substitute. But you cannot put on the bench Haaland or Oshimen that are playing on the top level.
Benzema is no longer young, so the time is right for Real Madrid management to prepare a replacement in the next summer transfer window. I think one of the efforts they are making is to get Osimhen in the next transfer window because he is a better fit in all the criteria that can fill the gaps when Benzema is absent or injured.

apart from that there might be other options to bring in Goncalo Ramos to strengthen the front line if they fail to get osimhen. I think benzema is not as strong as it used to be due to the age factor and also has often been injured. benzema will still be the main choice next season.

Rabiot if Allegri will stay, will probably stay too even if he is a free agent, if Allegri will be sacked we will leave for sure.
Giroud is very comfortable at Ac milan, he has gotten pretty good things this season and last season, at an old age but able to make a bigger contribution to ac milan this season, which has made the ac milan management appreciate his services by New contract extension for the next 1 season.

However, Giroud partner on the front line, Rafael Leao, has not actually decided on his future with AC Milan after Ac Mila's management has offered a new contract, but Leao has not given any certainty that he will stay by accepting the new offer or rejecting.

Giroud deserves it for his contribution last season, and Leon has expressed an interest in playing in the Premier League, so I believe this will be his final season with AC Milan if good offers come in the summer.

Messi's salary maybe not a problem for Barcelona, the problem is Messi's interest to come back to Barcelona. Is there a statement from Messi that he has the intention to come back to Barcelona as a professional player? I never heard about this, so I assume he won't think to come back again to Barcelona. He wants a new challenge and he will end his career in another club.

messia already agreed to decrease his salary to go back again to the barcelona. Messi aware that he was not young anymore. This is also the main reason why he was accepted to be paid even less by the club caused by messi is looking for an environment that was supporting him.
he was not feeling happy in paris saint german. Barcelona is a better place for him even though he must cut his salary but he was not feeling if it was a difficult thing to do. The only thing that must be the main concern is how to bring messi back again.

He would looking for the retirement funds ...

And if barcelona can offer him such a long term career after he retired ... then i think it would be a win win solution as messi's heart will alway at barcelona , hard to predict where he will land next ... psg pretty much comfortable for him and his family , if there is no better offer i believe he will just stay there longer at ps.

I don't think young players will replace Benzema in the team. Madrid knows their needs up front, selling Benzema, of course, must get a replacement for players who are also experienced and have good performance. it doesn't matter if it's 2 or 3 seasons. it is to guard against how Madrid will face strong European competition.
there are also rumors that Moh Salah is on Madrid's radar to replace Benzema.

Nobody can replace Benzema at Real, he will go down in history as one of their best strikers ever. He has won everything with them multiple times. Salah is a wide forward, he isn’t the same type of player. If Real want to replace Benzema there are only really Haaland and Osimhen who can step into his shoes.
Agreed. I don't even like Salah's way of play. All the opposing team has to do is sit back and stop couner attacks, and Salah is rendered useless.

Benzema is a special kind of forward. I don't even know how many centre forwards currently play like him. I mean going deep into the midfield to get the ball. Maybe Mbappé could try, though he also likes wide positions.

Haaland is more of a box player, and we all know how box players have performed in Real Madrid in recent years... Perfect example, Luka Jovic.

I haven't watched Osimhen play that much, so I am not sure what kind of centre forward he is.

Olivia Giroud is worth another long stay with Ac Milan he has flourished very well since his signature
Did Maria has no plans to leave the fans after that two goals against Nantes the fans love him more now
Rabiot has plans of moving to Liverpool Gerrard was alaod his idol before now
