No doubt with Chelsea has enough financial power for signing Victor Osimhen but not participants in Champion League or Europe League looks as problem. I don't sure with Victor Osimhen want to play for Chelsea up coming season without participants in Champion League because have other teams want to signing him and participants in Champion League. Newcastle United could be option beside has enough money for giving excited salary and this season participants in Champion League.

Osimhen's transfer depend on Napoli decision, which one team want to give higher offering transfer values will priority and has chance for signing Victor Osimhen next season.

We all know Chelsea doesn't have a good situation and they lose the ticket for the Champions League and even the Europa League that's why I don't think many players are interested to join this team unless they pay more money.
For example Kounde from Barcelona and Kone from Monchengladbach or even Adrien Rabiot from Juventus.

Osimhen is great striker, his perfomance this season precede his name and reputation but after checking the transfer window of local, latest and top transfer, there is nothing sppeculative about Osimhen, not even in Rumpours players that some players wish to be transfer. There were some internet rumours of making moves for Germany club after he was sighted in Germany for holiday with his girlfriend, there are many mix feelings regarding Osimhen but as long as the club is still adamant of not selling him this season, I don't think he will live Napoli for now and I believe in few weeks, his new deal with Napoli will be publish to clear all this doubt.
