Cenk Tosun rejected Chicago Fire's offer. That was the right decision. Cenk is not that old, it's too early for him to go to America. It would make sense for him to go there towards the end of his career, but 1 more year can be considered as his prime period and he can play at top level for 2 more years. He still plays at a high level and scores constantly.
The Premier League adventure didn't go well for him due to injuries, but now he has a very good form in the Turkish League and his number of goals has reached double digits already. That was his first since 2016/17 championship season. His finishing is good, despite last few games he missed some chances. If they agree on a new deal I believe his performance will be better.

I also agree, that Lukaku is not a top 10 striker at the moment and maybe never was a top 10 striker to be honest. I know that there was a lot of hype around him especially when he was still very young because even as a teenager he already had that massive and athletic body that is obviously a huge advantage. He never really fulfilled that promise of being the next great offensive player and now he is already 29 years old and definitely not a youngster anymore.

I recently read a statement, that Tottenham would go into the next season with Harry Kane, even if he will not prolong his contract there. So he would be free to sign in the summer of 2024. So this could really be a good timing for Real Madrid then because Benzemas contract was recently prolonged until 2024.

Sure, Harry Kane is the least expensive because he is almost 30 years old. While Mbappe, Haaland, and Osimhen are under 25 years old. So, the future of these strikers seems brighter than Harry Kane because they will have a longer career. But for the quality or skills, Harry Kane is also a good striker, he deserves to join Real Madrid.
