The latest rumors say that Altetico is interested in signing Jordi Alba from Barcelona. At an old age, it seems that maybe this will be the right decision for Alba to leave Barcelona, moreover, he has won many titles so far with Barcelona. But I'm also confused about how Atletico considered their target options for the 34-year-old player, even though the competition is getting tougher next season and they should be able to find younger alternatives for the left-back position. However, if Atletico believe in their target, that is also very good because they need someone who is experienced on the field and the transfer fee of 5 million euros is very cheap for a Jordi Alba.
Simeone is milking Barcelona by exchanging players with them the way he likes. He and ATM obviously do that and get profit from Barcelona wages critical situation.
Anyway Barcelona will have to make a list of players that will leave the team and another list with reasonable price for the remaining players. Otherwise the team will continue suffering from money issues.
But isn't the transfer fee very small for Barcelona to recover its financial problems. Moreover, I heard the news that Rapinha wanted to stay at Barcelona and did not want to leave the Catalan club, so that the previous rumors that Rapinha wanted to be bought by Newcastle are no longer valid. This makes Barcelona very dizzy and they are indeed thinking about selecting some of their players to sell in the summer. We know Barcelona need a lot of funds to recover their finances which have started to be scattered a few seasons ago and now they inevitably have to convince some of their players to be sold to get additional money.

For me this transfer could definitely make sense. Jordi Alba is a great player that is still playing on a very high level and he can still help out basically every team in my opinion. Also i would guess, that he would also be happy if he would not be in the starting eleven most of the time given the fact that he is already 34 years old.
I also think it could make a lot of sense for FC Barcelona to let Jordi Alba go. I don't know any details but his contract with Barca is still running until the end of the next season. So if they let him go now they will get a small transfer fee for him and they also don't need to pay his, probably pretty high, salary for the next season anymore. Given the fact that Barca is almost broke, this seems to be a good deal for them.

One of the players I pity in England is Harry Kane.  After a superb free kick goal yesterday, I wouldn't believe it will end like that for him. Kane is one of the most underrated players in football. I know City now has Haalland, but If Kane is to join a good team like Manchester city,  he will be almost in every match just like Haalland.  I don't know what his plans are but if u ask me, I will say Kane has no tangible reason of staying in Tottenham. It's time he makes the good move so he can at least record a European trophy to his name as he is getting old.
Kane is the most unlucky player, having a lot of quality but unable to establish himself in a team that can contribute to each other. Tottenham is a club with absolutely no chance of winning the title, Kane will gain nothing by staying there. No doubt, I believe he will achieve a lot if he can join a big team with influence, Manchester City is a great choice, Guardiola will respect him a lot. I hope he will see this and consider it wisely, it is a very good opportunity for his future career.

Richarlison is a very good alternative if you are not going to sign Osimhen or Mbappe. Real Madrid may have wanted to transfer him to better plan financial terms.

Richarlison performed very well at the World Cup held in Qatar. But he couldn't get a good opportunity as there were players like Kane and Son in Tottenham. Real Madrid and Spanish Laliga could be a good opportunity for him. Maybe he plays with Benzema for 1 season or waits behind him on the bench, but then he can be among the constants of the starting 11. He has so much potential.

Richarlison is crap, he’s one of the biggest flops in the PL this season. Came for big money and only has 1 PL goal. He’s being looked at as a big waste of money and a bad signing in England. Real Madrid are the biggest club in the world, they can do a lot better than Richarlison. I do not think they will go anywhere near him.

Sunday's gossip:

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has asked president Florentino Perez to sign Tottenham's 26-year-old Brazil forward Richarlison. It is obvious that Benzema cannot push the team alone as the only striker, but is Richarlison the right solution for Real?

If Victor knows what is good for him, he should not extend his contract at Napoli, he is at the prime of his career now, nobody knows what will happen in the next season. This is the right time for him to move and make money, set the record. Probably the most expensive African player. And have a new challenge in his career.
The problem we have is that he will always want to be the first choice striker of any every Club, then a club like Madrid will not go for him because they will still depend on Benzema at least one more season. However, Victor should be able to move now that his ship is sailing.
That isn't a problem at all for Victor Osimhen because he already has the ability to be that striker and score many goals too. I will urge him to seize this opportunity and make the best choices for a better future. Real Madrid will be a good destination for Victor Osimhen if he really fancies achieving big heights in the future.

It is known that Manchester City offered him a 1-year contract and Ilkay did not look favorably on the 1-year contract. There are reports that good teams like Arsenal and Barcelona want to sign him, but I think Liverpool can be added to them. Liverpool have a very serious problem with midfielders and needs quality players in this region... No transfer fee will be paid for him, so he could be one of the hottest names in the transfer window this summer and we could read a lot of transfer rumors and news about him.
İlkay Gündoğan has been doing great in midfield for Manchester City. While defending the ball from the midfield, he also helps the other players in the team to attack the opposition. When Manchester City decided to sign him on a new one-year contract, he did not agree to the one-year deal.  If Manchester City were to release him at the moment, many English clubs would be interested in signing him as he excels in midfield.

Chances of a move to Barcelona are relatively slim for him but the Germany star could be seen for Arsenal or Liverpool.  I think Liverpool will be interested in signing him as Liverpool have already terminated the contract of their midfield star Roberto Firmino and have not signed a new one. The English club may be considering Liverpool İlkay Gündoğan as a replacement for Roberto Firmino.

Gündogan isn't a replacement for Firmino. They play different positions or please correct me if I am wrong.

I don't think that Manchester City will let him go just yet and instead present him with a better offer than the last one. He developed even further this season and I believe he could still build the strongest midfield in the Premier League with Kevin De Bruyne.

But who knows maybe one day Gündogan would like to return to Germany as well and gives Dortmund another try Smiley

@shogun47 it’ll be a shame if City let him leave because he’s one of the best and I personally feel that they should give him a better contract and keep him at the club. Furthermore if he yet ends up leaving then he’ll be a welcome addition in all the big clubs and whichever club gets him they’ll be very lucky to have a player of his caliber.

Glad to see that min jae will come to the united. I think that will be helping to fix the problem that has been facing by manchester united in the defensive line since manchester united doesn't have good defenders at this moment.
MU will be kicking meguire from the club as soon as possible. Meguire's career has been destroyed once he was moving to the MU
I think Min Jae's arrival will be a little better than Maguire who always makes mistakes and indeed Magurie deserves to be kicked out of MU. and I also heard rumors that maguire will choose to move to Newcastle, is it true?
if true I doubt whether Maguire will be better off there or just another matter.

Newcastle United want to build an ambitious squad in the champions league next year. I don't think Maguire should be a part of this squad because he's made too many mistakes and has lost points for Manchester United this year. Newcastle must evaluate these and decide whether to take that risk.

We know Harry Maguire is an important player and he got enough reputation in his team which can be a reason for us to say Maguire will stay in Manchester United doesn't matter if he had a good performance against Leicester City or another team, however, he is known because of his personal mistakes he does and just like the same against Sevilla.
Since when meguire was an important player? He is only a useless player. he was always making united got bad luck when he was playing in the field. It's time for manchester united to sell the players which are not giving any contribution to the club. My attention already focused into the him and some bad defenders that are still playing at manchester united at this moment. It's caused by almost all of mu's defenders were always playing so badly. MU was missing europa league.
It has become the worst match that has ever done by manchester united. I remember how sabitzer was working so hard to make manchesterunited win the game against sevilla but meguire and tyrell was destroying it.
I don't even think if mu shall have kept tyrell for long term. He is bad.

Sunday's gossip:

Tottenham have resumed talks with former Bayern Munich boss Julian Nagelsmann, although he wants to know who will be sporting director before committing.
It is obvious that after the negative experience with Bayern Nagelsmann this time wants to be sure that he has associates he can trust and who will accept his vision. Will there be an agreement?
Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has asked president Florentino Perez to sign Tottenham's 26-year-old Brazil forward Richarlison. It is obvious that Benzema cannot push the team alone as the only striker, but is Richarlison the right solution for Real?
Arsenal, Liverpool and Barcelona are interested in a summer move for 28-year-old Bayern Munich and Germany midfielder Joshua Kimmich.
Manchester City are keen for swap deal with Bayern Munich for midfielder Kimmich that would allow the German club to keep Cancelo.
Great interest in Kimmich, but what will he decide in the end?
Manchester City will offer Germany midfielder Ilkay Gundogan, 32, a new deal until 2024 with an option for a further season, amid interest from Barcelona. Does this mean that Gundogan could end his football career at Manchester City?

According to rumors, Kim will probably leave Napoli to join Manchester United.

He has a release clause not so high, so if they push he will be in Premier next year.

The links for the player looks seriously even if it's still considered to be rumors from the player
This has to be his best opportunity to have a bigger trail he will not want to miss out
Man United are good making buys if he is a must want for the coach he'll be gotten

In case of Chelsea's making the Pochettino deal official Tottenham are likely to sign Nagelsmann on one hand. But both teams are waiting for a little more time to see some things to be clearer. Both of these teams should make their choices of manager very carefully from now on. Because both of them have had a terrible season so far and Chelsea have been worse.

Chelsea are close with Pochettino but are Spurs close with Nagelsmann? I don't think so. Fabrizio Romano has reported multiple of times that there were certainly some talks but their sporting director didn't supported Nagelsmann ideas [Source]. Chelsea are almost done with Pochettino but Spurs are still on the lookout. I think for Spurs it's gonna take time so its probably things will advance after the season end.

But despite his young age he has an experience with a top team like Bayern Munich. Therefore he might also be a good choice for Tottenham side.

Nagelsmann to Spurs is for sure off now. Some names like Arne Slot and Luis Enrique has popped up but not from reliable sources. So again I feel these things will probably go on once the season ends.

Vlahovic and Chiesa may leave Juventus this summer if Allegri will stay.
They don't have a good feeling with the coach and they are wanted by other teams.

On Vlahovic there is an interest from Bayern.

This is not wrong, I have seen a game both players express it on their face
If they can do that on the pitch then imagine what's going on inside the dressing room
Will Juventus frown upon these players sell then they will have to sack Allegri when the season gets to an end

Pochettino can be a good choice for Chelsea of course as he is a decent experienced manager and he knows this environment very well. Alexander Mitrovic has been performing great this season but I don't see any serious transfer news about him. He is only 28 years old and has all the features of a target striker. I think he should definitely play in a better team than Fulham next season. I think Alexander Mitrovic is the striker with the qualities Erik Ten Hag is looking for. Erik Ten Hag hasn't been able to get the results he wanted from Weghorst this season. However, I think Alexander Mitrovic can meet Erik Ten Hag's expectations. Even if he is not transferred to Manchester United, he deserves to be transferred to a team in the Manchester United class.
The Red Devils require additional typical players who have yet to catch the attention of premier teams. Alexander Mitrovic, Fulham's top striker, is essentially a world-class striker with extensive experience in elite competitions. Unfortunately, the position of an average team just makes him an average player; he ought to explore the EPL when making large moves to elite clubs that compete for top titles. Manchester United are desperate to have a great striker in the club; Erik Ten Hag targets Weghorst, but he is not living up to United's expectations; his replacement will be appointed in the summer.
Mitrovic is not the type of player or a striker that Manchester United needs. Manchester United needs an outstanding striker like Kane or Osimhen. To me I feel that Mitrovic is just like the current Weghorst that Manchester United has in their club. This is not the time that Manchester United should sign another average player as their are many average players in Manchester United that needs to be dismissed from the club.
If Manchester United can change ownership before the next season starts, it will make the club stable and better players would be signed for the club.
