Newcastle have got a lot of work to do and it's not just about signing players.
They have a lot over hauling to do in their squad. They have a big squad as it is and it they want to sign new players then they have to sell to create space. Now they have the money, so they have to have a plan, just like Man City did when the Arabs took over. Having money doesn't guarantee success in this business. There are a lot of players in that squad that are not champions league material and they all have to go.
I still feel they are going to do it bit by bit now because indeed if it is done for a major overhaul it will also impact performance a bit and adjust again and again for Newcastle.
On the other hand I am quite happy with how Howe handled the transfer. Until now he is only looking for the players he needs instead of doing it quickly and instantly by looking for players who have star labels.
But with the current conditions I have no doubt that there will be several names like that for Newcastle which is quite surprising with the current champions League and with the conditions they have big money so I would not be too surprised if there were several names labeled stars for Newcastle next season.

One of the players I pity in England is Harry Kane.  After a superb free kick goal yesterday, I wouldn't believe it will end like that for him. Kane is one of the most underrated players in football. I know City now has Haalland, but If Kane is to join a good team like Manchester city,  he will be almost in every match just like Haalland.  I don't know what his plans are but if u ask me, I will say Kane has no tangible reason of staying in Tottenham. It's time he makes the good move so he can at least record a European trophy to his name as he is getting old.
Harry Kane purported move to  Man City few seasons ago was blocked Daniel Levy Tottenham chairman, Honestly I felt sorry for him because he had never won any trophy in his career despite scoring a lot of goals for his present club, Harry Kane should have been in stiff competition in terms of goal scoring with Haaland had it been Kane was playing for a very good club, however there was a rumour of his likely move to Man Utd next season, If such offer eventually become real he shouldn't resist it having played his part for Tottenham I believe it's high time he move elsewhere to win trophy because age is no longer in his side.
Harry Kane is one of the best striker of current era in England, but sadly he was never able to win any trophy for his club and national team which is surely bad luck of player like him but now it's good time for him if he wants to win something he needs to take bold decision and leave this club with few top clubs around UEFA still waiting for him like Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Manchester United all are interested but where he wants to go its big question because mostly English players love to stay into their country so can he leave Tottenham for the Manchester United or going in other country is also suitable for him this is going to be tough for him.

With current situation if he is able to have something better from the Manchester Untied then surely he needs to leave his current club because now they have very few chances for the Conference Cup which is depended on their win against Leeds United and in case of lost they could be not able to have any UEFA event for the next season with this many players can leave this club as well.

So the market is already opened?!?
It seems like it's too soon but even if it's like that let's just say it's true because sooner or later something like this is bound to happen for Jude and Madrid.
Even so, I'm also not too sure whether it's completely correct because I looked for several other sources and didn't get any results there.
A replacement for Kroos has been found by now if that's a valid thing and I like this stuff. But I'm still waiting for the real Fabrizio and for some reason when there hasn't been a statement from Fabrizio regarding player transfers I'm always not sure of the validity of that thing Cheesy

Now it's just waiting with Madrid and its target new striker which until now there is still no further news about Madrid's targets for strikers.

When the Arab capital hits the transfer button for Newcastle United, it will bring the world's most expensive and best football players to this team. They could have done this from the first year, but they chose not to rush to build the team's chemistry. They have the opportunity to make better signings, I don't think they will sign Maguire. I agree with you on this. Gvardiol and Min Jae may be among the alternatives for them. After making a few transfers on defense and making a few good transfers on the offensive line, they will become a much better team and will be a continuity among the top four teams in the league.

If Newcastle is indeed a serious club then players like Miguire should be mentioned in affiliate with them. They've got a lot on their plate now and they got to be ready for it. They need 2 new top class defenders, 2 midfielders and 2 strikers.
They can't be getting average players at this point if they want to remain a top team in the league and even compete for the league. Qualifying for the champions league makes things a bit easier for them because top players want to play in the champions league.
They will be playing in the champions league, FA cup, Caraboa cup and the premier league so they need all the good players they can get.

This is a season that Chelsea should soon forget. Whether that will work is the question. At least they have enough money there by spreading the contracts over a number of years. They may have thought it through, but is it enough for Chelsea? I think so, but you can only do that if you can get a good trainer for the group. And that is certainly not Lampard, far too little experience and I also think that as a trainer he is not good enough. But he is a club icon, so he may get a chance to continue as head coach for next season.

So how should we describe Chelsea's season? Worse than bad actually. I also don't remember Chelsea's London ever having such a bad season. They are all individually seen very good players, then you should never let it come to that? The appointment of Potter was a big mistake, but Lampard taking over was not exactly a very wise choice to put it that way. I also don't know who they can appoint for this job. Arne Slot would be a perfect coach. But try prying it loose at Feyenoord.

Richarlison is a very good alternative if you are not going to sign Osimhen or Mbappe. Real Madrid may have wanted to transfer him to better plan financial terms.
Richarlison performed very well at the World Cup held in Qatar. But he couldn't get a good opportunity as there were players like Kane and Son in Tottenham. Real Madrid and Spanish Laliga could be a good opportunity for him. Maybe he plays with Benzema for 1 season or waits behind him on the bench, but then he can be among the constants of the starting 11. He has so much potential.
Richarlison is crap, he’s one of the biggest flops in the PL this season. Came for big money and only has 1 PL goal. He’s being looked at as a big waste of money and a bad signing in England. Real Madrid are the biggest club in the world, they can do a lot better than Richarlison. I do not think they will go anywhere near him.

Honestly, I have to agree with @LFC_Bitcoin. I honestly do not think that it is an over exaggeration to say that he is crap. And to think that he is going to be a good option if you cannot get Mbappe or Osimhen is certainly not right in my opinion. He can never get even close to those two. He has been a flop and I don't think he will actually be able to recover, to be honest.

At this moment it will be a big mistake for any club to actually bring him in as a main striker in my opinion. So of course it will be a wise decision to not go near him as you said.

For the time being, it seems that Arne Slot will just stay with Feyenoord. I often don't get it with trainers who leave to earn a lot more somewhere else. As a fortunate club, can't you just give a coach a few million more a year? Problem solved in one fell swoop you would think. Frenkie de Jong's transfer soap seems to have come to an end after a few years. It seems that he will continue to play at Barcelona and is regarded as one of the best midfielders in the world. And is there any news about Graham Potter yet?

İlkay Gündoğan has been doing great in midfield for Manchester City. While defending the ball from the midfield, he also helps the other players in the team to attack the opposition. When Manchester City decided to sign him on a new one-year contract, he did not agree to the one-year deal.  If Manchester City were to release him at the moment, many English clubs would be interested in signing him as he excels in midfield.

Chances of a move to Barcelona are relatively slim for him but the Germany star could be seen for Arsenal or Liverpool.  I think Liverpool will be interested in signing him as Liverpool have already terminated the contract of their midfield star Roberto Firmino and have not signed a new one. The English club may be considering Liverpool İlkay Gündoğan as a replacement for Roberto Firmino.

Gündogan isn't a replacement for Firmino. They play different positions or please correct me if I am wrong.

I don't think that Manchester City will let him go just yet and instead present him with a better offer than the last one. He developed even further this season and I believe he could still build the strongest midfield in the Premier League with Kevin De Bruyne.

But who knows maybe one day Gündogan would like to return to Germany as well and gives Dortmund another try Smiley

Ilkay Gundogan is a versatile player, he can be positioned as DM, MC, and AM. his contract period with Manchester City will soon expire on 30 June 2023, which is why it is only natural that several clubs are interested in signing him for free, aka a free transfer player. Lately, the rumors have been increasingly linked to Barcelona and in recent weeks Arsenal have not wanted to lose out on the services of a midfielder who is qualified with this experience.
Well, I just found out that Liverpool also have the same interest in bringing Gundogan to Anfield.

Unfortunately it seems that Manchester City will not just let him go, because he is still an important part of TheCitizen's squad. and as Fabrizio Romano has tweeted, Manchester City will offer Ilkay Gundohan a new deal running until June 2024 with an option for another season, possibly June 2025. In another tweet, Barcelona's proposal remains on the table, as Gundohan has yet to make a decision. So, let's see. but I'm pretty sure, it looks like Gundohan will still choose to be with Manchester City. even if he were to leave, La Liga was the new place he would go.

Probably the main reason is that Kane does not have titles at the club level, this is himself and I don’t know if it’s worth pitying him. In the end, he had many options throughout his career to take on a new challenge and move to many top clubs, but he always chose the comfortable, familiar warm place in Tottenham. Now his career is at a decisive stage (and we all understand that Tottenham will definitely not win anything in the coming years) and if he does not leave Tottenham it will be his own fault.

Glad to see that min jae will come to the united. I think that will be helping to fix the problem that has been facing by manchester united in the defensive line since manchester united doesn't have good defenders at this moment.
MU will be kicking meguire from the club as soon as possible. Meguire's career has been destroyed once he was moving to the MU
I think Min Jae's arrival will be a little better than Maguire who always makes mistakes and indeed Magurie deserves to be kicked out of MU. and I also heard rumors that maguire will choose to move to Newcastle, is it true?
if true I doubt whether Maguire will be better off there or just another matter.

Newcastle United want to build an ambitious squad in the champions league next year. I don't think Maguire should be a part of this squad because he's made too many mistakes and has lost points for Manchester United this year. Newcastle must evaluate these and decide whether to take that risk.

Lol. Maguire spoilt things for Manchester United,  he is too full of much mistakes. I'm not sure if Newcastle would even want a player like Maguire in their squad against next season champions league that means it is wrong decisions,  because they need a better player than maguire if they want better result.

the next transfer market will be filled with more drama it seems

Paris St-Germain are set to step up their attempts to lure Jose Mourinho away from Roma, with players close to the Portuguese manager fearing he will depart the Italian club this summer. Mourinho in Paris? Is it really a winning combination and a recipe for trophies in the Champions League?  Grin
Source: https://www.bbc.com/sport/65646894

PSG has to look for someone better in my opinion. I have nothing against Jose Mourinho.
But I don't think he is going to be the best option for PSG right now.
However, at the same time, I will also say that he does look like to be an upgrade from what the PSG team had before.

Interim Chelsea manager Frank Lampard says he tried to sign Norwegian forward Erling Haaland during his first stint at Stamford Bridge, before the 22-year-old moved to Borussia Dortmund. Can you imagine what Chelsea would look like if that actually happened?
If that had happened, we would have seen a monstrous Chelsea or, more likely, the same Chelsea this season. To be successful, a team's performance must be a collaborative effort. If the players are unable to do that for Haaland, I believe the team will remain in its current position.

Haaland probably wouldn't have made a big difference. Even if he was in Chelsea he would have had to carry the team on his back.
That was not going to be good. It is better for him in City in my opinion.

Increasing rumors about Allegri being sacked at the end of the season.
The possible new coach can be one between, Spalletti, Conte, Palladino.
Allegri should be fired, no one expects him to stay in Juventus.
Allegri must be aware that he must leave because he already failed many times in Juventus.
Whatever the reason, I assume Juventus management will kick him out.
Spalletti or Conte seems a good option. But I expect Conte to be hired since he has a good relationship and ever made a great history with Juventus previously.

This is just a rumor because I have heard that he is going to stay as the manager of Juventus next season as well! Sacking him is not going to be the best decision by Juventus.  after all, Juventus had shown a very good performance this season.  so, he should be given more time because who knows he will be able to achieve better results with this team! ! Juventus should not take any decisions in a hurry

Tottenham is a good team, but they cannot compete to be champions and can only be a shadow so that the players do not feel what they really want to get, namely the title. While Kane, he is a player who cannot get out of his comfort zone, even though, if he wants he can get a team that can compete for a title. His decision made his career just run in place.

@shogun47 it’ll be a shame if City let him leave because he’s one of the best and I personally feel that they should give him a better contract and keep him at the club. Furthermore if he yet ends up leaving then he’ll be a welcome addition in all the big clubs and whichever club gets him they’ll be very lucky to have a player of his caliber.

I absolutely agree with you and the good thing about Gündogan is that he is a very calm personality who doesn't have to be at the forefront all the time. He is hard working on behalf of the team and wants success for everyone. Usually he is the kind of player who should be approached by the club and be asked for a better contract. That is what I would do. I remember when he was sitting on the bench sometimes. He never complained and when he was brought on he immediately was integrated into the game and didn't make any mistakes. In my opinion this is an easy one for Manchester City. He is turning 33 in October and I think I would give him a contract until Summer 2025. I don't see why his performance should decrease so badly in the next one or two years. He is also not a player who is often injured. Always reliable and willing to put in the maximum effort.

I prefer to call him as over rated player at this moment. He wins nothing compared with another striker. Totenham was always playing so badly during the end of season. it's just like that.
Totenham may keep get another lose in upcoming match. I think that if it's quite clear at this moment.

Kane will be on the bench as haaland is far better than him. Kane has been fortunate enough to be chosen by any coaches in Tottenham as a regular player. His skill was not so good. He nailed loads of goals from the penalty spot.
His future will be different if he will be leaving from totenham. Totenham will never win any trophy again.
It's done for totenham and levy.
