Maddison was the impressive player and had huge skill,if he was signed with the agreement.Surely he will do some practice and make his condition to play for big team.He had a capacity to play for big team.Actually when compared to the game of McTominary,Maddison game was far better with my knowledge.McTominary was the player suitable for the midfielder. But this two players will be suitable for the midfielder. The current game of McTominary was not upto my satisfaction level. So he should improve his style of game is my opinion.

That's true Maddison's performance was very well in Leicester City and he could even join a better team than Leicester, but there is still the chance to say he likes to stay in Leicester until his contract ends in 2024 otherwise and according to the news he can stay in the premier league but in another team. Currently, Teams like Manchester United and Liverpool have an interest and maybe he will join one of these teams at the end of this season.

Newcastle have two midfielders on their radar now as it seems. These players are Maddison and McTominay.

If they are planning on signing one of these players then I think they should concentrate on reaching an agreement with Leicester for Maddison. Because Maddison would be a big addition for improving their productivity of scoring goals. McTominay isn't a bad midfielder of course but I don't think he can be compared to Maddison right now. Maddison definitely deserves to play for a big team. He is very qualified for a team like Leicester.
It's a shame that a player like Maddison is still at Leicester, who have been in such a slump this season, and if he wants to leave, maybe there's a chance next summer. I think Maddison is the attacking midfielder that Newcastle needs and that will definitely help a lot with goals and assists. Whereas McTominay is more of a central midfielder or defensive midfielder and I think for now Newcastle still doesn't need McTominay's services.

Control yourself mate,Maddison also had good game compared to other players in the Leicester. It’s very hard to accept your point fully.Maybe he is good for next summer, but it’s hard to accept he is unfit for this summer. He had unique strategy in all the game.He had good skill of attacking midfielder in the Leicester, most of the midfielder will not aggressive one like him.His aggressive was the unique as compared to other player in the Leicester.Even the McTominary was the defensive midfielder as compared to the Maddison. We still need of this two players for the game.

Both players needed for newcastle especially they are going to play in european competition next season , squad depth pretty much required to get through a long and tight journey , next transfer window would become a great time for them to shop big as they have got a big achievement as well .

Bernardo Silva at Manchester City got an ideal place and became one of Pep Guardiola's mainstay players. Even though Barcelona is interested in signing I'm not sure it will work out. For Bernardo Silva, Manchester City is the right place to improve his career. After all, Pep Guardiola will not let this player go, I even think that Bernardo Silva will get a contract extension.
Bernardo Silva has been at Manchester City since the 2017, it will be hard for Bernardo Silva to leave Manchester City. At the age of 28, I prefer to stay at Manchester City because his career is already good and there is no need to repeat a career from zero again at other clubs. Bernardo Silva has no problems at Manchester City, and his achievements are good enough so that with that provision, it is unlikely that Bernardo Silva will be released easily.
true, i don't think Man city want to let go of Bernardo Silva, it seemed to me, but i read on Forbes that Man City is ready to sell Bernardo to Barca if could pay the price that Man city set, i think it's just about Barca's financial decision, to see if they can afford to get him or not.
100% accurate. It's like the old adage that says "money makes the universe go round" Moreover, I think we can all agree that money is the driving force behind the sports industry. These clubs are prepared to pay exorbitant sums of money to secure the services of these players because of their immense value to the organization.

However, it is essential to keep in mind that these individuals are, in fact, human. Feelings and sentiments are present in them, just as they are in every other human being. Furthermore, they are motivated by more than just money. Perhaps Bernardo Silva has an unbreakable bond with his teammates, or he has an unfathomable affinity for the metropolis. Nobody knows for sure. Still, I have faith that he will do what's best for himself in the end.

The latest rumor is that Chelsea want to bring back Tammy Abraham from AS Roma this summer. Previously Tammy Abraham was bought by AS Roma from Chelsea in the summer market of 2021 and now Chelsea are actually interested in bringing him back to England. Meanwhile, the duration of Tammy Abraham's contract at AS Roma is still long enough until June 2026. I think a rich club like Chelsea will have no trouble signing players, but I think it will be a career downturn if Tammy Abraham returns to Chelsea later.
That's a very bad habits that are still owned by cheslea. Tammy was not a special player and his skill was average. I don't underestimate him but does chelsea need to buy him back again? i don't even think so. Why doesn't this club learn from what happened with lukaku? chelsea bought him back and then yeah lukaku become worthless. He was going back again to the intermilan. Chelsea shall stry to stop the bad habits like that. It will only make the club destroy itself. Wasting so much money to sign him is the worst thing. It sounds like that chelsea could not even able to get a guy to do the right job for analyzing which player the potential for the team's future?
WTF was wrong with this club? The team's management was so stupid.

I'd like to think their scouts are competent but I'm actually starting to doubt myself now lol.

Chelsea has a bloated squad right now. It's actually quite incredible that they managed to get themselves into this situation, considering that even Abramovich knew the limit. They should not be buying any more players until they sell some deadwood (and not stars who actually play well), or they are never going to get anywhere near the top 4 again.

E.g. instead of wasting money sacking managers routinely like Watford and selling academy players (because club management is only interested in cheap money), get rid of some of the fringe foreign players, especially the ones on loan.

Sunday's transfer gossip:

Barcelona still want to sign Portugal midfielder Bernardo Silva and Manchester City would be prepared to let the 28-year-old, whose contract expires in June 2025, leave for 65m euros (£57.5m). Is Bernardo Silva the right solution for Barcelona and is this price realistic? Can Barcelona, given their financial difficulties, afford Bernardo Silva?
Man City will look to bring in Croatia defender Josko Gvardiol, 21, from RB Leipzig if they sell 28-year-old Spain defender Aymeric Laporte, who is attracting interest from Paris St-Germain. Allegedly, Josko Gvardiol will become the most expensive defender in the history of football, with a price of more than 100 million euros. Can any other club pay such a price for a defender?
Tottenham want at least £100m if they are to sell 29-year-old England striker Harry Kane, who has 15 months left on his Spurs contract, this summer. This saga around Kana has really been going on for a long time, several years. Will he eventually leave or not? Kane clearly wants to go to a club where he will start winning trophies, but the question is who can pay that price for him.
Netherlands midfielder Frenkie de Jong is wanted by Manchester United but the 25-year-old is not looking to leave Barcelona. Barcelona already wanted to get rid of Jong, but he really showed great determination and will to stay. Will he finally earn the trust of the club and stay?

Source: https://www.bbc.com/sport/64841748
If they didn't sign him because Frankie De Jong decided to stay then it is likely not to happen in the summer too because Frankie De Jong is still staying except Barcelona will decide to offload some players at the end of the season to raise funds and create space in the team for additions. IMO £57 million is not too big for a player who is performing so well and will definitely improve Barcelona's squad.

Bernardo Silva remains a key player for Manchester city side, but he is believed to be keen to depart in the upcoming market for personal reasons. He’s been linked with both Barcelona and PSG for a while  now. Bernardo Silva wasn’t going to agitate for a move and go against the desires of his Pep and the club more generally, but he was reportedly open to writing a new chapter in his career. We should also know that Guardiola is fabled for his ruthlessness in offloading players that want to leave his leave. So anything is possible in the summer.

I think that it's too early to talk about him while at the same time bernardo silva was not evne thinking about what's gonna be his new club soon. In my opinion if he will determine his choice once we will be even closer to the 2025.
He will always happy to play with manchester city as this club was making his name to be even bigger. Barcelona has debt that must be paid. You shall not talk about it.
Barcelona has no ability to buy the new players.

About Maddison since last summer Newcastle has been interested to him and officially bids for this player several times but Leicester has rejected it because Newcastle's offer was still below the price Leicester wanted but apparently Newcastle still not give up yet to gets him and next summer they will attempts to bought him again and Maddison price tag was 60 millions and actually it's not difficult for Newcastle to bought him because currently Newcastle is rich club

Newcastle is not alone who want him because reported he also into Manchester City radar and after recover from Injured Maddison was performing well so i have no wonder if he currently linked to several clubs and with the current situations of Leicester i think it's hard for them to hold Maddison so in my opinion this summer he certainly will leave Leicester

Signing from the big club like barcelona will need a very hard efford. We do know that even though newcastle acquired by new investors but its name is not as big as another team. That makes eddie feel difficult to recruit the new player.

If they could sign Alexander Isak for £59m from Real Sociedad, then I believe they could afford to sign most of the players from the Real Madrid, Barcelona benches. I mean players with expiring contracts like Asensio, Dani Ceballos etc

They don't get regular playing time, but I think they could be very useful if given a chance.

Maddison is a great player, Newcastle will be lucky if they can sign him. But I am not sure Maddison will move to Newcastle because there are some big teams interested in signing him. If Man United, Man City, or other top teams want to sign him, he may refuse the offer from Newcastle. Unless Newcastle wants to offer him a big salary, Maddison may change his mind. Well, it is very possible since Newcastle has no problem with money.

Regarding McTominay, I don't know how good this player is. But since he isn't the main player in Man United, it will be easy to sign him.

That is right Maddison is a good player, but exactly because he is there are other teams that also want to sign him and they are firstly driving the price up, which is not a problem for Newcastle as they have endless money in reserve, but secondly, and that is more important for a player like Maddison, the other teams will play in the Champions League next season. While it was looking very well for Newcastle during the first half of the season, it is now getting worse every week and they are struggling badly. They haven't won a single game for six games in a row. They are two games behind Tottenham and one game behind Liverpool and if they win those games they could be part of the competition again, but that would need some serious improvement over the current situation.

Now that Newcastle has some Financial muscle, I don't know why they don't focus on getting very good players from the top dogs in La Liga (Barcelona and Real Madrid, they have so many good players usually on bench). Look how Manchester United landed on Casemiro, Arsenal landed on Martin Ødegaard, and they have been pretty good signings without involving too much money like it is with overpriced English players
Newcastle has been spending so much money, eddie how has been spending more than 200millions to buy so many players but these players didn't big name in the football. eddie's vision is just buying that is enough for the club. Eddie didn't wanna waste money from buying the player with big poularity. You can also see who has been buying by eddie and valuation from all of players signed under eddie.

€140M sounds like a lot but how often did we think that the amounts paid for transfers can't be real anymore? In this market nothing is surprising anymore and it depends on which club wants Osimhen. If it is a club like PSG they would pay whatever it takes. PSG is actually a good example because they have demand at the end of the season. They could need someone like Osimhen I think. But nobody knows what his personal preferences are besides money. Manchester City has Haaland. It could even be Liverpool since Firmino is leaving in Summer.
It's true, the value of such an expensive player is no longer surprising. Even in the past Neymar had a value of €200M, Coutinho €130M and there are many other players who also have the same market value. But Osimhen probably won't be much more, and suitors should be good enough considering the value and quality.

Firmino will leave on a free status from Liverpool, this will be a bone of contention for several Premier League teams. Firmino's quality is recognized, and I think he is still very good to play in competitive leagues such as the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A and others. Barcelona also need a striker, but Firmino's future has yet to be decided where he will go.

Yes, Neymar was even 222 million if I recall that correctly. It was absurd to be honest when I first heard about, but today it is already normality. The money Ronaldo is earning, or the signing money for Mbappe's contract extension, which is not 100% public, but numbers can be found ranging from 100 million to even 206 million Swiss Francs as I just read.

At first when I read that Firmino is probably leaving Liverpool, I thought that he would be a good offender for Bayern Munich just for a season or two and then perhaps as a back up when they find a new one. But since Bayern then extended the contract with Choupo-Moting, it was obvious that it is not going to happen. Though I think he would have fit well into the Bayern team with his technique and his attitude to work hard on the pitch.
