The problem is it's not all of the transfers that were already done by chelsea are needed by potter. Potter has been blaming chelsea's owner for such a transfer decision. There was a rumor about mudryk's transfer had been made by todd boehly as owner for chelsea and it's not coming from potter as a manager of chelsea.
