Barcelona have publicly admitted their desire to bring Messi back to the Nou Camp, with vice president saying that the club are eager for him to return. And to me, that’s the reason why Messi is reluctant about signing a new deal with Paris Saint Germain because he has been linked with a sensational return to the Catalan side this summer. However, Barcelona's continued financial difficulties could prove to be a hindrance in terms of getting a deal done and that’s where they’ll have issues.

I wonder if Messi declines an offer from PSG because they don't want to pay him enough and he has to accept salary cuts, how is Barcelona going to stem the salary for Messi? That is the part I don't get here.

I think it is still everything possible and I hope he is not leaving for Saudi Arabia.

But with things like this and wanting to force Messi back to Barcelona, they have to be prepared to sell some of their best players.
Messi's return if it really happens will further make their balance not improve especially now they also have to prepare around more than 170 million to balance their coffers and when Messi returns it means they have to empty more funds and of course selling star players is the way.
But on the other hand, I think it won't be worth it even if Messi's presence will bring a little blessing from sponsorship.

He has been doing a really good job at PSG so far. He has impressed people with his performance for his new team as well. However it still looks like he doesn't feel himself belonging here. He doesn't look willing to extend his contract either. In this case I would also like to see him back at Barcelona. Maybe Xavi is building a different team now but Messi would be welcomed happily there anyway.

There are several clauses coming from the MLS and the Arab league for this player but indeed he flatly refused and chose to stay in Madrid. Folarin Balogun is a target for Milan now. He looks like a really good talent by the way. He didn't have much chance in the Premier League while he was playing for Arsenal. He scored 18 goals in 29 league matches so far. He is actually a quite consistent striker now too.

I even thought if Arsenal would think of keeping him as a good alternative for Jesus in the team after his loan ends. But they already have Nketiah for this duty. Nketiah isn't better than Balogun though. But on one hand Balogun needs to continue to have many chances like this to improve his game more. He is still quite young so I think it would be better for him to sign for Milan after this season.
