He did get an offer as Jurgen Klopp replacement at Liverpool. Even so Amorim must be aware that managing Man United is a tough challenge, we will not put too much expectation until the end of the season to see real results. Amorim was only appointed as head coach which means he will focus on player development and does not have the authority to buy players. Maybe Ineos has learned from its decision to give Ten Hag the position of club manager by arbitrarily buying useless players.

The chances of Amorim succeeding at Manchester United isn’t just on a one man influence. Even though his influence matters. But hard work is required from the players. Also it’s the duty of every coaches on their own field  of expertise to ensure they back the manager up by showing him support and make sure the players are up to every task given.
Already this isn’t new to Amorim knowing that managing a job as that of Manchester United is a tough one. I also believe he is ready for the new challenge.

Amorim will stay at Manchester United until 2027.
Maybe this is a coincidence but I wonder if 3-year deal is the norm for a new manager from another league. IIRC Slot also has the same deal, staying until 2027 with Liverpool. Maresca, on the other hand, has a 5-year deal with Chelsea if I'm not wrong, but he coached Leicester before. Maybe they don't want to overspend on this because it's easy to fire a coach when you fail to perform at big clubs. CMIIW.

Hopefully, the board also support them on the transfer window. Expecting a massive change within 3 seasons is quite a difficult task if they don't have the resources to do that.

Ruben Amorim will try to make the Manchester United team better in the rest of this season with the abilities he has even though the team management does not expect too much from Amorim because he has just arrived to coach a team that has been slumped by the previous coach. And I think it doesn't matter if he is not given the authority to buy new players as long as he is able to change the existing players to be better than before in the current season.

it all depends on the head coach's strategy if Amorin can do his job well then he can build this club better in the future the management hopes that his club can rise again like before.

Manchester returning back to their glory days? That all depends on work of this their new manager Amorin, though his record at sporting Lisbon has really been good but this is the English premier league, nothing is given, in other to achieve anything he has to work, and I believe that if he can be able to utilize the players at his disposal at the club right now, their season might get back on track.

I know that for the past few seasons under the leadership of Eric ten hang, Manchester united have been playing without an identity, so I believe that Amorin will have to correct that flaws, because a team as big as Manchester united shouldn't be playing as if they are playing street football where their is no playing system or identity, but the most important thing is that as he plan on building his own Manchester united team, he has to be getting the winning, because no matter how pleasant your playing system is, if you aren't winning, it wouldn't make sense to the supporters or even the hierarchy, so he needs to be getting the desired result in as much as he is trying to build, if not, he might not even last more than a year, that's the ugly reality of today's football, because it's now a business that must be in good shape regardless of if it's in a building stage or not.

I will simply say this is a rumour and not going to materialize because the deal already looks complicated. First off Real Madrid cannot just simply swap Tchouameni for Enzo Fernandez for Multiple reasons first, Tchouameni is moe like a central defensive midfielder which Tchouameni is the only clear one at the club thing now with the rest central midfielders and basically the defensive ones.
Enzo Fernandez on the other hand is also a central midfielder and not an attacking midfielder that Real Madrid needs right now so you can simply see that the both aren’t even same.
You are absolutely correct this is just a rumor and both players are central defensive midfielders and Real Madrid needs a creative attacking midfielder that will connect the midfielders and attackers properly. Tchouameni is not really playing bad and i also don’t see a reason for bringing in Enzo Fernandez as it might just complicate things the more but then both Tchouameni and Enzo Fernandez have different playing style, they are both Defensive midfielders but Enzo has a different ball control and gives balance more than Tchouameni and also Enzo has brilliant passing ability, he can set up an attack with just a pass from deep within which is not what Tchouameni does well. Real Madrid probably misses Toni Kroos already and it might be the reason why they are looking for a replacement.

Quote
Madrid will not be going for Rodri or Enzo at this moment because they have lots of players who can play the same role as both of this two, Madrid will be going for attacking midfielders which of them are not, so the names I think Madrid will try to sign will be players like Florian Wirtz and Jamal Musiala
It’s true They should go for attacking midfielder instead or better still bring in Enzo or Rodri plus an attacking midfielder but they will have to let go of either Tchouameni or Camavinga.

No doubt Mbappe is an exceptionally gifted player but the World Cup is different from club competitions. Some players struggle when they move to a new league that's natural, but they will gradually improve as they get used to the style of play. He performed well in the last World Cup but he shouldn't get the glory for the wins over Argentina and England. He scored a hat trick against France but two out of them were penalties and he didn't score any goal in the Quarterfinals game against England. Other French players played a key role in these victories. Nevertheless, we are on the same page which is he needs more time to get to his normal standard. Nobody should expect him to score goals like he did in France this season, maybe he can do that next season.
I like your understanding of Mbappe move to Madrid.
Everyone should know that a talented player he must have an adaptation when he just joined a big team and on the one hand the difficulty he actually also had the desire to score but Mbappe appreciated Vinicius who was earlier to be a star player owned by Madrid.
So he needs time to continue to give approach to several players to get solutions in the next few seasons.

Unless Mbappe is recognized as a star player and Madrid does not have a talented player, surely since joining Madrid he will score a bigger score because he will become a finisher in every match.
Regarding the difference between League 1 and La Liga, of course it has been seen and it is also one of the problems that might also require adaptation.

Man UTD have finally gotten a new Coach that will replace Erik ten Hag and it's Sporting club Coach, Ruben Amorim. The 39 yr old will take over duties from interim coach, Ruud van Nistelrooy on the 11th of this month, giving him time to settle things off with the former club.
Personally, I don't really see the need to appoint a new Coach when to me Van Nistelrooy can do the job and even though Amorim is highly rated, I wonder if he can handle a club like Man UTD.
Ruud van Nistelrooy has only handled the EFL match, it's a small match compared to the Premier League, but somehow the 5-2 victory is a new milestone for him after Erik Ten Hag was sacked.

We need to see how Ruben Amorin handles Man United, in 1 or 2 matches it is not enough to be judged now he must finish until the end of the season and can draw conclusions as far as Man United will be.

Ruben Amorin is more experienced than Ruud van Nistelrooy, so his management prefers the Sporting CP coach to Ruud van Nistelrooy.
Ruud Van Nistelrooy has until the middle of this month to handle the club. he can show his best to help him stay in the club in the different position. His result against Leicester City raised a question. Is his club getting a "manager bounce" after sacking Ten Hag? That's why people were so pumped. However, his result against Leicester City did not convince me if he's the right man for the job. Once he finishes his interim role, he will return as assistant manager.

Finally, they stopped working with this Ten Hag after weeks of having unhappy fans and they finally hired Rúben Amorim from Sporting however I think the fans of Manchester United are not happy to have this Portuguese coach because he only works in the Portuguese teams not in the teams in Premier League and this means he is not experienced yet.
I think even they should keep Nistelrooy in the team and use his experience.
Amorim will stay at Manchester United until 2027.

The problem is not only about giving Kylian Mbappe good passes from the midfield to score. I think he has not gotten used to the Spanish League or his quality has reduced or there is not a good partnership between him and the attackers. In terms of quality and competitiveness, La Liga is stronger than the Ligue One, so it is natural for him to struggle in the first season. Sometimes players' quality might decline due to certain reasons. It will be up to the player to work more hard to increase his performance. Lastly, when you have too many stars competing for personal awards, there are possibilities to see selfish behaviors. I think the French player needs more time, hard work, and cooperation with his teammates to succeed in Real Madrid.

With an expensive contract like Mbappe, expectations and pressure always go hand in hand. When joining Real Madrid, the French striker not only has to meet the expectations of the fans but also the standards he sets for himself. Despite achieving many impressive achievements at PSG, the heavy defeat against Barcelona showed that the challenges in La Liga are not easy. Things weren't exactly ideal as planned, but nothing too serious either. This is a process of adapting to a team that has changed a lot. He is looking for the fastest way to integrate.

I thought he would have a big ego but he doesn't. With a long season ahead, Mbappe still has plenty of time to regain his form and shine in a Real Madrid shirt. The failures could be a stepping stone for Mbappe to come back stronger, meet the great expectations of fans, and affirm his position as one of the best strikers in the world.

I think under Ruben Amorim will show little change in finishing this season, I do not expect much because better performance with more wins or draws is more than enough without having to bring home the title because for new coach it takes time to adapt and really be able to manage the squad well.
I don't know whether there will be new players in the next transfer window or not, what is clear is that Ruben Amorim current task is only to continue the squad that has been overhauled by Ten Hag, there will be big challenge because Ruben Amorim must start by getting used to the previous game pattern, he will slowly change it after understanding the character of the game of each Manchester United player.

I heard rumors Zidane won't manage any kind of club. He was interested in coaching the France national team. I don't know what the reality is because Deschamps will still continue to manage the national team until 2026. Maybe Zidane still waiting for Deschamps got slip and fail to continue World Cup 2026. Or any chance for him to train another national team besides France?
He waiting for Messi to retire first before he become manager in France national team because Messi was the reason why France lose in the previous World Cup. If Messi retire, then France will be the strongest team to win in international competition.
Why wait for Messi to retire first and is Zidane too worried about just one player. France's defeat in the World Cup yesterday was because Argentina played better collectively even though there were some controversial things done by the referee.

Arda Guler is predicted to be Mesut Ozil's successor, but there are many challenges he gets in the team because of the competition to get a regular place. If he moves to another club, then achieving success with Real Madrid will be lost and being loaned to another club provides a much better opportunity for him to achieve success with Real Madrid because when his abilities improve, the coach can return it.
It's too soon to speculate Guler will become the next Ozil, Ozil is unreplaceable, even a player with a very high accuracy pass like Kross still not enough to be Ozil. Ozil isn't only can give a good pass, he also has a good dribble and know how to shot.
Successor does not mean replacing and that is a picture of the new Ozil in a different era. I mean Guler has the potential to develop and even though he is unable to achieve a career like Ozil, he is predicted to be the Ozil of his time. The problem is that Guler must be able to show good performances so that the coach can see the potential that exists and he is included in the main squad in the future.

Ancelotti is not incapable of managing Mbappe but rather has not been able to find the right tactics to overcome the midfielder position. Mbappe and Vinicius look fine as long as the supply of balls from the midfield can be neutralized but now that Kroos has retired the midfield has lost its direction and has not been able to supply the ball forward optimally. Real Madrid really needs a change, especially the right mentor and for now Ancelotti does not have one.

I don't think he got an offer to coach Liverpool. The Reds were interested in signing him but there were some tactical differences. The club wanted a coach who had a similar ideology or coaching style with Jurgen Klopp and Arne Slot was the best candidate.

Enzo Fernandez is quite good player. His style of play is impressive, and he is one of the best young midfielders at the moment. The signing of Enzo Fernandez in Real Madrid will prove to be very effective because Carlos Angelotti is still getting lack of players. So if Enzo Fernandez is given a swap deal, it will be a very good decision for the club. Chelsea already want Aurelien Tchouameni In the previous season, Chelsea showed interest in Aurelien Tchouameni. Tchouameni's performance has also declined despite E. Farnandaz having the ability to play a unique football which is the need of Real Madrid. It is not so easy for Real Madrid to sign Rodri because they have just won the Ballon d'Or and now Manchester City will demand a high value for Rodri and Real Madrid does not want to buy such an expensive player.
Who knows if there will be more problems in the Santiago barnaba. We have seen that Ancelotti is unable to manage mbappé that has joined his team as things are looking unorganised. If Enzo arrives, it could be another type of work to make him fit in the team.
Ancelotti had said earlier that he is not interested in signing any other players, little did he know that things could just go as unexpected.
The strong Real Madrid team that many felt will be unbeatable is suddenly being scared.

I fully support Enzo Fernandez going to Real Madrid, he is mature enough and can be relied on more than Tchouameni. This exchange option must happen because so far Tchouameni quality is still below Enzo.

I found one interesting rumour today that Real Madrid are thinking possibility want to swap Enzo Fernandez to Aurelien Tchouameni this because Ancelotti feel Real Madrid is still lack of playmaker player so he feel Enzo Fernandez will be suitable to playing in this team even reported Ancelotti asking to the club personally that he want Enzo Fernandez will at Real Madrid this winter and Real Madrid even are willing to added the money as part of swap deal and they prepare 100 million for this transfer plus Aurelien Tchouameni and if this rumour is true i think this could be good deal for Chelsea because Enzo Fernandez is not the first choice of Chelsea manager so maybe with moved to other team it will makes his chances to playing regularly will be wide open

However, his result against Leicester City did not convince me if he's the right man for the job. Once he finishes his interim role, he will return as assistant manager.
  • Some time in the past, Manchester United had the opportunity to keep Michael Carrick as an entering coach longer due to his success but they brought in a new coach, so I'm not surprised when it repeated in Van Nesteroy.
  • Van Nesteroy does not have till the middle of this month to handover but till 8th of November.
  • I do not consider Amorin  a solution to Manchester United problem, unless there's a great synergy with the management.
  • But I read that the management told him that 3 players are untouchable in the club. It could be some media lies though.
  • But I'm not convinced that Armorin can do what Ancelotti, Pep, Klopp, Zidane and their likes can do .
