Raheem Sterling to Chelsea has to be one of the biggest transfers of this window. I mean, Chelsea are getting a wonderful player for the right amount and at the right time, if you put into consideration how old Sterling is, you'd understand that Chelsea now have him at his peak, even in his goodbye message to the City supporters, he said he is leaving the Etihad as a 'man', whilst he came as a 'boy'. Tuchel really went for this, and that can only mean he has got plans in his head on how he is going to deploy Raheem Sterling next season.
As a City fan it's actually sad to see Sterling go, but we just have to accept it, in the last two seasons he has not been a regular starter in the team as he used to be, and now we signed Haaland and Alvarez, i am pretty sure Sterling knew this was the right time to move elsewhere, somewhere he will play more regularly, and in a very big team as well. Goodluck to Raheem in Stamford Bridge, of course except when he is playing against City, Lol.
Shall we do wait to see how it goes down, it's a very good move especially for someone who had lesser games to play. How many goal can he give Chelsea? All time at Manchester City, he never scored Manchester United for once, maybe he will finally get a goal against Manchester United ? Lol. I'm happy for him but that's what we're rival's for I wish him the best but hopefully he doesn't get a goal against Manchester United.
Asides all said earlier, He (Sterling ) is a bit of a selfish player hope he doesn't takes that to Chelsea FC. With Sterling on the Left Flank, Harvertz would be on the right. Getting all the defender's and not get a clinical finisher is almost detrimental ahead of the new season.
Can we see Timo Werner get more of those appearance ?
