The history of club has also become one of the main reason that affected the decision that will be taken by a player. Osimhen may perform so well in napoli right now but he must also think about his career. If osimhen can perform even better in EPL and that will be so good rather than stay even longer in serie a. His salary will also increase compared to when he was playing in the old club. I think that even when chelsea can't qualify for UCL and that's not a problem.
Todd has been spending lots of money for gambling purpose not for this season but upcoming seasons. Almost all of new players are young players which were under 25 years old. it's a long term project but i don't know how todd being manipulated to buy the new players as high as he can.
As a Chelsea fan, I know how crucial it is to invest in young players and work hard to stay at the top of Europe. However, these purchases should be part of a well-planned strategy to benefit the team. Make sure the group has a mix of new and experienced members, and don't put all your eggs in one basket. It's also crucial that transfers aren't only about money and that everyone knows what the player can add to the squad. Before playing in the Premier League, Osimhen must improve. Todd will have to be thrifty, but by spying on the appropriate people, they can maximise their investments and money

Kane has been a long time associated with MU but never had a deal between clubs. I don't know what happens after Ronaldo leave, the official MU has several times contact him, seem like he not matched the proposal. Now, after his age almost 30, I think Kane must thinking it again to do reject the offers.
I think that another club has no chance to get kane. Kane is very loyal to the totenham and he has no intention to leave from there until he will be winning trophy with totenham which is impossible to happen.

Totenham itself didn't wanna sell kane to the rival.

Quote
Harry Kane will need to continue his quest to become the Premier League's record goalscorer at Tottenham Hotspur as the club will not sell him to a rival this summer
source: https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/12806514/tottenham-striker-harry-kane-wont-be-sold-to-premier-league-rival-paper-talk

I think people should remember that a few weeks ago if kane has said that if he will be continuing his career in totenham rather than going to the another team.

Quote
Harry Kane is reportedly open to the idea of committing to another contract at Tottenham as he wants to win trophies with the north London club.

Striker's current deal expires in 2024
Contract talks have been on hold
Fresh discussions planned

kane will always be staying in totenham until he retire. Even if totenham wants to sell him and it will not be on another EPL club. It may be bayern.

Currently Manchester United have two big targets for their centre-forward position. These players are Harry Kane and Victor Osimhen. There have been speculations like Manchester United are preparing an offer of 100 million pounds to sign Kane. This might seem as a really insane amount to some people but it isn't at least. Because teams are spending on such money for even some above average players these days. Maybe some other people can criticize the amount to be given for a 29-year-old player.

But Kane is definitely worth this amount. He is still an amazing striker and we have been witnessing how capable striker he is since the beginning of the season. If this transfer doesn't happen they will go for Osimhen but I think it is more difficult to sign him compared to Kane.
.
Victor Osimhen is doing very great for Napoli and with him Napoli will achieve a lot , I think Napoli would want him to still be in the club since he is one of the best players the club is having, So I doubt if Manchester United can get Osimhen to themselve. If Manchester United is able to get any of them it will be go for the club because they are all good players with good qualities.  I think Harry kane will be more easier for manchester united to sign in.

Napoli keeps the transfer fee high for the Osimhen transfer.  If Manchester United agree to pay this transfer fee, I think Napoli can release Osimhen for a transfer.  Osimhen is a player that Manchester United need offensively.  If they succeed, it will be a very good transfer.  Even though Napoli's achievements are very good, playing in the Premier league is a goal for every football player.

It is still rumored that Steven Gerrard will return to the Premier League as a manager, having previously failed at Aston Villa, he is on the list being considered for the new Leeds United manager, but doubts he will be able to improve Leeds' position as he has also failed to do so at Aston Villa and his experience at Rangers doesn't seem to be enough to make him great in the EPL as a manager.

Finally, Napoli's president has said that if the club will not even a single star player to the another club.

You can read more here https://onefootball.com/id/berita/napoli-president-claims-victor-osimhen-is-not-for-sale-36759628

Even romano has been confirming it too https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1623233208954372103

It's very sad for chelsea and MU caused by these clubs have been preparing lots of money to buy him especially for MU which has been preparing around 107millions for osimhen. IMO, napoli can change its decision anytime.

That's for now but for next season we don't know. the reason for currently staying is quite clear, he can be sure he will stay because indeed with this he has a great chance to get a trophy and of course the top scorer will be in his hands but for next season it will obviously be different even though the value will definitely be very expensive compared to today but I think it will be bigger and the team interested in it will increase.

The last Marseille player to be brought in from Atalanta on loan in the winter transfer market, Ruslan Malinovskyi scored the decisive goal that brought Marseille victory in the Coupe de France competition against PSG. The player from Ukraine is playing very well with Marseille this season and his transfer fee is only around 13 million euros, when compared to Mhykaylo Mudryk, of course the price is much cheaper but in terms of performance I think Ruslan Malinovskyi is much better.

Leao is still cheap but the problem is there are rumors that are being said that if chelsea is willing to buy osimhen at any price. That means chelsea is ready to spend hundreds of millions pounds again for osimhen from napoli which is very crazy if such a thing will be real. Chelsea has signed nkuku from leipzig and so what's a point of buying another striker again? So many playerd didn't even get regular time to play. How can chelsea be thinking adding more players are the best choice to bounce the performance from the club?
I think that todd must be using his sense. He is thinking like playing the football manager game where he can buy any players like that.

There are some things that makes me feel doubt

1. Chelsea has been linked with luis enrique as a potential replacement for potter
2. Chelsea has been recruiting rugby's coach and what is this for? I guess todd was thinking bringing rugby's coach to boost the mentality of the players is the best choice. *LMAO

Chelsea are going crazy with these transfer dealings. It is good to see club owners investing in their teams but this is beyond what I regard as fair spending. This kind of spending causes inflation in the transfer market as every other club will want to hype up the value of their players too. Imagine Chelsea wanting to sign Victor Osimhen from Napoli with Napoli aware they signed Enzo Fernandez for a whopping 100m plus, the price of Osimhen will be above 150 million then.
The problem is chelsea owner didn't even spend his money wisely. I meant look at the result from the previous signing. The club has not yet made a signing to fix the main problem in chelsea which is in the striker. Datro fofana was already bought by chelsea at cheap price but he was not performing so well in his debut. The bubble in the player's price already started by PSG. This time it seems any club wanna sell their players with 100m as the price to buy the release clause. Napoli has not yet given the price tag to osimhen but some clubs like chelsea and MU have been declaring prepared so much money for him. Will another transfer record gonna happen with osimhen next season? Let's see

Also the players will now become more and more expensive for Chelsea because right now, why would someone want to go to Chelsea and leave another great club for them? The only reason is money. Chelsea isn't playing for the title and Chelsea right now is also not one of the best four clubs in the Premier League. The best argument that Chelsea has now going for them is the money and everyone knows it. I think that will give quite some acceleration to the cost spiral that they are into at the moment. It will be even worse when they can't qualify for the big tournaments for next season. All the good players will evaluate their options and most of them want to play in the big competitions.
The history of club has also become one of the main reason that affected the decision that will be taken by a player. Manchester United deserves such a great striker as Harry Kane in the team as that is what's currently missing even the current game they are playing. He will so form a good relationship with Rashford on the pitch if he moves to Manchester United.
Victor Oshimes team has declined any news about the sell of Victor Oshime to any of the top clubs with Paris Saint league, Chelsea and Man United all fighting for the signature of the Napoli star

What is different this season is that Real Madrid doesn't have this one outstanding goal scorer who guarantees a goal per game. It doesn't matter that much as Vinicius Junior and Valverde also took on that role to score goals, but I am more convinced than ever that the reports about Real Madrid trying to get Haaland to sign a contract are more valid than ever. Haaland would be the puzzle piece that Madrid is missing right now.
Haaland was available, and a very cheap option compared to Mbappé, but they ignored him and though Benzema would have a good season in terms of consistency like last season. It turns out they miscalculated. Now they have to watch helplessly while Barcelona take the title.

They will also have to become active and find some new midfielders when Kroos and Modric are going to leave the club. Even if they stay for another year or two, it is inevitable to replace them with extremely high quality midfielders. There is a lot of work to do for Real Madrid.
I think they have tried to find replacements for those two, though it will never be an easy task.

Real Madrid want to keep Asensio, but with no guarantee that they can offer him the playing time that he wants, he could be set to move from the club. I know that Arteta want to add quality to his squad but like Asensio isn’t a type of player you can convince to come sit on the bench in a team like Arsenal. He wants to play in every game and there is Bukayo Saka, the main man who has been giving Arsenal that quality and top performance this season. In as much as Arsenal want to bolster their young attack with some experience and quality, there are some players who Arteta can’t bring to the team.

Real Madrid have many options in the midfield role at the moment and with the large number of midfielders it will be difficult to field every player or give every player the much wanted playing time, at Arsenal he might have not as much game time as he will want because Bukayo Saka is dominating that right wing position and has been consistent for more than two seasons now so the only way he will fit in for Arsenal is to play as a backup player to Saka except maybe Saka gets injured or drops in form.
Asensio in this case is a winger but the problem is that this position is often given to Valverde who is promoted a lot or to Rodrygo which makes it a bit difficult for Asensio.
But in this condition it is likely to be a little different if Valverde is again positioned as a projection from Modric as an attacking midfielder then he will still get a chance but that is if Rodrygo is plotted as a central striker.
Asensio is still having problems with his current contract as he is willing to make a new contract provided he is guaranteed a position.

I hope Madrid signs Haaland too so there would be a battle of Lewandowski vs Haaland again in La Liga. Recently La Liga is losing its popularity after Messi and Ronaldo's departure.

I think they have found the perfect replacement on Camavinga and Tchouameni. There is also Ceballos and Valverde can play in that spot too. The urgent position needed to be filled is the defense one, which it forces Camavinga to be left full back and Alaba gets injured frequently.

The only Asensio's missing is his capability to play in any role, while other players can do that. That's what Ancelotti needs at this time, except if the player really has a great quality that makes his position is irreplaceable like Vinicius. Asensio had a powerful and accurate shoot, but Vinicius can dribble much better and make a good finishing. Even Rodrygo has same quality with Vinicius and Valverde somehow turns to be a great winger as his old position was midfielder. It's not ideal for Asensio to play in Madrid if he doesn't upgrade his skill.

Actually I still feel apart from being rushed if indeed this rumor is true it looks like one of the steps that Todd and Chelsea have made for their attack line.
I mean, when you look at their current condition with the number of attackers brought in, are they still not satisfied with that? Moreover, this is also still in the process of adapting players so why bring back players at very unreasonable prices when the end result remains the same.
Yeah they are not feeling satisfied with it.

Quote
According to the Sunday, February 5 edition of Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, both United and Chelsea are 'ready' to invest €120million (£106million) to sign Osimhen.

https://www.football.london/chelsea-fc/transfer-news/victor-osimhen-transfer-latest-man-26180378

Chelsea and United will be fighting in osimhen transfer saga for upcoming transfer season. Jost mounrinho has been suggesting chelsea to take him as a new striker. Osimhen itself is pretty much the same like drogba. he can be called as new generation of drogba.

All what he owned pretty similar with drogba except strong kick that has become special ability by drogba. It's todd boehly who interested to sign him for upcoming season.
Under these conditions it still makes sense when talking about the upcoming season because it is clear there needs to be improvement but on the other hand it means that under these conditions there will be some players who will be eliminated regardless of how their current contract is.
There are plenty of attackers here and that was the case with Barcelona at the start of last season so it's clear this will need some players to be let go even if it sounds like a waste of money.
