Things like this will be very disappointing for a player, especially if there is no clear reason, such as an injury for example or anything that will be detrimental to the player. One thing that must be done is to find a new team that can appreciate it more. Maybe there is a separate reason for a coach to do that, but indeed this will disturb the mentality of a player, surely he will think why he is not part of the squad. And if the preacher's mentality is not good, then it will greatly affect his appearance.

I don't how Graham Potter will play UCL without a competent striker who will play number nine role Abumeyang fit that role unfortunately he was exempted from the final list, the experience of Abumeyang would have made some positive impact on the team, the manager felt that the trio of Joao Felix Mykhailo Mudryk and Kai Havertz will perfectly do the job these are inexperience players, I think Graham Potter will possibly switch formation and play false nine this will absolutely back fire in a long run, well Abumeyang would have to exhibit his professionalism and wait till the end of this season and move to another club.

They have their capabilities and it will be known when new coaches handle them. For Aubameyang and Chelsea, he should look for another club. No chances for him there.

Why would I sign a young player for 100 million if it takes 5 years to develop him? Just an example here, but you get my point.

Well, i don't think anybody in Napoli (both the fans, players and hierarchy at the club) would want Victor Osimhen to leave for another team, but sometimes it is what it is and there is nothing you can do to block some moves from happening. It is just like Dortmund that builds up world class players and eventually sell them to other teams; it isn't as if Dortmund do not want to hold on to their players, but when a player stares at their dream club, there is nothing you can do to block it, except you want to be left with an unhappy player in your team.

Having said that, Victor Osimhen is completely committed to Napoli for now, and he is definitely set to win the highest goal scorer in the League, and the Seria A title to add to that, but afterwards the question about his future would arise. I expect quite a lot of top clubs to bid for Osimhen in the summer. I think if a club like Real Madrid should come for the Nigerian striker, i don't think he can turn them down. Napoli might struggle to hold on to their star striker in the summer.

Watched the interview which you can see here https://youtu.be/C7prU4S6qIQ , Potter denied of any wrong doing and being professionals his place was one to fight for with other players and the other guys got a place on merit. Btw with all these transfers back and forth for the lad I think he could be exhausted and trying to reconnect and discover himself and I think this will give him time to rediscover himself.

I think these are the problems of moving from one premiere league team to another, you get to live in the past(past glory) .. he should have joined another league and not coming back to the EPL after his Arsenal Barcelona transfer...and am certain he won't be hanging around for long.

Now that is not possible because indeed the transfer has been closed and Osimhen remains at Napoli until the end of the current season but does not rule out the possibility that next season he will leave.
Now the Osimhen puzzle is over and we only have to focus on him whether after half of this season his performance will be the same but if you look at the current conditions there is a big chance of course pinned on Osimhen playing well at Napoli.
