Luis Suarez transferred to Gremio. He is 35 years old. He is living the last years of his football career. He played football for big clubs like Liverpool, Barcelona and Atlético Madrid. I have no doubt that he will be successful in the Brazilian League as well. Because he is a very experienced football player. Also, Luis Suarez most recently played for Uruguay's Club Nacional, and he played with the Uruguay national team in the Qatar World Cup. Now, he will share his experiences with young football players in Gremio.
Luis Suarez's announcement:

In my opinion, this is not a bad deal for Luis Suárez. He is quite old right now. His decision to move to a place in which he does not have to face a lot of competition is the right one, and he has made the wise choice.

As a matter of fact, I am quite confident that he will perform exceptionally well in that league. As far as he is concerned, it would be safe to say that he is no longer in his prime. In reality, he is far from being at the peak of his career. I am glad that he recognized that and made his career plans accordingly as a result of understanding that.

Sunday's transfer gossip:

Jude Bellingham's father wants the England and Borussia Dortmund midfielder to join Liverpool, with Real Madrid and Manchester City also seeking the 19-year-old's signature. Will Bellingham listen to his father or will he end up agreeing with Real or Manchester City?  Grin
Chelsea are "one step away" from signing Benfica's 21-year-old Argentina midfielder Enzo Fernandez. Chelsea seem close to another good deal.
Portugal forward Joao Felix, 23 - a Manchester United target - is open to leaving Atletico Madrid in January. Has an agreement been reached between the clubs or are some surprises still possible?
MLS side Sporting Kansas City tried to sign Cristiano Ronaldo before the 37-year-old joined Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr.
It seems that in the end only unknown clubs from other continents fought for Ronaldo. What about the strongest European clubs? Why didn't anyone want him? We all know that Ronaldo wanted to play in the Champions League again.
Morocco goalkeeper Yassine Bounou, 31, could leave Sevilla for Manchester United or Bayern Munich in January.  It seems that we have just found the answer to the question of who could replace the injured Neuer  Cheesy

From several rumors, only Enzo Fernandez can be confirmed to join Chelsea after both parties agreed with all costs and now just waiting for his arrival to stamford bridge
And the most awaited news is about Jude Bellingham not sure where he will move, what is certain is that Manchester United is not one of the competing clubs because their offer has been rejected.

He had considered this matter thoroughly so he decided to sign the proposal submitted by Al Nassr. This is the choice he has made at this point, although many say it might be a bad decision for Cristiano Ronaldo to leave Europe, so it was the situation that made him make such a decision. There are indeed many European teams who are rumored to be interested in him, but those rumors are just rumours, I haven't even heard of any European team submitting a nominal amount of money for him.

Ronaldo made the right decision no matter how his haters think of it. He waited for long after Manchester United parted ways with him but other European clubs are skeptical about signing but was about his wages. Many are just having banter on him because Ronaldo moves to Asia and Messi is still playing in Europe but they have forgotten that Ronaldo is two years older than Messi. At same age with what Messi is now Ronaldo was playing in Seria A and Premier League which is far more competitive than Ligue 1. Even Ibrahimovic that people claimed is older than Ronaldo playing in AC Milan now was at MLS last three seasons. So I don’t understand why they are bashing Ronaldo for his move maybe it’s the high legacy he set for himself
Ronaldo hasn't lost anything and has given everything to football. Someone else will break the record he met and broke as well. I don't find it surprising that he chose Al Nassr over European clubs.

Messi has two contacts with PSG, but he still won't surpass Ronaldo's UEFA goal total.

If there is any news I am interested in right now apart from Ronaldo transfer news it is this  news, I have developed a kind of likeness for this Moroccan goal keeper Yassine Bounou who was very impressive in the world cup and I would love to see him make a move to Bayern Munich where I will be watching him play in the Champions league and competing against top teams in Europe.
It is not surprising that in the end, Yassine Bounou became the target of big European teams. In addition to Bayern Munich, other rumors say that Juventus also talked about this goalkeeper from Morocco because he had performed brilliantly in the World Cup. But the problem is that Sevilla is currently planning to increase the selling price of Yassine Bounou in the transfer market.

He had considered this matter thoroughly so he decided to sign the proposal submitted by Al Nassr. This is the choice he has made at this point, although many say it might be a bad decision for Cristiano Ronaldo to leave Europe, so it was the situation that made him make such a decision. This rumor was built by the media which really needed Ronaldo as the title of the article, we all know that Ronaldo's news is the news that sells the most. Due to fact that Ronaldo's decision was to officially play for AL Nassr with a contract until 2025. It makes sense that the contract only lasted until 2025 because 1 year later Ronaldo still wants to play in the World Cup.

For the ones who still have doubts on why he went there.
Only Ronaldo knows the reason for moving to Al Nassr. If his decision to leave the glitter of European competition for the sake of money, it is understandable because he gets super high fees there.
Ronaldo salary per year may be difficult to solve for other players, including his eternal rival Messi. After he broke several records in Europe, now he will break a new record as the highest paid player. Messi won the world cup trophy, while Ronaldo became the player with the biggest salary in history.

It's all around Ronaldo. It also seemed to be somewhat in line with expectations, but he has definitely opted for an evening hour in the sandbank. He will also have to deal with playing in front of empty stadiums. He has therefore clearly opted for the big money, sporting ambitions are apparently no longer there. You still have the Arab/African Champions League. Maybe he wants to win it again with a team. There were also few teams that had the financial means to pay Ronaldo, referring to the salary he asks for. I would have preferred to see him at a European top club. Isn't it suddenly very different for his family to settle there in an Eastern environment.
I was not surprised to understand that Ronaldo made the big movement for money. That is what I expected them to do at this stage of his career. Ronaldo is aged and he has nothing more to prove his career the only place he would have done something different was in the World Cup but his country men decided to Bench him to play younger players in the end they couldn't win the World Cup. So to keep alive his career he had to make a world breaking transfer records

He still had a world record transfer record to his name. He is a big player and a big name in football, and his success cannot be overstated. Ronaldo is still physically fit, and I believe he can play very well with these upcoming youngsters; he just wasn't given as many chances with Manchester United before leaving. He complained about not getting enough playing time at Manchester United, but with his new club, I'm sure he'll get plenty of opportunities to show off his skills.

that's a fantastic value but most football players before retiring should get paid big like this so that in the future they have lots of savings to live in retirement or in old age, I think Ronaldo deserves to play at the Al Nassr club especially of course at Al Nassr he will much appreciated than in other European clubs

Apparently i am one of the few ones that are actually pretty surprised that Cristiano Ronaldo is really going to play for Al-Nassr in the future. I always thought that for him it is way more important to increase his records in the european competitions like his goal record in the Champions League. It is pretty clear now that he will stay at 140 goals. Messi is at 129 at the moment but Messi will probably still play 2 seasons at least for Paris Saint Germain so the chances of him overtaking Cristiano Ronaldo in that statistic are pretty high i think.
I guess that CR7 did not really have a viable option to go to a club that is competing in the Champions League.

it's obvious Ronaldo couldn't find a team in Europe that can pay he's high wages at this age. So that deal wasn't bad to me. He broke world record with this deal and he's appearance will promote the the league too. It's a good business for him and the club.

If he had agreed to take a lower salary, I believe it would have been a better deal for him. If that is the case, I think he will be able to find a team easily. However, he would have needed to take a significantly lower salary in order to be able to get an offer from a Champions League team. It is unclear to me whether he agreed to something like that or not.

As I understand it, that could have been a question if one of the UCL teams had shown an interest in him. As a matter of fact, that didn't happen in the first place. So, this is not a bad decision for him in my opinion because the money that he is going to receive is unbelievable.

After Ronaldo end with Manchester United and than with Portugal his goodwill and credibility is questioned alot so that's why no European club is ready to go for him . His attitude and performance has changed drastically in last year in recent World cup he is not among top scorers and the way he behaved in last match was not good at all.

Right now this is best for him to be with Al Nassr as they are offering him alot more than any club .

Bayern Munich are reportedly interested in signing Morocco goalkeeper Yassine Bounou:

Bayern Munich are reportedly interested in signing Morocco goalkeeper Yassine Bounou as they look to bring in a replacement for Manuel Neuer. Bayern Munich are keep eyeing a move for Sevilla Goalkeeper Bono after World Cup heroics. Manual Neuer the best goalkeeper of all time is 1st choice of Bayern Munich at starting Xi but he has been ruled out for the rest of the season after breaking his leg while skiing following Germany's World Cup exit.German champions are keen to bring in someone to deputize for Neuer, and their sights have been set on Bono, according to German Media. Yassine Bounou would have a golden opportunity to make a better place at Xi for Champion League. But Bayern is not the only one to take an interest in the Moroccan Goalkeeper. Manchester United, Juventus, Real Madrid, and Barcelona should also link up with him but Bayern Munich is their strong favor because Bayern's CEO Oliver Kahn, who formerly played in goal for the club, is particularly impressed by Bono.

I have no idea which steps Bayern Munich is going to take. Because this is certainly going to be a downgrade.
From Manuel Neuer to Bounou and Bono is certainly a downgrade. I hope they know what they are doing

Why do they not bring in Emi Martínez? That could be a really good step taken by them.
But as far as I’m concerned, I don’t think they are going to bring him in because EMI Martinez is exceptional when it comes to stopping penalties.
But in a normal match, he is just another average goalkeeper.

Yassine Bounou has shown some great performance in world cup and he's definitely not bad in goalkeeping.  Morocco wpn most of the matches due to his goalkeeping.  Spain , Portugal all were defeated by his amazing skills.
Emiliano Martínez is surely very good and he'll bring great victories for his team.

That's absolutely bonkers, the amount of money being spent on his wages. I suppose they would also buy his image rights for that duration?

Cristiano realizes that he can no longer make personal records, so he will only chase money at the end of his career as a footballer. apart from that Al Nassr also benefited from their purchase of Cristiano, merchandise sales, and also Al Nassr's prestige immediately skyrocketed, and I think both of them (Al Nassr & Cristiano) greatly benefited from this transfer which has extraordinary value.

For the ones who still have doubts on why he went there.
that's a very big salary but may we see sergio ramos will be moving there too? As far as i know that sergio ramos has got an offer from al nassr. There are some names who under target by al nassr

- Sergio ramos
- Busquets
- Kante

The list might increase as al nassr has an ambitious project to recruit more free transfer players. I think that sergio ramos has got a very big offer like ronaldo.

ronaldo already taken his best decision instead of keep gambling by waiting an offer that might come from the professional club but the fact that he has not got it until january. Glad to see that ronaldo was picking the best choice. The hype for him in arabian league was so big too.
