I have been admirer of lot of Brighton players and Mac Allister is one of them. It will be great to have him at Arsenal but right now the concrete rumors link to Mykhailo Mudryk of Shakhtar Donetsk. I think they are really going after Mudryk and want to happen in this upcoming transfer window. I am not sure Gakpo is in the list but with Jesus injured we do need a striker but I think we already have Nketiah so might need to adjust a little bit in the absence of Jesus. Vlahovic denied all the calls for preliminary talks of the the transfer when they were interested in the player last year, I hardly think he will be on the list.

Mac Allister had a breakthrough tournament in Qatar, establishing himself as one of Argentina's foremost players. Owing to his performances, Mac Allister has attracted the attention of various big clubs but I don’t think Arsenal has him on their radar. As an Arsenal fan, I have not seen any genuine news linking him to Arsenal. They’re just speculations and knowing what the club needs at the moment, they will definitely execute the transfer plans by bringing in a striker and a defensive midfielder. In the last summer transfer window Mbappe was in verge of signing for Real Madrid unfortunately PSG management tabled a bumper offer and package for him to stay, their board sent high power delegations to ensure he stays, though I also agreed that he will sign for Real Madrid in the nearest future or possibly if PSG win UCL this season which is one of the priority of the club then Mbappe might reconsider his contract agreement with PSG in a bid to reconsider signing for Real Madrid luckily for him age is on his side thus has a promising future career and a potential future Ballon d'or contender.

Brighton is reportedly not going to let Mac Allister go easily. although Premier League giants United and Arsenal are keenly interested in Mac Allister. but most likely it will be Arsenal who will go further with the price agreement. maybe Arsenal will burn back quite a lot of their money this winter.
if Arsenal gets Mac Allister, this is a purchase that I think is good for Arsenal's chances of getting the Premier League trophy this season. they are at the top and Arsenal needs to maintain this dominance until the end of the season.
