They are overpaying for him, a 10 million or even 20 million would be fine because he is a diamond in the rough and he needs to be bought and then trained hard to become a great player, he can't just stay at palmeiras and be amazing, so that means he is just a potential right now and not a good player already, and that means he shouldn't worth this much.
