Bayern Munich's priority would surely be to sign as young striker as possible. But I don't know if they can find a better striker than Kane meeting this criteria. Maybe Kane is 29 years old now but he is still one of the best strikers in Europe. He still hasn't found the chance to show his talent at bigger teams. But I don't doubt him about that.
It is possible that Bayern Munich has kept players with special skills that have been monitored by Bayern Munich for a long time and will immediately buy when the transfer market opens because if Bayern Munich mentions the players they are after, it is likely that other clubs will also buy them.
Bayern must also compete with real madrid as some rumour being that if real madrid was also trying to get harry kane as the back up for benzema. The injuty has been making benzema can't fully perform with real madrid and that's why real madrid was looking for something who is capable enough to back up benzema as real madrid striker. Real madrid has been also competing with bayern to get another players as well. The competition will be so hard when there would be a big club to join to get a new player that wanna be bought by bayern.
The problem is real madrid has bigger name compared with bayern and real madrid may have more chance to winning the deal to get the new striker rather than bayern (kane).

All in all, if this 200 million a year is true, that is going to be biggest I have ever seen or heard and it will make big news, dude probably didn't make 500 million from salaries all his life, that's just way too much to sign.

Ronaldo will obviously turn down this move as this will be seen as a retirement for him and he isn't done breaking all the records that are still unbreakable yet. Seems you don't know the influence of Ronaldo, Al Nassr isn't suggesting to pay that much just to watch him sit on the bench disgracefully as Manchester united were treating him. They're negotiating to get him because of his influence, they know that he possesses. If Ronaldo does sign for the club, it'll definitely bring out that league to the spotlight as people will want to watch the league to see Ronaldo play.

I think Al Nassr are just using the money to try to get Ronaldo's signature and  nothing more, they know if they offer him less then it won't interest him from the on set but with this kind of money on the line anyone including Ronaldo will have some thinking to do. Ronaldo mightn't have made that kind of money from playing but he did make it from other sources like endorsement and businesses that he is running so don't think that's too much money for Ronaldo.

@FanEagle Ronaldo is running out of options because Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG have already said no to signing him and the only possible destination is Napoli but seeing how well they’re playing this season I’m not sure that they’ll buy him during January transfer window. Lastly even if he decides to move to Saudi I feel that we should support him, because at the end of the day he’s just trying to earn maximum money while he can yet play to support his extravagant lifestyle.

If Ronaldo still has the same mindset then he might still turn down this incredible offer by Al-Nassr side. I think he is still passionate to play for a European team now. He just wants to continue performing in the Champions League. He couldn't do it with Manchester United this season maybe but he can still find himself a team that compete in there.

The saudi arabia league is very far from the attention of football fans in the world. If I may compare, MLS league is still more attractive to European star players than playing in Saudi Arabia, because in history, old players from top team in the Euripe, can accept best offer from MLS club. So it's very reasonable if Ronaldo decides to look for a club in Europe. We already know Ronaldo expects to play in UCL (at least) if he can't get the title. because after his move from Real Madrid, Ronaldo did not get a title from this competition.

He can go to Saudi Arabia and earn more money, but I don't think Ronaldo will do that.  I'm sure he wants to be remembered with a performance worthy of him, especially at the last stage of his career.  That's why he will want to play for a team in Europe.  If not in Europe, he will play in the USA.  I think Saudi Arabia is not even a possibility for him.

I don't think that Tottenham will accept an offer from Bayern Munich regarding Harry Kane. [...]

We know that Bayern Munich is "going shopping" at the end of the current season and one of the priorities is to hire a quality center forward....

Robert Lewandowski left the club in the middle of this year and the Senegalese Sadio Mané, who arrived from Liverpool, has unfortunately still not lived up to expectations.

I strongly believe that they will get the signing of Harry Kane for the 2023 season, as it is not every day someone offers €100m for a player.

Kane continues to have a good result at Tottenham, but even though he has a contract to run until mid-2024, the player himself has already shown signs that he is looking for a new career experience and I believe that should happen at Bayern.

Anyway... in a short time I'll know if I'm wrong in that hunch.

No doubt Kane is a top striker and he meets the criteria for Bayern striker. The problem is his opportunity to leave Tottenham, it seems a bit difficult as long as Conte becomes the manager. Kane still has a hope that Tottenham can achieve a title with Conte, that's why he still prefers to stay. But if Conte moves to another team, I am sure the chance to sign Kane will be bigger. Considering Kane's chance to move is quite small, I think Bayern needs to target other strikers to be the candidate for their striker. Christopher Nkunku looks a good option to be a Bayern stiker, too.
I don't think that Tottenham will accept an offer from Bayern Munich regarding Harry Kane. Even if Harry Kane has an interest in Bayern Munich's offer, I think Tottenham will still find ways to prevent that from happening. For Tottenham Harry Kane is still the number one goal machine, so they will do everything they can to keep Kane playing with them. They had rejected offers from Man City 4 times before, even though the bid submitted by Man City was worth £ 100M. So if Bayern Munich still insists on signing Harry Kane, I think the path that they will go through will not be easy, and they definitely have to prepare very large funds, of course.

The latest talks about Ronaldo is that he is about to sign a 2.5 year (remainder of this year and then 2 more seasons) with Al-Nassr for 200 million dollars a year. That really doesn't look like a good deal to me, not because Ronaldo would say no to that much money and all, but because Al-Nassr shouldn't really pay that much to Ronaldo, bigger clubs could offer less, and Al-Nassr owners also have teams all around the world, with some of them being big names, and they could offer less to him to play there?

All in all, if this 200 million a year is true, that is going to be biggest I have ever seen or heard and it will make big news, dude probably didn't make 500 million from salaries all his life, that's just way too much to sign.
Do you think those who offered this huge amount of money care a lot about it? No! He will regenerate only a part of it from T-shirts, ads, and other stuff.
I will give the example of those who collect old things, collectors, not traders, do you think they really care about the money? No! They will make an achievement. They brought the best player for them to the gulf region, everyone will come watch him, so full stadium without paying people to applause, and so on...

Actually, it feels really sad to see how Wayne Rooney is talking trash about Cristiano Ronaldo. They have played together before, and I think he should know how Cristiano Ronaldo plays. We all know that Cristiano Ronaldo is very careful about his career, and he always tries to play at his best and also works very hard.
I think Wayne Rooney stated something true. He just reminds Ronaldo that the age factor is real. We can deny that age makes Ronaldo's performance isn't as well as previously. We can't expect Ronaldo to play at his best level again. But it doesn't mean Ronaldo lost his skills or ability. Ronaldo still plays quite well, he still can contribute positively.

I would not be very skeptical about bringing Cristiano Ronaldo to the team because he is going to provide good value to the team, even if he does not score too many goals. And I think we understand that he is not getting contracted for a longer period of time. So I think even if they bring him in it’s okay.
Indeed. Bringing Ronaldo to the club will impact on the rising of Merchandise sales. So, although Ronaldo can't score in every match, the club still takes advantage of his big name in the other sector. However, many clubs doubt signing him because of his salary. Whereas, Ronaldo has stated that he wants to decrease the amount of his salary if he can join an appropriate club.

It is still interesting to see that Manchester United haven't signed a contract extension with Rashford yet. There are some news such as they are planning a new contract to offer him soon. It is expected to be a long-term one as well. But I wonder what Rashford is thinking about this now. Maybe the reason why he hasn't extended with his team is that he still hasn't made up his mind about staying or leaving.

Last summer there were some speculations such as PSG were interested in him. Maybe there would be another big team interested in him in January as well. This is a big opportunity to sign a talented player for free in the end if he doesn't make his decision until the transfer window.
On the other hand, now with contract conditions that have not been extended, there are two giant clubs that are approaching this player. Barcelona and PSG seem to be interested in hunting this player. At the moment though Rashford still has the option of a one year extension but as you said there is still no discussion about this and I think after the world cup we will talk about Rahford later but this is also still a signal for other clubs to approach and when Ten Hag satisfied I think they should start contract talks earlier.

Maybe it's still a bit difficult for Kane but if they really want more for Marcus Thuram I think they can take him to the Alianz Arena.
The latest reports suggest that Bayern have now made contact with the agent of Marcus Thuram to further discuss his interest.

On this Ronaldo issue, if I am a Club owner honestly I will be very sceptical to sign Ronaldo. This is because Ronaldo is a very big name in football and with the recent development that happened between him and Manchester United which forced him out of the club, it means that if Ronaldo comes to your club you have automatically agreed to be playing him every match.
You cannot sign Ronaldo and keep him on bench which is the reason why he left Man United to where he will be playing. This will already be a problem for your team because if Ronaldo performs well or not he will still want to play and his fans will always want him to play, in the end of the day it is the club that is losing and Ronaldo will go home with his pay
Believe it or not, after a controversial interview with Piers Morgan. there are many Manchester United fans who no longer sympathize with him, nor do his loyal fans. it's clear his interview session had a huge impact on him, the club, the fans and his European career. like you said, if you are the owner of the club. you would be skeptical to sign him even though he is currently a free agent. however, who is the real boss, and why is it a player who has to arrange everything he wants, and it is very unrealistic for big clubs to sign him.

Like Rooney said. age is coming for all of us, and Christiano Ronaldo definitely feels it and he finds it hard to deal with. however, it is possible that Chelsea are really interested in bringing him in next January, or other big clubs. so let's wait until the next transfer window, which club he will go to.

Actually, it feels really sad to see how Wayne Rooney is talking trash about Cristiano Ronaldo. They have played together before, and I think he should know how Cristiano Ronaldo plays. It's understandable that you would be skeptical about adding Ronaldo to a team because not every manager is capable of managing world class players especially players like Ronaldo who attract the media and the eyes of the world to themselves, it is difficult to get things done without the media interfering in the affairs and decisions of the club and manager. In my honest opinion I don't see any reason to go through the stress and pressure of signing Ronaldo when you will not play him.

This is other news but seeing the money there is indeed too big to leave. On the other hand, I also saw the news that Beckham has now started negotiations as well regarding the matter of Ronaldo being brought to MLS and of course this refers to Inter Miami.
I think these two clubs will spend a lot of money to make Ronaldo there, even though there is still no certainty whatsoever.

I'm not so sure Ronaldo will leave a popular league and choose an unpopular league as far as I know he will choose a team that competes in the Champions League
Ronaldo still deserves to compete there and continue his record at least for the next 2 years, another reason I'm not sure he prioritizes money or salary
He already has a lot of money and a company that will not run out for a lifetime  Cheesy
