Southgate's achievements are not a failure, but he was never able to bring things to a victory in the final, he received a lot of criticism and was forced to leave his post. With Tuchel taking the spot, there is no way Pep would get the spot anytime soon at all. I do not think Pep will get to Spain neither, a national team managerial job is just too boring for someone like Pep too, I do not think he should do it. I believe he should go to some other team, maybe not in premier league or in La Liga, but there are other leagues.

I always supported an idea of him at PSG for example. Because they do have the money for it, but they can't win anything special, theUCL is still elusive for them. It took Pep years and years to get UCL, and spent so much money but eventually he won it with City, maybe he could repeat the same thing for PSG as well. He could build a team there which will dominate the world of football.

Plus there are less competition at France for PSG as well, whereas there are so many competitions for City like Arsenal and Liverpool. So, I believe Pep going to PSG would be ideal fit for both sides and could see him manage for another five years at least.

When talking about pressure in the national team and in the club, it is not much different even many famous coaches that we currently know rarely take offers to be national team coaches. A strong enough reason that being a national team coach is not easy, the pressure is carrying the country big name to appear in the world's main competition. Thomas Tuchel status is currently unemployed because no club wants to get his services, so there is no choice but to accept the offer to become a national team coach. Considering all 3 of these clubs are big clubs. Why Alphonso Davies did not choose to continue staying at Bayern? Alphonso Davies should look at the current players coming to Manchester United, are they developing their careers, or are their values decreasing? As for Real Madrid, a team with so many stars and choices, can Ancelotti ensure he is always in the club's first team?

Alphonso Davies is a regular starter at Bayern, there is no reason for him to leave. He can ask them for a pay rise in his next contract.

Well you have actually said the ideal words already, which is every player dream is to play for real madrid and on that note, it's very unlikely that Alphonso Davies will choose Manchester united over real madrid, so I believe that if Bayern Munich is unable to tie him down on a new contract, it's very much likely that he will probably be a real Madrid player next season.

Then on the aspect of the player in question, if it a good move, yes, it might be a good career move if he can maintain his standard and be injury free, because I and very much positive that he will certainly be a starter over Mendy if he can stay fit and maintain his current standard that made real madrid wanting his signature in the first place, but he will definitely be a big loss for this Bayern Munich side and allowing his contract to run down up too this moment has made them be in a difficult negotiating position which would have been avoided if they had acted earlier, but as is it now, it would be very difficult for Bayern Munich to convince him to stay put because he will certainly get a bigger offers else where, so everything is in the hands of the play to decide.

Real Madrid is the best place for him, Real Madrid currently only have Ferland Mendy that play in left back position, there are no other players that mainly play in this position. Having Alphonso Davies will be good for Real Madrid, there are no defenders in Real Madrid can run as fast as him. Joining to Manchester United is like ruining his career, I'm sure Davies isn't that stupid.

It will be interesting if Real Madrid can get both Davies and TAA, Real Madrid would be like a dream team in fantasy football.
