There are some new speculations about Manchester United's possible replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo. It is claimed that they might go for Joao Felix in the same month if Ronaldo leaves the team in January.

Felix hasn't scored a goal in this season yet. He made three assists in five games as a centre-forward so far. But he is still a very young player as he is 22 now. He has a bright future ahead of him but I don't know if he can reach his potential at Atletico Madrid. We should see him playing in the best European league also which is the Premier League. This is an opportunity for him also as a result. However I wonder if this is Erik ten Hag's thinking. Otherwise he can also have problems with him just as Ronaldo is having now.

I'm not sure about a contract termination at this point but Erik Ten Hag mentioned Ronaldo will not be included in the match squad to face Chelsea in the weekend but for what it is worth I think Ten Hag is being too hard on Ronaldo and not giving him opportunity to play and that is what gets Ronaldo furious. He loves to play and should be given the opportunity to show the world he’s not finished yet.

Ronaldo and other players had escaped with warnings after leaving the pre-season friendly against Rayo, but it looks like Ronaldo did it again during the Manchester United vs Tottenham game. This treatment, of course, cannot be tolerated by any coach.

We understand what happened to Ronaldo, it seems he is very upset that he doesn't have much time to play.
however, in Ronaldo's case, he should have realized what it was like to be an unprecedented normal. this is inseparable from its very declining performance.
but if you refer to other news sources, as quoted by Dailymail, Erik Ten Hag wants to talk to him to make sure he has learned his lesson.
God bless you for this very good insight of yours. I am a strong Cristiano Ronaldo supporter but his action this last match I don't support it. He deserves any punishment given to him by the coach. there should be a standard in any football club or team and the standard should not be targeted only junior players, as you pointed out Ronaldo had initially worked out of the Team during pre-season and it was overlooked by the Coach and everyone else.
He then leveraged on that and did exactly the same thing against Tottenham. If he was left unpunished, it therefore means that all players including the junior ones would walk out of the team. now the greatest of them all have been punished for the offence no one of them will ever think of doing that in the future. I applaud ETH for that very courage.

Cristiano Ronaldo's stint with Manchester United in his second season after joining from Juventus will end in the January transfer window after Manchester United coach Erik ten Hag declared enough and time to part with the 37-year-old five-time Ballon d'Or winner.

Ronaldo's refusal to come on as a substitute against Tottenham on Wednesday and leave the substitutes before the final whistle, has ruled the striker out of action in this weekend's Premier League clash with Chelsea.

The question is, is there still a shortage of clubs willing to sign Cristiano Ronaldo, even though he really wants to leave?

Dude, do you have some kind of split personality? Or you yourself don’t notice that you just put Guardiola down because he can’t win the Champions League with City (and he couldn’t with prime Bayern)   Grin
Please think first before commenting, dude.
Guardiola is still Man City coach, you can't claim he fails to win UCL with Man City.

Buddy, you have a really big problem with reality and facts. At the moment, Guardiola has failed to win the Champions League title with City, and from your own words, it turns out that he is a bad coach  Grin

Dude, do you ever see PSG? They have a strong squad, they have endless money too. But why they cannot win UCL?~Having a strong squad and endless money will be nothing if they are managed by a bad coach.~

Okay  Grin

*By the way, this debate will be endless because it is based on a personal point of view. And you never understand others' opinions.
This is my last response related to your comment. I have no time to debate with someone like you, it only wastes my time.

How surprised I am that after you were caught talking nonsense (contradicting your own words) you immediately had little time for communication.

Finally I am not the only one that doesn't rate Pep exceptional. I don't undermine what He has done but saying he his greater than Mourinho, Wenger and SAF is something I disagree with. Take a look at what Arsene did in Arsenal building his squad from academy boys. Also SAF in 1999 had a whole man utd squad that one treble with a whole academy boys except Just one single player. Then to Mourinho, he managed an unknown Porto team to UCL glory and then move to Chelsea and won the league from nowhere, also setting the tone that made Chelsea competitive up to today, should we talk about how he also faired in Inter winning treble and so winning Madrid's first league after a long time with a record 100 points.

The only exceptional thing pep has done his gather his the 2009/2010 barca squad that some even say its the greatest. But after then he has moved to clubs that are already established and did nothing. Both man City and Bayern were winning domestic titles before he came and he his yet to bring UCL to this team after spending a lot.

Fanboys don't care about facts. It's sad, I agree with you.
By the way, the composition of the prime Barcelona was assembled by Rijkaard, Guardiola, and here he had nothing to do with this achievement, he was only lucky to take advantage of the fruits of other people's labors.

I think that Manchester United shouldn't release Ronaldo on free if he doesn't find a team for himself in January. He isn't one of the unnecessary players at the team in the end. It's just Erik ten Hag who doesn't give much chance to him in their EPL matches. I don't know if he has some other personal issues with Ronaldo. Otherwise it is really hard to understand why he is opposing Ronaldo.
Rashford isn't a consistent striker now. He wasted so many opportunities against Tottenham. I would have waited for Ronaldo to enter the match in the second half but it didn't happen. I would like to see him staying until the end of the season at least if he doesn't find a team.

The conflict between Ronaldo and Ten Hag is now quite visible. Ten Hag is not interested in giving Ronaldo a chance. He is not using an experienced player like Ronaldo. Ten Hag gives Rashford a chance to play. But Rashford is not as experienced as Ronaldo. Moreover, he is not able to consistently perform well. He misses a lot of easy chances. Ronaldo will probably leave the team in the next winter transfer. He is not interested in being under the control of the Ten Hag. And besides, I don't think it is possible for a coach to stabilize the team if he behaves unilaterally.
Ten Hag has no respect for Ronaldo even though Cristiano Ronaldo is a big enough name and should be respected but this does not apply to Ten Hag who is already too disappointed in him, Ronaldo should be able to work as a team well and must realize that the salary he gets in Manchester United is thanks to Ten Hag, what Ronaldo did for Ten Hag was like a stab in the back so it was natural for Ronaldo to be treated like that.

the evening standard reports that eintracht frankfurt defender Evan Ndicka has emerged as a transfer option for arsenal london in their attempts to find a left-sided centre-back to provide competition for Gabriel.

I don't think we need anymore defenders. We have Tierney and Zinchenko on left hand and they are perfect. Furthermore, Tomiyasu is also sometimes seen playing on that position. About Gabriel, he plays as centre back and he also has signed a long term contract today so I think we are full and perfect squad. Any more signings will only go only to the bench and nothing else.
I think the whole Ndicka saga is prolly as a result of Arteta trying to sign a left-sided centre-back to compete with first-choice defender Gabriel Magalhaes. Gabriel is the only LCB Arsenal has in the team and the lack of competition has resulted to his slipperiness as of recent. Ndicka is s center back and not a Left back, and he will provide competition for Gabriel.

Gabriel was Arsenals best defender last season scoring fours goals last season
He should have blend in with the return of Saliba but he always has pressure issues
It's now Saliba doing most of the best defending with errors

Chelsea can still sign him if they are so serious about it. Obviously, they would have to offer him a lot of wages and also make sure they qualify for next season's Champion's league tournament.
I am sure Chelsea is very serious to sign him. But I doubt if Chelsea wants to spend a lot of money. Real Madrid is a big club that has no problem with money. They are brave to pay a big money to sign a player as long as he deserves. Bellingham is the most potential player in Dortmund, his current market price is €90.00m. But I think Dortmund will ask for more €100.00m.

Real Madrid currently has a very packed midfield, and I feel a player like Bellingham may be hesitant to go there because of the likelihood of ending up warming the bench.
Bellingham will replace Modric who is 37 years old now. He must be guaranteed to be the main players in Real Madrid.

Chelsea considering signing Lukaku back is useless
How can they consider such a thing that's dramatic such a big waste to the club
Mdric will retire soon, Jude can fill up for him well

At the moment Inter's condition is different from when he was before.
He could shine that time because Conte was able to maximize his ability well but now the era of Inzaghi and Lukaku is very difficult with this.
I think it will still be difficult for him now because regardless of what if his performance is not as good as the first time he was at Inter then indeed Inter will also be reluctant to keep Lukaku.
After from Inter to Chelsea Lukaku's performance declined and it made the Chelsea management decision to loan him to Inter Milan for one season, but after he was at Inter Milan his performance had not recovered but after he was injured it worsened his situation until now, and even now there is news about Lukaku being ready to be loaned again to Inter Milan for another season before Chelsea will sell him later despite saying they lost millions of dollars.
It looks like Chelsea don't want him to return to Stamford Bridge considering that there is already Aubameyang who is even more relevant than Lukaku, it is said in the Mirror article Inter will be ready with this agreement.

It’s been a tough year for Romelu Lukaku, there has been a lot going with him, from falling out of favour with Thomas Tuchel to having a poor form and then dropping off the first eleven and getting shipped out on a season long loan and getting injured at arrival. I feel pity for him at this moment. Inter Milan has now ruled out a possibility of terminating his loan contract and wants to keep him until the end of the season.

Every player goes through a bad streak during his career, not surprising, but seriously he is sad but he has to get over it and start playing again, as long as he is not psychologically scarred, otherwise it will be hard for him to play at all. In the English league he was feeling chipper, it would be nice to have him back there

Looks like someone just reminded these guys that contract termination will not only hurt their pockets but also mean losing a player too. But to be honest all this is just happening way too fast for Lukaku and am afraid there is no coming back for him! Btw with all these happenings of returning players, I think it's safe to say once you leave a club don't ever come back because you can't just pick it up from where you left off and continue..its a different team that you will always find, and those shoes you left wont fit anymore!

I was shocked by the news from eurosport.com about Ten Haag saying that Ronaldo's contract had to be terminated. This is not good for United, when they are not in a good position, the coach and his star players have serious problems. I do not imagine if Manchester United granted the request from Ten Haag. With MU's current position, it's very clear that MU needs Ronaldo to get at least big four positions.

Even though in the transfer windows before the start of the season he himself said he would keep Ronaldo no matter what happened at the moment, just the opposite lol.
But indeed, with the uncomfortable conditions between Ronaldo and Ten Hag, this is definitely a signal for Ronaldo to go back from Old Trafford because it would be very useless if he still continues to clash with Ten Hag because he is the one in control.

After what has happened, do you think Ronaldo would be leaving? I mean he was asked to train with u-21 after what has happened in the Spurs game, I am not sure if he still has a future in United. If he was 30 years old I would say they have time to recover from this, but this dude is going into his 38 soon, and he can't just stay and wait for them to forgive him or something, or make up with the manager. He doesn't have too much time at the top, he needs to play somewhere asap before he retires or he won't be playing at all.

I assume that transfer window is closed but if he was fired and he agrees on a mutual termination, he could totally find himself a team for cheap contract and keep on scoring many goals. Maybe do not look at the big name clubs, and start looking at smaller name clubs who would be delighted to give him all the playing time he wants?

Well it's hard to say but if things stay like this then very likely that he has to move. No one likes the situation they are in. Coach has to keep his job, team has to keep on winning and player has to keep on playing and at United it is hard to keep up with all the things right now. Unless they find a strategy to find something for Ronaldo that works for them also, he (Ronaldo) is gonna move out likely.

That's right, this will obviously be uncomfortable because indeed, with their current condition, an awkward atmosphere will definitely be felt, especially if you see that he was sent to the u21s, this is clearly not something that Ronaldo can take for granted.
Now the chance to leave is getting stronger but for January whether there is a club that still wants Ronaldo as much as before for a big team because this will also be difficult to see.

Its complicated but Ronaldo also gotta understand in my opinion. There are some standards and it's same for everyone. I believe ten Haag are setting right examples and it has to come down at one point at United.
