There are no signs that Ronaldo will return to Sporting CP, currently he is still listed as a Manchester United player. Ronaldo's situation is not good at Manchester United after in the last two games he started the game as a substitute, being a substitute will make Ronaldo sink at the end of his career. Maybe Ten Hag doesn't believe in Ronaldo abilities or the club is punishing Ronaldo for trying to leave Manchester United when the club is in need of his help. Inevitably Ronaldo had to accept this fact until his contract was finished with Manchester United, after which he could decide which club he would end up at.
Literally Christiano Ronaldo mind is no longer at peace in Manchester United due to their performance and inability to be in the Champions League competition this season, but If eventually there isn't a club that finally signed him and the transfer window comes to an end, He should just endure the pain of not playing in the Champions League for the first time If not wrong, I guess so and focus on his remaining career at United for the January transfer window is just around the corner.

Erik is not punishing Ronaldo for not playing him. Erik is playing what as a result of his experience from trainings. Ronaldo will find it really difficult to fit into Manchester United team again. The team is about power and energy and many young players has it more than Ronaldo. Martial is not fit and yet Ronaldo is finding it difficult to find his place in the team. If martial is back, there might not be time for Ronaldo anymore.

There are various sources claiming that Manchester United are really close to finishing the signing of Antony from Ajax. But for example Transfermarkt says that Ajax already rejected a 90 million euro offer. If this is true then things can be difficult for the Manchester club. Ajax are very stubborn about not losing him in this transfer window. But the player is eager to reunite with his previous manager there. If they make things too difficult for him then this can affect his performance badly maybe. So I wonder what Ajax's last decision will be.
Yeah , it's been reported that the player himself wanted to leave badly for the premier league side manchester united but ajax seems had a really high level of negotiation ability .. knowing that united really needed the player .. they keep rejecting the offer in order to get higher bid , clever.. super clever! waiting to see where this ended.

if antony leaves .. ajax would straight transfer ziyech back from chelsea.

Reportedly the two teams have indeed agreed verbally on the transfer of Jude Bellingham, but Dortmund and Liverpool will reportedly realize the agreement in the transfer of January, Dortmund who this summer have lost Haalaand of course do not want some of their players to leave at once, Dortmund have set a price high for Jude Bellingham and Liverpool are even ready to pay 100 million pounds to bring Jude to Anfield in January.
What the mistake made again by Dortmund if agree selling Jude Bellingham although transfer agreement on next window transfer at January, I think Dortmund have losing Erling Haaland after joining with Manchester City and right now loss potential young player like Jude Bellingham make Dortmund not will be favorite for Bundesliga trophy. I doubt with player composition in this season guarantee Dortmund can finish on top fourth position standing. How ever Dortmund have play on UEFA Champion  League, then losing Jude Bellingham make Dortmund not really as stronger team again. I think with 100 million pounds make Dortmund want to sell Jude Bellingham for Liverpool, but still can't guarantee for him will get regular position with Liverpool.

Yes, Bellingham is driving the mid-field for Dortmund and is very crucial for Dortmund right now and in such a young age is really something. I think his price tag is justifiable and Dortmund will be getting a lot of money so not really a loss for them. They still have midfield players maybe not as good as Bellingham but they will at least do the work for them. Also they can again make a signing with hug potential and develop them. They always been smart in making investments like this and also they can't stop a player who is gonna move to some big club eventually so they better make the most out of it.

Manchester United reported interested to bought Real Madrid player Marco Asensio and Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed this rumour that Asensio apparently will looking for new clubs because he lost his place on starting line up and only being an the substitution for Rodrygo Goes so Asensio targeted this summer he will have new club and if Manchester United serious want him the price tag already published that they have to spend 35 millions Euro to get this player

Manchester United is gradually turning into a club into which players leaves who are not really needed in Real Madrid (although this does not apply to Casemiro and probably Varane). I don't know how much this transfer will strengthen Manchester United, but for Real Madrid it will be another good sale, as despite the large acquisitions (which are very rare), Real Madrid maintains an excellent balance between spending on players and the money received from their sale.
I think that's not right. Manchester United is currently in need of players in several important positions. and they make offers and negotiations with other clubs. coincidentally MU does like doing business with Madrid.
when it comes to how important it is to MU, I believe this purchase is important. but we don't know, how this team will be well built by Ten Hag.

I have said on several occasions that Ten Haga for me is a coach who has not done anything positive for Manchester United, the stars do not like his treatment, letting CR7 play only 6 minutes is a lack of respect for the career of he is underestimating it and I think it's not good to do that to anyone, what I see in Manchester United is a total hatred on the part of Ten towards the team, he doesn't want the best, and Ten can't play anymore, he can't either He leads the team to ruin, I don't really know what he is looking for? and it seems to me the height of all, that the Man United directors still believe in him, if they continue to do that mismanagement they will be very badly unemployed in the tournament.

I haven't seen anywhere recently about him wanting to go to Sporting. he did say he wanted to return to the club that made his name but at the moment he is still very ambitious to play at the best level and when you see that there is really no reason to play at Sporting for this season.
He will be back there I think but now is not the right time to go.
Quote
"The signing of Cristiano Ronaldo by Sporting de Portugal is a reality," the Spain-based media wrote.

"Contacts for Cristiano Ronaldo have already started and Sporting de Portugal can close the return of the Portuguese player."

I read about this in the news, I was not so surprised because CR7's ambition is to establish his personal record in the UCL, it's huge especially at this time Messi is still playing at PSG and is productive in terms of scoring goals

less than 3 days left and this season's transfer window is closed, let's keep an eye on the end of the CR7 and MU drama

Sunday's gossip:

Liverpool have a verbal agreement with Borussia Dortmund and England midfielder Jude Bellingham, with the 19-year-old potentially making a move to Anfield in January. This seems like a very good deal for Liverpool.

If Dortmund is planning to ask for that much money for this player I don't think Liverpool is willing to pay. It would be a stupid amount of money to pay for this 19 year old. He obviously does not deserve a hundred million pounds. But at the same time, we are also hearing that Liverpool already has a verbal agreement with this player. So this is quite confusing for me. I also think that Dortmund does not want this player to leave. Jude Bellingham is actually an extremely crucial player for Dortmund. However, all Dortmund cares about is money. So I won't be surprised if they let him go.

I just read the news from the dailymail that Manchester United are close to reaching an agreement with Ajax to sign Antony in the next 24 hours, for a fee of £84m. I don't doubt Antony that he can adapt quickly and play even better in the Premier League, but is it worth it for Man United to spend that much, this is beyond our expectations.
However, Antony has been one of Erik's top priorities this transfer window, they've been in negotiations for weeks, and it looks like Ajax will agree on a dowry of that magnitude.
Manchester United are too desperate for players and that's costing them more money, imagine spending for a player that don't have lengthy experience or achievements in football and still early for them to be spending much on a player knowing fully well that Anthony is not up to that amount. A whooping sum of £84m for Anthony is totally unacceptable and I'm strongly against the price tag slash on the Brazilian. Erik ten Hag would reach one of his top priority if Anthony deal is completely done and sealed.

Here's some good news. After a long time, the talks have finally reached a breakthrough. Antony's signing with Manchester United is imminent now that Manchester United have reached agreement with Ajax! Antony's destiny can be delayed by Ajax, but it can't be stopped. Considering Man United to be a huge opportunity, Antony only wants to leave. However, the price is a bit high for this great signing for Man United.

Cristiano Ronaldo, who was born and raised in Madeira, began his senior club career at Sporting CP before joining Manchester United at the age of 18 in 2003. Currently, Sporting CP is trying to find a method to reunite Ronaldo with the team where he first made his professional debut.

Ronaldo is now 37 and was again used as a second-half substitute in the 1-0 win over Southampton, now he has 10 months left on the two-year contract he signed when he joined from Juventus, but Ronaldo is still competitive and wants continue playing highest level and extending his goalscoring record in European football's premier club competition.

If all wages and salaries get agreed why the wait.
They have always qualified for the champions league year to year, so good luck to Ronaldo.

I'm sure they can budget for Anthony. I think Manchester United are not thinking about the budget for success anymore. Anthony wants to come to Manchester United, we are reading this. The problem is that the Premier league is not the Eredevisie and will Anthony be able to keep up with the challenge. If he keeps up with the Premier league, he will be successful, I believe.

He was still very young now and his closeness to the Ten Hag might have made him feel better.
Actually, this is the challenge that must be done by Antony if he really wants to continue to develop in a better direction.
He is currently 22 years old and of course there is still quite a long time to make him one of the good players next season and maybe his arrival to Manchester United could bring blessings to United and himself.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola will be able to spend £100m in the January transfer window if anyone catches his eye at the World Cup in Qatar. Pep really has the best job in the world, he coaches one of the richest football clubs in the world and has as much money as he wants for new football players  Grin
Tottenham defender Sergio Reguilon, 25, is close to sealing a loan move to Atletico Madrid, with the Spanish club looking for a replacement after agreeing to let Brazil left-back Renan Lodi, 24, join Nottingham Forest. This seems like a very good deal for everyone involved in this transfer.
Slovakia goalkeeper Martin Dubravka, 33, has told Newcastle that he wants to leave the club and join Manchester United. How many new players will Manchester United bring in this season? So far, they have not benefited from such a strategy.

To be honest i am surprised that the transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo to Sporting Lissabon has not have happened yet. I know that Ronaldo is currently earning around 30 Million € AFTER taxes at Manchester United and that he is one of the top earners in football. Sporting could never pay a salary of this magnitude to CR7 but i doubt that he insists on such a extremely high salary. As you already said the main motivation for Ronaldo to change the club is the fact that he will not play Champions League at Manchester and he desperately wants to score a few more goals in that competition in order to stay in the record books of football for as long as possible.
Maybe ManU is still demanding a transfer fee that is to high for Sporting.

It's difficult to follow what Barcelona are doing right now because they really like to do things that make them feel a little difficult.
From what they are doing right now, it is a little outside of what is currently quite difficult to predict what they want because they always do things that can be considered as risky actions but uniquely they are able to deal with it until now.
What Xavi has so far we can't guess. That's what we ourselves will feel does not have a qualified capacity, how Barcelona spends a lot of money apart from financial problems. By adding more and more players they thought would be perfect and needed under Xavi tutelage, it became even more precise. Moreover, in the Champions League, there are clubs that have more potential to make Barcelona sink faster. The anticipation and preparation of players were also carried out by the Barcelona manager. Besides the tough task, it is also a challenge whether Xavi squad can survive against Bayern Munich and Inter.

They are in pretty good shape for now and I agree with what you say about this.
They are already strong enough for attack and midfield for what they have to keep looking for new players because they are now still able to maximize their players.
This will only waste money and make their finances worse, I think because with the arrival of these players, it is certain that the salary burden will also increase.
There is no doubt if Barcelona is going to do this transfer then surely they are hitting their foot with an ax because right now situation is not good, and they are already having many troubles around them which are waiting for better intention from them, and they are not looking into them and going for some more things which are currently not good enough for them.

Now, with the few current transfers their attack and midfield are already strong enough so then what is point to bring him into squad they can do this next season as well because right now they have to work on their current squad for having better results because we already have Champions League draw where they are going to face some tough challenge, and they need to start work for better system instead of having some more players which are going to create more problems.
It's difficult to follow what Barcelona are doing right now because they really like to do things that make them feel a little difficult.

Liverpool immediately looking for new midfield player that they had linked to Leipzig player Konrad Laimer and probably Leipzig will allowed this player to moved because he has 1 year contract remaining so rather than let him moved with free status seems Leipzig has decided will sell him this summer and price tag for Laimer is 22 millions Euro but besides that Frankie De Jong and Celtic player Matthew Sean O'Riley also into their watchlist

Leipzig will definitely want to earn an income from the sale of the player, as there is 1 year left until the end of his contract. If Liverpool really want to sign Laimer, this can be used as a trump card in their hands. Meanwhile, the Bundesliga seems to have returned to the player pool for the Premier league. Many players from the Bundesliga are coming to the Premier League.
