Sevilla knows how to negotiate and will try to pull other clubs into a bidding war - Kounde is highly rated and there will be many clubs interested.
Still - Chelsea has been working on that deal for a very long time and he was their 1st choice CB, so I feel it's just Sevilla's game of extracting more money.
Ahh ok that is probably why the hashtag "brokelona" was trending yesterday evening at twitter and was recommended to me. I only knew it was started by Chelsea fans but i did not know why they started it until i saw this post and now it makes sense. To me it is also kinda ridiculous that Barcelona does not stop to try to make more big transfers this summer. I mean come on they have 1,3 Billion € of debts and they had to sell their TV rights, their marketing branch and other stuff which gave them around 500 M€ of income but instead of using that money to pay back a big part of their debts they just throw it out of the windows for transfers again. They really have learned nothing.
