I am quite surprised that Barcelona commited to extending the Dembele deal after signing Raphinha. I wrote today that buying Raphinha means that they did not manage to agree on terms with Dembele and then I see a few hours later that he will be staying.

They will have Fati, Torres, Raphinha and Dembele for 2 positions, Auba as well if they bring in Lewandovski. They still have Depay on the books, they are again like a little kid in the supermarket.

Manchester United are doing all they can to finalize the Frenkie de Jong deal for themselves. They agreed upon the transfer fee as far as I know and they were discussing the add-ons after that. They might really be close to happy ending now. Laporta said before that Frenkie de Jong was still happy to be part of the team. However he doesn't seem like he is opposing to this transfer too. Barcelona are going to have much work to do in case they sell him. On the other hand this transfer is going to help them raise funds significantly too of course.
I heard MU Official was on Barcelona to make the deal. I'm not sure how much deal, I think it's still on 85 Million or maybe low than that if have any solution to arrange the rest.  but for now,  I still don't understand the position De Jong, is the same Bruno Fernandes?, if yes, so I thing MU will make a change on the front. and Bruno will be a winger or back a little bit to help the defender.

No, I don't expect Manchester United to bring Frenkie de Jong to make him play in Bruno Fernandes' position. They must be thinking of him as a defensive midfielder in the lineup. They really needed some defensive moves for getting stronger there. They conceded so many simple goals last season and they needed to make up for this. Frenkie De Jong has played as central midfielder and defensive midfielder the most so far. So he wouldn't have problem on adapting there.

raphinha is a star from brazil i'm sure he will shine in barcelona under xavi tutelage. indeed he dreamed of playing in barcelona and his dream has now come true in this summer window. raphinha is a very good buy that barcelona made at this transfer window. barcelona have now signed two players in this summer window franck kessie and raphinha. I'd like to hear more about lewandowski.
It seems that Lewandowski is still considered too expensive by Barcelona because Lewandowski has not been included in the free transfer category like the two new players that Barcelona have managed to get in the current transfer window. Because Xavi realizes that the Barcelona club is in need of several new players so that they can improve their performance next season and will also be taken into account in the race for the championship trophy.

So, Barcelona decided to go with the Raphinha deal after all. I think he's a really good player -
That's definitely a good deal for the Spanish side Barcelona on their efforts to make Barcelona great again by overhauling and boosting the team with players like Raphinha in order to match up with other clubs come next season, I do believe that Raphinha is going to showcase his talent and thus give them quality performance at Barcelona and he's really going to play incredibly well in my opinion.

but they are paying a top price for him.
It is a 5-year contract and the transfer is worth around 65 million Euros.
I don't think the price is high if the Raphinha can match up with the clubs expectations on him.

Chelsea are being rumoured with PSG centre-back Kimpembe now. However I have heard that they have already reached an agreement with Napoli to sign Kalidou Koulibaly. If I'm not mistaken he is going to earn €10m per year. On one hand they are trying to sign another centre-back too as it seems. Their biggest interest is in Nathan Ake now. I don't think that PSG would let Kimpembe go so they had better focus on transferring Ake now. As he is a rotation player for Manchester City, I expect this transfer to happen.

After all, Barcelona has finally completed a great deal by signing Raphinha to a 5-year contract. Many teams wanted to sign Raphinha, including Chelsea and Arsenal, but Barcelona was fortunate to land him. He will undergo medicals soon and will be officially a Barcelona player. Raphinha is a great player, and as a young player, he has a lot of potential and will be able to improve his game in Barcelona.

Dembele is currently a free agent, but I think Barcelona will eventually renew his contract, he is a talented players, and was able to assist 14 goals from 38 appearances last season. Although, Barcelona haven't so far talked about extending his contract. However, they made a great decision by bring Raphinha in the club. Nevertheless, Barcelona still have some players in the club, who probably don't have intentions of being in the club anymore. Players such as Samuel Umtiti and Oscar Mingueza.
It will be great to see Fati, Dembele, Lewandoski, and Raphinha play in one match. Althoug,my problem with Dembele is his injury  that makes him quite inconsistent. But now they have Raphinha who is another option incase of his injuries and then vice-versa. I hope Dembele will get more play time. I am concerned that these signings is likely make Barcelona might not have enough money to sign Lewa. Maybe or maybe not. However, I like what they are doing, trying to build back up a very competitive team like they used to have.

I suppose with Barca and their financial situation it will be a struggle and is all about balancing the books. That's why I'm quite surprised at the big transfer outlay on Raphinha. A lot of it is also about wages for big players though, which is probably how they're doing it... for example, they off-loaded Coutinho to Aston Villa for a reduced transfer fee, but at the same time managed to remove his huge wage burden, and so free up funds for incoming transfers. Dembele is another one, it sounds like they want to keep him and he wants to stay, and if they can agree reduced wages then everyone's happy(ish). IIRC they almost managed to keep Messi with a 50% wage cut, but there was a legal obstacle that prevented such a huge % cut, even if the actual wage was still high, so he had to be sold.

Well, i reckon that Barcelona still has problems with there financial salary cap, limited and restricted by the Liga itself.

There are reports that Koulibaly has agreed personal terms with Chelsea. I must must say it’s a really good one for Chelsea. They are in urgent need of defensive reinforcements following the departures of centre backs Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen and have been linked to a host of names this summer, including De Ligt. But I think Koulibaly is a pure professional and also a fighter. He is 31 and very tough but not slow. I think he will be very beneficial alongside Thiago Silva and contribute to the development of the likes of Malang Sarr and Chalabah. Solid for Chelsea. Good replacement for Rudiger. Arguably one of the best and strong defenders. It’s a great signing should it go to fruition.

rumor from italy/england
the italian international striker Gianluca Scamacca, who plays for sassuolo calcio, is not only on paris st. germain's list but also, according to english media reports, west ham united. GS attracted attention last season with 16 goals in 36 serie a games - and could also become really expensive in view of a contract that is still valid until summer 2026. 'the guardian' for example, has put a possible transfer fee of €50 million into play

It makes sense with Raphinha's €65m price tag for the next 5 years contract he is indeed a talented player and Barcelona still have to be willing to pay big money for this transfer.
Ousmane Dembélé is also waiting for a decision from Barcelona and it will be signed soon but I don't know if it will fail or continue but Barcelona are trying to keep it.
Lewandowski also still has not made the right decision but news rumors still he will join in the near future.

Manchester United's management continues to try to get Frenkie De Jong, while the Spanish media continue to report that Barcelona will keep De Jong. There is not yet a certainty De Jong will stay or go to England.
From the process of Ousmane Dembele I can say that Barcelona's strategy is quite good at convincing players who want to be retained. Even players are willing to accept all contract clauses even if the salary received is reduced in number.

De Jong no longer wants Manchester United move as reported. But Manchester United fans are eager to see him with the club. Xavi on the other side has plans for De Jong as he will be part of the Barcelona squad as he chooses to play Champions League football over Europa league. Ajax player Larturo Martinez has he's move for the premier league. Manchester United and Arsenal are the both sides moving for the young talent.

For some people, the decision taken by de Jong is considered to be a stupid decision and for others a brave and emotional decision. I honestly think it is a bit of both. I don't think it is a smart decision taken by him to stay in Barcelona because Barcelona is not going through a good time right now. And if he did move to Manchester United he would have to play in the Europa League, which would have been a downgrade as well.

And in the second part, I think you are talking about the Inter player Lautaro Martínez. And if you're talking about him, he is not making any move anytime soon from Inter.

It doesn't look like this will happen, De Jong's purchase will be difficult at a price of 85 million, this is a fairly high price for a player who doesn't have a big name yet, not because Manchester United can't afford it and don't have the money to buy it, but rather the value of a player who has not been proven individually.
This speculation could change, if Barcelona really want to release De Jong, because as far as I know, Barcelona still wants to keep the player next season, the sale clause is only offered if Barcelona is profitable, there is a barter of other players as a substitute and the club's financial benefits
Yesterday i read a statement of De Jong that he definitely wants to stay at FC Barcelona, so if this statement is true then i think that there is almost zero chance that he will go to Manchester United this summer. I also have to say it is pretty weird to see that Manchester United has such a hard time to get the players that they want. I mean ten years ago or so ManU was definitely one of the top 3 clubs world wide while they were still under Alex Ferguson and now it seems they are hardly in the top 10 anymore, which is very weird to me. I think it needs a lot of hard work and also a little bit of luck and also time to get ManU back where they once were.
De Jong has made it clear that he wants to stay at Barcelona for next season, considering playing in the Champions League and still quite comfortable there, since the era of Alex Ferguson's leadership ended, Manchester United lost a coach who could make them strong, so Manchester United's game is no longer like it used to be. , Tenhak's leadership era became a turning point for Manchester United to rise, if the implementation of its own training strategy and style of play, the pre-season tour proved to be quite promising, although not a big size for the pre-season.

First of all, De Jong is very loyal to Barcelona. He has said many times that he does not want to leave Barcelona right now. He is also a very important player for Barcelona. I would be happy if De Jong will play for Barcelona next season.
On the other hand, Manchester United's coach is Ten Hag. It remains to be seen whether he will be able to do well with Manchester United. But United is willing to spend money to strengthen the management team. Yet no star player has been able to add them to the squad in a new way.

Good deal for Brazilian, Raphina has accepted deal's with Barcelona already. He should have ended up with Arsenal or Chelsea, but he has always had he's minds on Brazilian. I don't expect too much competition, all they need to do is to hope no injuries avoid you all right.
I think Leeds United response to Raphinha’s transfer is a good one. Mutual respect based on what he has done for the club. They had to respect his dreams and ambitions. Raphinha made it clear that he was absolutely intent on joining Barcelona, scuppering Chelsea’s plans even though they were willing to offer Leeds more money for him. He’s a good addition to Barcelona considering the fact that he became one of the most exciting and dynamic forwards in the Premier League. Scoring 17 goals and 12 assists across all competitions since joining Leeds. He will make name for himself in Barcelona.
I think Rephinha has a good point of view, by joining a big club like Barcelona I'm sure she can show her skills and when successful she can advance her career ladder, it's just that right now she has to try her best to train with several existing teams so that she can form good teamwork when competing in this season.
