He also has leadership qualities which we have seen numerous times at Real Madrid and with Portuguese side when he was sidelined in the Euro's final and he was motivating his side from the sidelines that's what a leader and a team player does.

Liverpool had to break their salary structure to keep Salah; they can't afford to lose him as a free agent next season; he signed a three-year contract extension with an improved weekly salary of $350,000. They don't want the Mane contract situation to happen next season for Salah, it's a nice deal for both parties.

Good for the Club and good for Mohammed Salah, he really deserve such a weekly payment and both the contract extension the young Man has made so much contribution in Winning trophies for Liverpool FC since he joined the club. So Liverpool can not afford to let such an incredible player like him just leave the club since he's still living up to expectation.
Therefore the £350k a week for me is cool it's just £50 away from the £400K he initially demand so it makes a lot of sense for both parties to finally have come to agreement.

Talking about getting a trophy, it's not only Tottenham who struggle to get a trophy, overall in the Premier League it is very difficult to get it. Not possibility move to team ever and dominance with Primer League trophy like Machester City or Liverpool because they have many player position like Richarlison.
