real madrid have confirmed that fc chelsea defender and german national player Antonio Rüdiger will join this year champions league winners on a four-years contract this month
Real Madrid did an excellent transfer by signing Rüdiger, now they have two strong Central Backs (Alaba-Rüdiger). Both of them have the same age (29 years old), so theoretically they can play with their best performance for more than 4-5 years in Real Madrid (till age 35). I am so sure that Real Madrid defense will be strong enough with Alaba-Rüdiger as center-backs. Now, Real Madrid only needs to focus on targetting top strikers to improve the power to their attacking line. If they can get a striker like Lewandowski, Salah, Mane, or Dybala, then Real Madrid squad will be in perfect shape.

Congratulations to Real Madrid to have a new strong CB.  Smiley

I am surely using 'lucky' whenever I talk about Real Madrid a little too much, to be honest. But I really think Real Madrid is really lucky that they got a defender like him (Antonio Rüdiger) for free. It is confirmed that he will sign a 4-year contract with Real Madrid. I believe he will be getting 400,000 euros per week.

Four Spanish teams are reportedly interested in signing Cavani. The striker is set to leave Manchester United this summer.

I'll Miss watching him in the premier league, a natural number 9, I could recall him educating Mason Greenwood in the first Season in Manchester United. He did good, Manchester should have gone for players with such personality ready to fight for the club at all times.
The Spanish La Liga is a soft core for me, a good striker will always do great that ends, Suarez Luis is a good example. Best of luck is all I'm wishing him, more players likely to leave Manchester United, Eric Baily and Tuanzebe likely to follow suits.

Arsenal are looking likely to complete the deal for Bologna left back,Aaron Hickey. The player is said to be in a region of 25 million pounds, and Arsenal are ready to pay the amount for the left back to compete with injury prone Kieren Tierney who occupies the position.Alot players are also linked to the club, because it is believed that Arsenal are angry that they couldn't qualify for champions league this season, and wants to return to the top four spot by all means next season. So strengthening every area of the team is their too most priority.
Arsenal are interested but I think there is no concrete news about the switch yet. He is a very good left back and  has featured in 34 Serie A games this campaign, recording five goals and an assist. Arteta wants Aaron Hickey to replace Nuno Tavares, who has not lived up to the the Arteta’s expectations this season. Aaron is a more balanced left back than Nuno Travares. Nuno is also a good and committed player and brings a lot of pace to the table, but his defending skills have left a lot to be desired. If Arsenal should capture this Aaron, he will definitely help the side with his versatility; can play both right back and left back. It’s a good one.

The plan to buy Aaron Hickey can be said to be a pretty good move in my opinion by Arsenal, because Kieran Tierney who often suffers from injury
problems cannot be expected to always appear to strengthen Arsenal. So when Tierney was injured, what was available was Nuno Tavares, the problem
was that Nuno Tavares often played inconsistently. So Arteta often plays Cedric Soares or Tomiyasu plays on left back, which of course can't give
maximum performance because it's not their actual position. So at least the arrival of Hickey can be a solution to Arsenal's problems in the left back
position. But Arsenal has not been confirmed to be able to get Aaron Hickey, because there are several other Premier League teams who want to get
Aaron Hickey too. Reportedly Aston Villa and Newcastle also want to get Aaron Hickey, therefore Arsenal still have to fight to get Aaron Hickey.

Liverpool can't give Salah what he wants, and already Klopp is buying player like Luis Díaz, Diogo Jota etc and this are perfect replacement for Mane and Mo Salah. This new guys aren't getting much playing time and we know they're full of talent so if Salah was to go Liverpool has others who can step up to fill his shoes. The only scenario I see Mo Salah staying at Liverpool is if  he will be willing to accept the best offer Liverpool will bring to the table since he still want to play english football.
No Liverpool player has been bought for a high price compared to other clubs when it comes to signing players other than when Liverpool signed Mo Salah from AS Roma for £36.9 million to my knowledge.

It is very cheap in terms of appearances and Mo Salah contribution to Liverpool and I think it is appropriate for Mohamed Salah to ask for a high salary.

Rumors circulated that Liverpool were starting to get dizzy over Mo Salah's salary request from next season. If the Egyptian striker leaves, then Luis Diaz cannot be called able to replace Mohamed Salah role at Liverpool.

It was long over due for Paul Pogba to leave Manchester united, the club isn't suitable for him and the English media weren't making it any easier.
You're right about Paul Pogba, he doesn't fit in in England and the media there makes him uncomfortable.

have you smoked too much weed, or why is the poll not yet changed? Grin Cheesy Wink
i also have a few new questions for the poll...
where will R. Lewandowski play next season?
will M. Salah leave fc liverpool?
where will P. Pogba play next season?

I'll assist you with these mate, you don't need a pool, my source is reliable Grin, R. Lewandowski will not play for Bayern Munich next season 100% his priority is Barcelona at the moment, assuming they can offload De Jong for €85 million to solve their financial problems, which has been going on since last week. Manchester United are willing to pay but De Jong want a champions league football

Salah will not leave Liverpool this summer, and Liverpool is yet to meet his contract demands, he will be a free agent next season, with Chelsea and Manchester City keeping an eye on his situation.

P. Pogba has agreed to a pay cut in order to return to Juventus. Personal terms were agreed upon a few days ago, and it is now just a matter of time. At Juventus, he will earn €8m

Gnabry has rejected the latest contract offer from Bayern - reportedly around 18 million euros per season. Bayern won't be increasing their offer and he will probably be sold in the summer - considering that his contract is expiring next year.

More and more players are demanding huge contracts - they know that they will get them elsewhere if they are negotiating as free players. We might see less and less real transfers going forward.
Gnabry performed very brilliantly in the 2021-2022 season he managed to score 14 goals in 34 matches in the Bundesliga, now he is being rumored to be with Arsenal clubs who are interested in him and what he does by demanding a higher fee is a natural thing, because of his quality and also he is interested in other clubs, which makes him more confident that there will be other clubs who will be able to pay more if Bayern are not willing.
As it looks Bayern Munich have no plans to further improve terms, so this is likely to be a take-it or leave-it offer for the Gnabry. And with the way the contract extension talk is going, Gnabry is still unsure about signing a new deal at Bayern Munich. He is disappointed that he is not appreciated as other players in his age group at the club. Right now he is in no rush to sign a new deal and doesn’t rule out leaving on a free transfer in 2023. Arsenal should have to wait until next year to try and sign Gnabry so they can get him on free because he will be a free agent in 2023. But the wages will be the stumbling block as Arsenal would not want to agree that amount for him. Thomas Partey is currently on about £11m annually, which is the highest earner in the club.

Gnabry was formerly an Arsenal player were he started his football before he was sold to Werder Bremen and later signed by Bayern Munich where he had been playing brilliantly, he has been also playing well for the German national team , I can vividly recall and  remembered his exploits in Arsenal shirt then, he was a very talented young player, however he wasn't given enough playing time to prove himself, if eventually sign by Arsenal he will perfectly deliver for the club and improve on their attack particularly at the flanks, however Arsenal not playing in UCL might be  a major setback in their bid to sign him.

Salah wants to be treated special by Liverpool because he knows that his performances have helped the team a lot in recent seasons. I don't think Salah is too selfish not to accept an offer in his new negotiations with Liverpool management, but of course he wants a higher salary for his good work for the team. Jotta and Diaz are nothing compared to Salah at the moment although I know those two players can also contribute and give their best for the team. Salah became a player feared by opposing defenders so that it seemed as if it was true that without Salah then Liverpool would not have a good attack.

It was long over due for Paul Pogba to leave Manchester united, the club isn't suitable for him and the English media weren't making it any easier.  Hopefully Lukaku can leave Chelsea as well even though it'll be a lost since he was bought with such a high fee.
I don't know why Pogba had to leave Manchester United if it wasn't for the fact that this team is no longer doing well. They haven't won a title in a few seasons, this is too bad for a player and his achievements. Under certain circumstances, the market value of the player will drop if the team can't win anything for a long time.

If Gnabry is really demanding more than 18 millions per year as salary, then i can totally understand the FC Bayern officials if they don't want to meet those demands. It seems like the players don't understand, that the covid pandemic lead to huge financial losses for the football clubs because of the missing income from ticket sales. Players are just asking for more ans more money with each consecitive contract as if there was no pandemic. Totally decoupled from reality.

De jong wants to stay, but Bacelonal's financial situation is forcing them to release some of their valuable players in order to register Christiansen and other free agent players they have so far; they are also looking to add Lewandoski to the squad.
How long will this go on? Barcelona has a financial strain that is true, but they were the ones that spent 50 million on torres this year as well, I do not know how exactly it works, they could have paid Messi the same amount and kept him if that's the case, it is 50 million and paying messi 50 million + whatever torres gets as salary would be around the same price, would be even more.

So, that is why I never truly understood how the la liga rules applied, if they had to send de jong for example, how come they are capable of getting players? I hope that all these financial troubles ends eventually, they are a club that has good revenue, I hope they can go back to being debt free or at least have less debt to not cripple them.

Liverpool can't give Salah what he wants

I still don't really understand the Salah situation. He's at one of the best clubs in the world, who nearly completed a quadruple of trophies this season, he's used to the team and the country, and is a hero to the fans. He also earns a huge amount of money. I don't see how this can be improved elsewhere. Yes another team can offer more money, but they can't offer the success and the hero-status that Liverpool can. And does he really need more money? Any move is a gamble, history is littered with successful big name players who've moved to another big club and flopped.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
Gattuso has reached an agreement with Valencia to become the new coach next season, will Gannero Gattuso be able to cope with Valencia any better?
I know the AC Milan legend has been a few coaches before but it can't be said to be a good tactician but in Valencia there may be a new experience and competing there.

Mohamed Salah's thinking of joining a rival club in the Premier League next summer must be worrying for Liverpool already now. I was confident about they would reach an agreement on a favorable deal for Salah but it looks like they still need time for that.

Pogba is an incredible talent and maybe he was easily targeted by fans, his wages at United is far bigger than what Juventus offered him. I think he just wants to be at a team where he will be happy playing and win trophies. Pogba probably thought PSG and Real Madrid was coming to get him, unfortunately that never happened and now he can't sign a new deal with United because they've announced a month early the club don't want him.
Pogba is suitable to play with Serie A clubs for example Juventus who have proven before returning to Manchester United. PSG already have several players in the same position as Pogba and Real Madrid also already has several players who can replace the roles of Luca Modrc and Toni Kroos in midfield.

Dani Ceballos, Eduardo Camavinga and Federico Valverde are players who will continue in the central midfield position at Real Madrid so that Paul Pogba is not as attractive as Madrid interest in Kylan Mbappe even though it ends in disappointment.

manchester united continues to build its squad for the new season and as transfermarkt.co.uk now reports, there is a rumor that Mason Mount from fc chelsea is a very hot candidate at the red devils
He can be an ideal addition to Manchester United squad but is he interested to join Man United? I'm so doubtful that Mason Mount wants to move to Man United since this club no longer has a good reputation as a competitive club. Chelsea is more competitive than Man United, he must prefer to stay than move to Man United and compete with Bruno Fernandes to play regularly (they have the same position, Attacking Midfielder). Chelsea is qualified for UCL competition the next season, while Man United is only qualified for Europa League. Mason must choose to play in UCL for sure.

I believe this will be a good transfer for Manchester United but they will have to make sure that the club does not spend a huge amount of money on any player and that all the deals that they make are reasonable. Because Manchester United will have to buy a lot of players if they want to do actually well next season.
