Mbappe is of course exceptionally good. Real Madrid have a great striker in the person of Benzema. Maybe it even performs better than Mbappe. How would you actually get those 2 to play together? I think Benzema performs so well because he has a free role, when Ronaldo was there it wasn't. If Mbappe had gone to Real Madrid, it would presumably be at the expense of Benzema. 1 top striker is enough, and you don't want to put 1 of the 2 on the reserve bench.
If Real Madrid signed Mbappe he would have been converted to a winger using Mbappe-Benzema-Vinicius to spearhead their attack, of course any of the trio can score goal if the opportunity unveil itself, that combination would have been the most potent and formidable attack in Europe. Alternatively if Benzema is injured Mbappe can step in or be drafted as their main striker, Benzema free role that culminated in his scoring of goals was due to the chances created by their wingers like Vinicuis and midfielders e.g Modric, Camavinga e.t.c.

The likes of Gareth Bale, Isco and Marcelo are all leaving Madrid.
It is the right time for them to leave Real Madrid. Real Madrid has got a good replacement for them. So, there will be no impacts although they are leaving after this season ends. Anyway, the contribution of these players is very great, especially for Bale and Marcelo. All fans must always remember how great they are, once they were in their prime. Goodbye guys, you will be always in our hearts.

But Bale wasn't treated as he should have been, he deserves more game time.
Bale experienced many injured problems, he is no longer at his best fitness. So, it is understandable if Ancelotti didn't give him many opportunities to play. Ancelotti knows that every result of the match can be crucial, put Bale on the lineup may not be effective since he has already sat on the bench for a long time. Don't blame the coach if Bale has no many times to play.

Hazard was a bad choice for Real Madrid, hired for a very high fee and a huge salary, he was without playing at a high level for a long time, in addition to being sidelined due to several injuries.
Balé's situation is also not very different, as he has been facing major problems with injury problems for a long time and is unable to take advantage of the opportunities he has when he enters the field.
As for Marcelo, nothing to complain about, but I believe that his future should be his return to Brazil.
They have got a good replacement for each of them, Garath Bale will force a move to MLS and Isco is also likely to play the European football. Marcelo will be with the final trophy which is the champions league before he will make any move at the end of these summer. My question what's Eden Hazard still doing in a team like Madrid. The team doesn't suit him. But Carlo anceloti has made it clear that Eden Hazard is in his plan next season.

I think that Real Madrid would still find a way to use both Mbappe and Benzema on the football field at the same time. Signing a contract with Mbappe is both strengthening the attacking actions of the club and at the same time a kind of insurance measure in case there are any problems with the attackers. Any big club acts in such a way that it does not depend on individual personalities. Still, it would be quite unfair to Paris Saint-Germain if Mbappe left now as a free agent without any compensation to the club. It's one thing to win the Champions Cup not for the first time or even for the tenth time, and it's quite another thing to write your name in golden letters in the history of the club, helping your team win the Champions League for the first time.

Mbappe should stay at PSG, all the freedom by the PSG manager is given to him as freely as possible. He has the control to enter or leave players on the pitch as long as Mbappe remains at PSG. I think the policy is too excessive for PSG's class to damage the image of football where they just for the sake of Mbappe don't leave to be willing to enforce such rules. Instead of Mbappe going to Madrid, he couldn't help but make a pretty crazy offer in the history of football.
We do not know who they are going to get as a manager. I know that there has been plenty of talks about Zidane, and pochettino leaving but I am not so sure whats going to happen. If PSG made some decision about the manager situation, it would have been easier to convince Mbappe to stay. If they said a month ago that they will sack Pochettino by the end of the year, and they would get Zidane, then it would have been easier for them to keep Mbappe, because I am sure that Mbappe would love to play for Zidane, one of his heroes while growing up. That's the most important things in the world, there is nothing wrong with that at all.

Let's be real, does anyone here really believe that zidani would accept being PSG coach knowing that Mbappe could give him orders and tell him who he should sign and who he should put on the field? Who the hell in their conscience could coach a club that sold its dignity because of a player? PSG just pissed off Mbappe ass, this has become something simply unacceptable morally and in my opinion any coach who has a good reputation and wants to continue with his good reputation would be very far from PSG.

If the rumours about Kylian Mbappe's new contract are true, then it is going to be a historical agreement in football. I have never seen this kind of an agreement before. It is like Mbappe is the new owner of the club now.  Grin  I know that Mbappe is everything for PSG now. Without him, PSG are much weaker than this. Maybe they still haven't won a Champions League title yet but their job would be much more difficult without him. If I were Mbappe, I guess I would also extend my contract after having this kind of a contract.

once again let's be realistic, even if Mbappe left PSG, if PSG found a good coach they would even win the champions league, Mbappe is not god, and it seems that the club's management has a mosquito brain to the point of cleaning Mbappe's ass, it seems that PSG management doesn't see that PSG's problem is in the lack of a good coach

Someone should please confirm this information I saw on Facebook, before I could get the page name the blue app has refreshed. The information is about Mbappe and psg. They said the flooding thing was agreed between Mbappe and Psg, that:
1. Mbappe will receive €300M signing bonus
2. €100M yearly salary after tax.
3. He will help decide the coach
4. He will have a say on the sporting director
5. He can approve signings and sales.

PLEASE HOW TRUE IS THIS?
I am so surprised.

You can read this for more: https://www.goal.com/en/news/how-psg-convinced-mbappe-to-sign-new-contract-and-snub-real/blt3d4b17b9db4d3280

Well, he is obviously getting the hundred million signing bonus but I am not sure about the yearly salary. and I really don't believe that he was promised anything except for the signing bonus and the wage which he is going to get obviously.

You don't have to believe it - just read the news. Now Mbappe will take part in the management of the club. The sports director has already been fired (it seems that Mbappe wanted this so that Zidane would come to the club, and the sports director had some disagreements with Zidane). In general, Mbappe with his mom surpassed Neymar with his dad. Circus and all. I hope Zidane does not go to participate in this clowning.
That is just wild! To give a young lad .. such power to hire or sack managers .. choosing which player to get in the starting 11 and to choose what kind signing lol , a wild wild power in this 23 years old , psg seems indeed doing everyting to keep him in the club even it cost that much amount of money.

Zidane could follow this clowning shit show as well as the others when there is loads of money on the table im pretty sure!

Actually there is no problem with that kind of thing if Mbappe really wants to join considering there are so many options that Madrid do in strategy especially for 4-3-3 but right now Mbappe doesn't want to be reported with this Madrid and gets a big advantage at PSG which makes this be complicated for Madrid.
They now need to find a new one because even though Benzema is really sharp this season but we can't guarantee good things next season especially for Madrid itself in this case Benzema is a reference it will be very difficult if Benzema doesn't play well next season

I would never underestimate the allure of money. Look at the transfer saga of Mbappe with Real and when everyone thought it was a done deal, PSG offered him the biggest contract in football history and he says yes. Pogba chose money over sports when he joined Manchester United as well, so they are not that different. Players these days don't have the qualities they used to have in the past.

I think no one in the world can refuse if it will be confirmed, a 500milions deal for 3 years of the contract.

For that amount of money everyone changes the team, I mean even Messi if you give him 500 m will join Real Madrid, tomorrow.

If Real Madrid really wanted Mbappe, they would definitely have signed a deal that would offer him the best terms. If Real Madrid thought he had a strong hand and offered less wages and Paris SG's offer was better for Mbappe, it would be best for him to stay in Paris. He is younger, he can go again after a few years.
This indirectly confirms that money does have an effect Cheesy
But it is quite natural that regardless of anything, it is money that is above all. no matter how strong the bond and love for Mbappe is for Madrid which was his favorite club as a child but when it comes to money then of course this will be a different story.
Well it's over and he'll be back in a league that's quite lacking in competition but it would be good for him to pursue personal goals

Lewandowski won't leave Bayern according to the team owner. I read that news yesterday and he seemed determined to not allow his striker move to Barca.
It makes sense if the team owner won't allow Lewandowski to move to Barcelona because they have no other central forward that has the same capability as Lewandowski. Previously, the owner probably wants Haaland to replace Lewandowski, but he is unsuccessful to get Haaland. Since he no longer has the opportunity to sign Haaland, he doesn't want to lose Lewandowski. I think the team owner has done the right way by preventing his player from moving to Barcelona, it potentially decreases the power of Bayern attacking line.

What's the deal with signing double contracts? First it was Mbappe - agreeing on a deal with both Real and PSG, now it's apparently Tchouameni agreeing with both Liverpool and Real.

He is a great player and I'd really like to see him in a red shirt, however the media is reporting he is closer to Real. To be fair, with Modrić and Kroos getting into their final years - he'll probably reach first team football more easily there.

Still hoping he chooses us though - we really need a top midfielder.

This Mbappe's contract bidding was really worth fighting for by PSG and Real Madrid, he is the best promising player in the world at moment. Real Madrid were so confident for months that they got him already, it's actually good to see Perez not having things go his way. There were plenty of moments when PSG should've given up on resigning Mbappe but they didn't, took the massive gamble, and it paid off.

Extending Mbappe's contract with PSG is a very good decision.

~snip~
Even though I expected Mbappe to move to Madrid. I heard rumors that Mbappe had special rights after extending his contract. But with the news of PSG extending Mbappe's contract, all that is only hope for next season. Actually if Mbaape came it would be a long term investment to replace Benzema. Madrid is certainly disappointed that expecting players from the Madrid academy is not enough to be able to compete next season. That's because the age of the Madrid players are currently getting old.

I do not think that losing money matters that much for PSG, at the end of the day they are owned by a multi-billionaire that has so much money that they could lose 1 billion a year and would still end up with a profit because of how much they are making in their business.

Oil giants taking over the football world made this happen, financial fair play is a joke and teams are spending money depending on how rich the owners are. Look at Newcastle, they were bought just recently and already spent like 100 million as soon as owner sent some money.

This should be proof enough that 60+ million a year for Mbappe is not that bad, plus he will stay for 5 years, making it a 300 million guaranteed (60 per year for 5 years equals 300) and he will get around 100-125 for signing bonus, so they will pay around 400 to make him stay. This is idiotic, and unfair to world of football, but iti s the reality we are living in.
